"Come with me" She felt her hands being held by the woman and frowned then looked up to meet her eyes. She couldn't help but notice the difference in the way she was currently being looked at. Without waiting for her to agree, Dora started to pull her forward, still donning a friendly smile but Kai came in between them at that moment. "Where are you taking her?" Dora threw a glare at him but Kai didn't seem to be affected. "Go away and don't interfere" "Well, i'm sorry but i have to. I have something to discuss with Sylvia" He told her firmly "It's her choice to go with me right? Unless you want us to ask Damian..." The two stared at each other and Sylvia's eyes darted between them. She smiled at how Kai was acting right now in an attempt to protect her. It didn't feel like he was just a teenager but a grown man trying to protect his woman. This scene was funny enough to her that she couldn't control the chuckle that left her throat. They both stared at her. "Sorry" She covered her mouth "You both suddenly got so serious. I mean if Kai wants to see me then i guess i will have to see you later then" She told Dora and took back her arms which the woman was clutching`. The skin there had turn red but Sylvia quickly covered it with her sleeves. "See you later" She told Dora as she and Kai left to go to the garden at the back of the house. The moment they arrived, Kai let out a breath he had been holding before he looked up at her "Don't go anywhere with her where it's just the two of you. Believe me Sylvia, Isadora is bad news" "How bad?" Sylvia asked as she rubbed her arms which were now hurting a bit. Her eyes were unfocused, looking deep in thought as she processed Kai's next words. "Worse than you can imagine especially since she has been in love with Damian" She looked up at him with a chuckle "Then it's good. You don't have to worry about me. Okay?" If she couldn't even protect herself from an ordinary she-wolf then she didn't deserve her title of being queen. "You're afraid of her" It wasn't a question but something she had noticed since she met the Dora girl. Kai shrugged at that. He couldn't deny it. "You know, there was one time she tied me on the desk and tried to cut me" "What?!" Sylvia's eyes widened at this. "She said she wanted to know what i will taste like. Isn't that insane? Kellen and Damian got me on time but the old man forbade any of them from killing her so she was punished instead" Just punished? Who the hell was this old man anyway that even Damian would obey him. The last time she checked, there was only one woman he listens to, Helga. "Don't ask. I cannot tell you anything" Kai could already see the question in her eyes. "Fine then" She shrugged "Why did Damian bring her back here if she is this horrible?" "She usually only comes when there's a mission from the old man" Kai replied "Just like tonight. You will find out" "Mmmm..." Sylvia nodded, forcing herself not to think about what this mission was all about "Will you be coming?" "No" He answered "I am not allowed to join any of their hunts" Kai suddenly stopped walking. Sylvia didn't know why as she took another step only for her to bump into a meat wall. "Oww..." She looked up to meet those pair of Hazel eyes and was kept in a trance for a moment. Memories swarmed in her head but she quickly got rid of them with a shake of her head and stepped away "I didn't see you" "I bet you didn't" Damian's voice rang out "Are you having fun?" Sylvia blinked twice and she scratched her head looking clueless "What do you mean?" A smirk curved on Damian's lips and he took a step closer to her then lowered himself a little until his lips were next to her ear "Tell me, do you think it will be fun tonight?" He whispered. Sylvia felt her breath hitch when his warm breath fell on ear, making them turn red immediately. It sent a tingling feeling all over her that she almost didn't hear what he said. She let her eyes close as she tried to think of a reply but his scent... He was standing really close to her and his scent naturally wafted into her nostrils keeping her distracted for a second. When she finally regained her compusure he had already pulled back. He glanced towards Kai with a look and the boy immediately turned around and left as if something was chasing him. Hey, wait! Don't go... Now it was just the two of them. Somehow, she felt a bit nervous when she shouldn't. Damian took a step towards her and Sylvia immediately took one back. A chuckle left his throat and Sylvia could see his eyes darken as he took another step forward. He was now standing close to her with barely enough distance between them. "Just say what you want" Sylvia snapped. "Wash your hair, it smells" These were the words that left his lips, making her freeze. She then took a part of her hair and brought it to her nose but it smelt normal, nothing weird. "It still reeks of him" Damian added and only then did she realize something. Kellen had touched her earlier and though she had changed her clothes because it got wet, she didn't do much to her hair which he also touched. She knew werewolves were sensitive to smell. Especially the scent of their mate. "Does it bother you?" She asked him, crossing her arms in front of her. Damian's lips curved "It just doesn't smell nice" Silence followed for a while until Damian spoke again "Kellen doesn't care about you, why did you go with what he suggested?" "Because I want to..." Sylvia shrugged. Damian nodded as he looked away from her "Will you be okay though...?" Will she be okay? That was a question she didn't know how to answer. The coldness that was usually in his eyes had disappeared now, replaced by a look she couldn't figure out. Her lips raised in a smile as she covered the remaining distance between them and then her eyes trailed towards his chest where the first three buttons of his shirt were left undone. "Are you worrying about me, Damien?" As she said this, she let her fingers climb him to his neck then she let it down his exposed chest slowly while holding his gaze. She saw how his eyes darkened even more, something swirling in them and then they glowed a bright golden. His wolf surfacing when her finger moved into his shirt... Two strong hands immediately grabbed hers before they could wander farther. "What do you think you are doing?" He looked annoyed, almost out of breath. "Exploring...?" She blinked twice then dropped her hands at her sides. "Exploring?" Damian looked at her as if she was unbelievable. Before she knew it, she felt his hand wrap around her waist as he pulled her closer to himself. Their bodies, pressing against each other. A gasp escaped her lips and her eyes widened as they moved up to meet his. "How about this? Do you still think it's an exploration?" His whisper sounded so close to her ears, his breath, his lips, almost as if he was going to nibble on her earlobe and that thought made her breathing suddenly turn erratic. She didn't know why she was feeling like this. "Y-you..." She was still trying to form a word when his eyes glowed again and she felt his lips graze past her exposed neck, raising sparks with it. It felt as if an electric current rushed through her veins and traveled all over her body. She shivered involuntarily not knowing how to stop this, not that she wanted to but it didn't feel right either. "I thought you were good at this" His voice rang out again and she felt him sniffing her neck as if he was trying to take in all of her scent.
