Sadie's POV I crouched down with Saskia and dared myself not to even breathe. We did not know who was out there but it was someone. I was so glad that I had had the spray to cover up our scents. Nobody should know we were here. I wanted to spend time with her myself without Lennie’s beady eyes all over her like a hungry vulture. It was a hell of a lot to take in and process. Not just for me but for her too. It must be crazy to me told all of this. I could see she was unsure. “Is that Lennie?” Saskia suddenly gasped and made it towards the door with an excited squeal. My heart sank a little at the realization that it was him. There was no escape from him. She was my sister and I did not want to have to share her, especially not with him! “Wait, Saskia. It might not be. Let's just stay here and they will soon go. We should talk.” She hesitated then much to my relief, she nodded and started to fiddle about with the necklace around her neck. It was exactly like my one. There was no denying that we were sisters, we just need to collect the rest of the jigsaw puzzles and piece it all together for the full picture. A bang on the door made us both simultaneously jump out of our skin for a few seconds. “Open up, it's me.” Lennie. My eyes widened in shock as I thought that he had followed us all the way here. “What the hell do you want?” I crossed my arms tightly over my chest and made it obvious that I was not over the moon about his uninvited appearance. Saskia unlocked the door and in came a soaked Lennie. It sucked that he knew about this place, we had built it a long time ago and But it still sucked. “Sadie, what were you thinking running off like that with Saskia? Anything could have happened?” he shook his head, disappointed and I stuck my tongue out childishly. He was so annoying and I did not know why the moon goddess had paired him with Saskia, she deserved to know the truth. He on the other hand should just go back to the packhouse and those crazy lot who class themselves are perfect. Seeing my so-called parents was the last thing on my to-do list. Why should I when they have lied to me my whole life? “Sadie. Are you listening?” Saskia gently placed a hand on my shoulder and shook me to get my full attention. “Yea, I'm not going back there. There's a lunatic out there calling me the lost lycan sister. Weirdo.” I snorted shaking my head and sitting back down. Lennie growled a little bit I was not in the mood for his stupid moaning. I watched as Saskia drooled all over him and rolled my eyes in disgust. What did she really see in this loser? He was Anaya's mate and I was pretty certain that she would not tolerate these two flirting with each other. Just because Lennie was the alpha's son did not make him irresistible to me. Saskia was starting at him like she could not take her eyes off him. Ten minutes later we were walking back into the pack grounds and I knew that s**t was about to go down. Lennie explained that everything was fine back at the pack house don't had agreed to come back and talk. “Sadie! Why is your sister holding my mates hand.” The three of us turned to the direction of the unhappy voice. Of course, it was only Anaya. “I think that you will find that Saskia is my mate. She is mine. Not you, Anaya.” Lennie spoke loudly enough for everyone around to hear. There were gasps and whispers as they talked amongst themselves trying to come up with their own conclusions. Anaya was fuming mad with Lennie but seeing my parents storming towards me with Luna Lara and Alpha Morgan, I knew that I had bigger things to worry about. “SADIE! SASKIA.” Luna Lara yelled as she hurried to catch up to us. I gritted my teeth, stood still and waited for them to give me the lecture of how I should not have wandered off blah blah. I was one hundred per cent capable of looking after myself. Them all knowing that, just did not bother me anymore. Not one bit. “I'm sorry, it was my fault.” Saskia piped up letting go of Lennie and rushing to my side. “We want you in the pack hospital now. We have to know for sure that you are sisters.” Alpha Morgan demanded in his alpha tone and that meant immediately. “Of course.” I bowed my head and followed him. This was going to prove that she was my sister.
