Chapter-5 Alex will talk

(Adams POV)
It has been officially 3 weeks since I moved here, axel, my best friend still bullies his sister, my crush, very badly, and I can’t stand it. I try my best to keep Axel away from Alex, and it is working out, I can see her with much less bruises nowadays. I tried to get her talk to me like a million times, but she just stay there without even smiling (she dose smile whenever I say jokes), and I love her smile, she communicates with the teachers and the nurse by writing, she won’t even do that with me. i even learned the sign language for her, but whenever I asked her anything through sign language, she looked at me like I was crazy, what was I supposed to do
It was biology one of the classes I shared with Alex, we were working with partners on something, I didn’t pay much attention to it, I had a nerd as my partner and he was doing all the work, thanks bro. Alex and her partner was in the table right in front of me
I poked Alex’s partner, I think she was huge nerd too
“Hey, umm what was your name?” I asked in whisper
“J-J-J-Jessica “ she said, she was freaking out because I was talking to her, girls always do that around me, hey it’s not my fault I am so good looking
“Hey Jessica, umm would you like to switch partners” I asked her
“Me and Antony?” she asked still shivering
“No, me and you” I said, I saw her face form a small frown
“Oh sure” YES!!!!!!! ALEX, BABE I AM COMING..
“Thanks, call me sometimes” but I didn’t give her my number, why would I want her to call me, I already like someone else, I am not even going out with hot girls because of that reason and Austin and Axel keeps trying to set me up with chick
“Sure but-“ I didn’t stay to listen I took my stuff and moved to the table next to Alex
“hey, Alex” I greeted her
No response
“so, how are you”
No response
“I hope you are fine, I am fine too by the way, you know if you were wondering that”
No response
“Isn’t biology boring?”

“I heard Mr. Triples, wife just gave birth” I hoped she would ask me, or at least write and ask me what the baby was, but the she seems to know the answer because
No response
I asked about a million of questions to her, sometimes she smiled (which made me super happy) and sometimes she rolled her eyes under her glasses, but that was it no other response. Ugh what should I do to get you to talk to me? Like me? Love me?
I asked all kind of questions, what was her favorite color, favorite book?, favorite number , dose she like SpongeBob, stupid and weird questions, nerdy questions, everything but I got no response, I lost patience
“Ok, enough, I know you can hear me and I know you can talk, and you will talk to me, doesn’t matter whatever I have to do for that, you will, I know you are answering every single one of my questions inside your mind, just tell me that too” I said, so many pair of eyes fell on us, luckily the teacher didn’t notice, I think he is deaf
Then something big happened, something wonderful
She took the pen and paper which I was holding incase if she ever wanted to write and tell me something, and she was about to write something in it, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, but the bell rang, so she put the pen down and started gathering her stuff
“No, no, NO, you were about to write something, please write” but she didn’t listen she took her stuff and went away
“Stupid bell” I said as I grabbed my stuff and got out of the class
Outside the class I saw my gang waiting for me wonder what they want? I saw Axel who was giving a very mean look to Alex who just passed by
“Hey man guess what?” told Brandon
“What?” I said coolly
“Hey remember when you told me, you liked soccer and you were the captain at your old schools team” Axel said, where was he going with this?
“Yeah, what about it?” I asked curiously
“Well coach saw us all playing in the field this Monday” said Austin
“And he said he wanted you on the team” he said as he held out a black and blue top, and at the back of it was written Kingsley and under it a huge 8, no way, I am in the team!
“You must be joking me” I said taking the piece of uniform from him
“Yeah, we just made that so we could joke you” said Axel sarcastically
“Congratulations. Man” told jasper
“Thanks, dude” and I gave all of them a very manly hug
Then I was having English, most of us had English together, so all of us went together to English, but Axel and jasper stayed behind
“You guys coming “ I asked
“You guys go ahead, I’ll catch up” there was something suspicious about him, oh well I AM IN THE SCHOOL TEAM….
(Axels POV)
Adam seems excited about being in the team, he is an awesome player, and he deserves it
“You guys coming “he asked
“You guys go ahead, I’ll catch up” I told as I and jasper stayed behind
Nowadays Adam was hanging around Alex a lot, and whenever I would try to hit her he would save her, what was with him, I need to find out. When I came here to his biology class I saw him telling her something, they both were partners? But Leo ( one of axels friend who had biology with Adam) that Adams partner was some nerd, but how did he end up sitting with Alex?
I grabbed a girl who just came out of the class and pulled her really close to me, she looked like a nerd
“hey” I asked her in my sexy voice
“H-H-Hello, I- I- I am J-J-Jessica” she stammered out
“I don’t care, what happen today in class between Adam and Alex?” I asked
“W-W-W-Well”
“Stop stammering, I don’t have all day” I said as she got all scared and teary
“Well I was Alex’s partner at first then Adam told me to switch partner with him, and he kept talking to her the whole class, that’s it I swear that’s it. Please don’t kill me” she said as I let her
Why did he switch partners? What did he ask her? Why did he ask her? He knows I hate her…….
