chapter 19

Shane.

I was glad we were enjoying our night out.

she'd let loose a bit and was chatting with everyone else as well, I hoped she didn't mind me holding her so close. I loved having her body close to mine, I enjoyed her being on my arm.

hell anyone could look at her and tell she was out of my league but yet here she was, she was mine.

I knew Ben was a bit jealous, and I don't blame him hell if it was the other way around I sure in hell be jealous.

she was getting a little tipsy and I didn't mind, I'd stopped drinking beer a while back I knew I had to get her home safe. and I definitely didn't want to crash here, no I had my own ideas of how the rest of the night was hopefully gonna go.

" want a refill darlin?"

she looked at her cup then at me biting her lip.

it was just her and I are the moment the others were spread about doing their own thing.

" are you trying to get me drunk Mister?"

her cute little serious face she tried to make but failed because she smiled made me laugh.

I ran my hands other her thick smooth thighs squeezing

" I might be trying to see how tipsy Jenna is in bed"

I whispered in her ear, her body shivering and I smirked as she pushed my chest

" Shane"

she gasped but I didn't budge I held on to her thighs

" I guess I honestly wouldn't know either"

she said biting her lip and I c****d my head to the side as she shrugged.

" I told you. he got his. even when we were tipsy, things didn't change"

she whispered it but I heard her. loud and clear. I leaned in letting my lips run along her ear as her arms went around my neck.

" oh babygirl I'll have you screaming my name later tonight. and I want nothing more than for you to lose yourself in the moment and be the dirty girl I know you've got hidden inside there"

her breathing picked up as she squeezed her legs around me

" what if I don't have a dirty side?"

she whispered I pulled back looking over her wide eyes and blushed face. I pulled her hair down letting it fall. letting my thumb drag along her bottom lip.

" oh but you do. I can see your mind running, I can see you thinking something and trust me babygirl whatever it is I want to do that with you. I want to help you live out whatever it maybe"

her mouth fell open but she didn't say anything.

she cleared her throat.

she breathed out finally.

I kissed her lips

" we will continue this once we're alone I'm already hard as hell just thinking about it"

her eyes went wide.

I kissed her once more before moving a bit trying to relax my body. didn't need everyone seeing my hard d**k.

she giggled covering her mouth

" oh my goodness you were serious"

I stuck my tongue out at her

" don't laugh at me woman. it's your fault"

she pushed my chest but I grabbed her hands holding them there.

" it isn't my fault"

she said through giggles. I shook my head, how could this woman seriously not see what she did to my body. f**k to my damn heart.

we settled down and I went to fix her another drink.

" you have snacks"

I heard her excited voice as I was walking back up and Ben and Ronnie were sitting on each side of her.

they laughed and Ben let her grab some of his jerky.

I took my place between her legs taking some jerky as well handing her her cup.

" think I've just win her heart"

Ben said laughing and I shook my head at the two of them, she was currently doing a small Happy dance jerky in one hand and drink in the other.

" hey snacks are always a way to be my bestie".

she said giggling.

I was happy she was letting lose.

" well when do we get to meet your boy?"

Ronnie asked and that instantly brought a smile to her face bigger than before.

" I have no idea. maybe once things calm down a bit"

she said looking at me, I knew she was wanting my approval even though she didn't need it.

I nodded my head squeezing her hip.

" well maybe next time we're all off we can go swimming"

Ronnie offered her and she bit her lip.

" you know Ron that sounds fun, let me talk with her more on it and I'll get with y'all"

he looked at me confused but nodded his head.

then a song started playing and I decided it was my time to dance with my woman. she was sipping her drink but once she set it down I took her hand helping her down. she giggled

" what are you doing?"

I wrapped my arms around her pulling her close as hers went around my neck.

" Dancing with my woman"

she smiled at me shyly.

her hand ran through my beard and I held her closer to my body.

I asked while our bodies slowly swayed.

she bit her lip nodding

I put my hand on her neck my thumb brushing her jawline as I kissed her, the guys whistling out.

I'd forgotten we had people around still

" let's go home"

I breathed out again her lips.

she giggled nodding as I took her hand.

Tony wiggled his brows at me and Jenna hid her face in my arm.

I shook hands with everyone and the guys hugged her. we told the girls goodbye as well.

grabbing her cup we headed across the pasture to my truck.

" I hope you had fun tonight"

she smiled at me her head resting on my arm as we walked

" I did. Jackson is gonna love it out here"

I winked down at her

" maybe in a few days we can bring him out after you get off work"

she nodded.

I stopped and she looked at me funny. I just scooped her up throwing her over my shoulder and she laughed

" Shane what are you doing?"

I chuckled smacked her ass

" Making this walk go by faster"

she giggled as she bit my ass.

once we were at my truck I set her on her feet. pulling her by her hip to my body and I kissed her, sliding my tongue into her mouth, tasting the alcohol.

" take me home"

she breathed out I nodded helping her in the truck and practically running to hop in.

as I drove off I let my hand rest on her thigh

" I am dying over here"

I groaned out and she looked at me giggling.

" you are such a horny person"

I looked over at her biting my lip

" woman. you have no idea."

she shook her head smiling at me before looking out her window.

I let my fingers dance along bed thigh and I could feel her chill bumps forming, I knew I was at least having some affect on her.

I slid my hand up a bit further playing with the bottom of her short shorts, letting my fingers run under them.

" what are you doing?"

she whispered out.

" spread your legs darlin"

she grabbed my hand

she still talked in a whisper.

the glow of the radio I could see her nod slightly.

I squeezed her thigh and she slowly spread her legs, I let my fingers slid in her shorts finding her panty line and I ran my fingers along it.

I moved them to the side my fingers spreading her lips

she breathed out

oh my God! I couldn't believe his hand was in my pants while we were in the car. between his hand rubbing me and the pure thought of doing something like this my mind was racing.

he let a finger slide in and I couldn't stop the moan from leaving my lips as my head fell back. he groaned out.

" oh yeah we're gonna have some fun tonight"

my body shivered, so far he had always delivered when he said things like that.

he slowly pumped his finger, adding another

I felt him hook my fingers and I came hard. my breathing crazy as he slowed down.

as he pulled his hand from my shorts we were pulling into my drive, I knew by now I was red as a tomato.

he put the truck in park and I watched as he brought his hand to his lips sucking on his fingers. my body shivered watching him, I needed him so bad. my thighs rubbing together trying to calm myself.

he leaned over the center console and pulled me into his lap.

I breathed out

he just kissed my lips and I let my body fall into his.

I hadn't ever craved someone the way I crave him, that both excited me and scares me.

he opened his door grabbing his keys and getting out with me in his arms as he began to walk to my porch.

I let out a giggle as he grunted into my neck trying to unlock my front door. I was surprised when he got it open.

as soon as he did he brought us inside kicking it closed.

" I am so ready to have my way with you"

he whispered against my lips.

a small moan leaving mine, my body felt like it was on fire. I needed him.

the next thing I knew we were in my room, our clothes on the floor some where as his hands moved along my body.

my head was beginning to spin, craving him this way. knowing what he could make my body do made me crave him even more.

I don't know what came over me, I pushed him back and he fell to the bed smirking at me. I'm sure I was bright red. but between the s****l need for him and the alcohol I didn't care.

I licked my lips then his phone started ringing

" ignore it"

he whispered as his hands found my hips pulling me into him, my body was on fire. as our lips connected his phone stopped ringing but then began again.

he sighed and I let my head fall to his neck breathing him in.

" you may need to check that"

he shook his head holdings me closer, but as the ringing stopped once again it began again.

he grunted." just make sure"

I whispered against him, as much as I need him I also knew if three phone calls happened something or someone really needed him.

he breathed out holding me close as he fumbled for his pants and his phone that was now ringing again, he looked at it his eyes going wide and I could only hear his side of the conversation

" mama?"

pause

" is he okay?"

pause and a deep sigh

" yes ma'am I'll be right there"

with that he hung up and kissed my lips softly

" Im so sorry darling"

I shook my head

" everything okay?"

he shrugged.as he got up setting me on the bed and found his clothes

" Sarah's husband has been in an accident I need to go to the hospital"

I breathed out praying everything was okay as he fumbled with his pants. he looked at me, lost at what to say.

" I am so sorry".

I have him a smile coverings myself with a blanket as I stood

" go make sure everything is okay but call me and update me please".

he sighed as his arms went around me

" I will make this up to you"

I kissed his cheek

" I understand Shane really"

he nodded. honestly if this was my family or my son I'd be doing the same thing. I didn't need an apology.

he kissed me once more before he left. I crawled into bed, I was tired now that everything was calm around me. I hoped Sarah's husband was okay, and I hoped he got there safely.

I put my phone beside me breathing out Blushing remembering my actions from tonight, remembering the feeling of his hands on my body. but most of all I was smiling as I closed my eyes, Hoping I would fall asleep before his call,

I had enjoyed myself tonight, I let myself laugh with people and I let myself be free.

enjoying Shane's company along with his friends is exciting, and the things we did and the thoughts of the things that could've happened made me giggle a bit. Matthew and I had never been this crazy, he'd never talked to me the way Shane has, he never held me so close even with others around. and we certainly never messed around in a vehicle before.

Shane.

I was upset that I'd gotten the call for so many reasons, one being I needed Daniel to be okay for my sister's sake I mean damn they'd just started out, she'd just found out she was pregnant. and the other reason was because I didn't want to leave Jenna's arms, I knew where tonight was headed and I knew she was just opening up with me and herself. but I had also wanted to wake up with her in my arms and enjoy a lazy morning with her.

I knew we had time for all that, f**k the woman has me wrapped.

when I first got to the hospital I had rushed in and found my mama and sister sitting together. I could tell Sarah had been crying and mama was doing her best to hold it together.

I held them both for a bit until the doctor came out letting us know they were taking Daniel back for surgery on his leg, and it should go smoothly since they had no signs of internal bleeding.

everyone seemed to relax at that. Sarah sent me for food, apparently all the stress and her new pregnancy had her needing chicken tenders with mashed potatoes at 3 in the morning.

I happily got it for her, even though findings some where open was a challenge and I got mama and myself a coffee settling back down beside them.

on my way to find the food I had called Jenna, I felt bad Because I could tell I'd woken her up but she reassured me she was glad I had called. she was happy to hear things were looking good and I promised to call once things calmed down.

mama took my hand squeezing it as Sarah are happily beside me.

" anything you wanna share with us?"

she asked raising a brow and Sarah giggled beside me I sent her a glare, we had a deal she wasn't suppose to tell mama until I was ready. but she shook her head and I looked back at mama

" I'm just glad Daniel is okay. what happened?"

she shook her head at me hibiscus me that look

" well for Daniel he was on his way home after pulling a double shift and apparently someone's coming in the other lane had fallen asleep behinds the wheel. that driver is okay also. and has apologized to Sarah and also hoped to be able to talk with Daniel. his insurance should cover things so honestly it was just a accident."

I looked at Sarah who nodded breathing out

" it was a scary call"

I saw her tears coming back and I wrapped an arm around her

" he's gonna be fine, you just eat so you will be able to rest once they put him in a room"

she nodded and went back to her food.

" now as for you young man you know I don't like secrets"

mama said pointing a finger and me and I knew I had to come clean.

" I'm seeing someone mama"

she smiled big as she squeezes my hand

" okay and?"

I chuckled

" and she's a great woman, has the most beautiful laugh and I swear she's so strong. has her head on straight. has a little boy who absolutely the coolest kid I've met"

her smile couldn't get any bigger

" well what's her name? where does she live? is she gonna come over for dinner? is the father is the picture?"

I let out a laugh

" slow down mama. because of her past, we are taking things slow. her name is Jenna. she actually lives in the town over. Jackson's dad is in the picture but he gives her a hard time. their marriage wasn't healthy and so like I said we're taking things slow"

she wrapped her small arms aroun me squeezing me

" my boys in love"

my face flushed like I was a teen

" I do care about her alot mama but she isn't ready for all that"

she pulled back smiling as she patted my cheek

" you just be the man your dad and I raised you to be and everything else will fall into place"

I kissed her cheek

" I'm trying mama I really am"

thankfully after my little integration she let it drop.

both girls had laid their head on my shoulders and tried to get a little rest.

seemed like forever but it was only a couple hours when the doctor finally came back letting us know everything has gone smoothly and they would be moving him to a room.

I helped Sarah and mama get their things and we were shown to the room they'd be staying in.

Daniel was already there, still out from his surgery. his face has a few bruises and his leg was bandaged and lifted.

Sarah broke down once again as I held her.

" hey he's okay. just a bit of scratches and after his leg heals up I'm sure he will be back on his feet in no time"

I said softly rubbing her back trying to get her to calm down, this could be good for the baby.

she let out a few more songs beforehand calmly down and cleaning her face. she went over and held his hand Kissinger his head as she talked with him a bit.

I set up the little couch for her and made her lay down and sent mama home to get a little rest. after a bit of arguing she finally left promising to bring Sarah whatever she needed when she came back.

as Sarah laid down I took the chair in the corner kicking my feet up. thanking God this wasnt worse than it was.

I took my phone out seeing it was about 6 on the morning and I still hadn't gotten any rest.

I rubbed my face and sent off a message to Jenna.

me- hey darlin, he's out of surgery and we're settled in his room finally. not sure when I will leave here trying to help Sarah's stay calm.

text when you wake up.

once again I am so sorry our event has to end and I will make this up to you.

after hitting send I pulled my hat over my eyes and tried to catch a few mins of sleep, I knew once he woke he'd be in pain and I knew that meant Sarah would be anxious. I hated seeing my little sister so worked up, but I understood where she was coming from. I couldn't imagine getting a call like that about Jenna.

I shook those thoughts from my head as I didn't want to think of that as I slept.
