Chapter 21

Conny pov

I couldn't believe I was back here with my mate Ming. He was making sure I was safe. All I could do through the whole conversation was hold my sister's hand. I didn't know how to connect with her again, Because I broke our bond. And we needed to get it back. The only thing I didn't want to happen is for Reid to figure out I was still alive. If he knew he would do whatever possible to get me back. I needed to get stronger so when this pack got up in the morning, I decided I would train with them. I decided to tell Alpha Jordon well ask not tell.

"Alpha Jordon, what time does your pack get up to train, is it possible I could come out in train with them? I need to get stronger. I don't want Reid coming and I am still this weak. He had never let me train. He always said training is for the men not for the women. Women are for cleaning and pleasuring men." The way he looked at me was a shock look on his face.

"Conny, Women are for more than that. Of course you can train with the pack. What he did to you was wrong, I believe everyone in this pack should learn how to fight and to be strong. Women are for loving, they are our equal, to fight beside us to take care of the pack with us. Just ask Violet. I never tell her no if she wants to train with the rest of the group. I train my daughter, Mariah is the best top warrior in this pack. I will miss her when she leaves, but I'm sure she will teach her people what she knows. We get up at five am every morning to train so you're more than welcome to come out with us."

"Yeah that way, I can help,"Cindy had said.

"I can show you a few moves to get your arms stronger and your legs. It's going to be hard at first. But after a while you will get used to it. Ming had said. Soon the whole group was wanting to help me. I felt so much at peace that I felt I could do whatever I put my mind to do. I wasn't scared anymore. I just wanted this whole Reid thing to end. Soon it was late and everyone was tired. I needed to get some sleep so I could get up early and get out there with the rest of the group. I knew a few things because I had watched the guys train in the mornings. Reid didn't know I watched. If he did he would have gotten angry with me. Now it's my turn to learn to defend myself, I won't be scared anymore. I know if Cindy can do it, so can I.

Alyssa pov.

I showed Lexus to his room. It was right across from mine. And like dad promised he had a few guards standing at my door. Though I did stay in his room for a few minutes. I didn't want to leave him, I knew if I didn't the guards would tell my father and I didn't need him to stomp up here showing his a$$, I hugged and kissed his cheek good night. Riot was purring, wanting me to kiss him on his lips. I didn't want to start anything that can't be done right now. I told him good night and went to my room. I stood at my open bedroom door and we both were just looking at each other. It took all I had to go into my room to shut the doors. Screw this. I went to my bathroom to take a shower. I feel more relaxed now. But again Riot was whimpering she wanted to he with her mate,

"I didn't even get to talk to his wolf yet. We need to bond like you and Lexus are doing."

"Riot. Just try and reach out to him. I'm sure he will hear you."

"dam'n I forgot. Get your sleep. I'm going to talk to his wolf." I laughed. I did not feel like sleeping so I cut on the tv. I started watching John Wick. I love that movie. After a while I heard a knock at my bedroom door. What in the world I hope nothing bad is going on. So I went to open it. It was Barg one of the guards standing at my door.

"I was asked to give you this. He asked for you to read it. And then send it back with one of your own if you wish to." I nodded and thanked him. I shut the door standing there. Wondering if I should open it now or wait until the movie is over. Oh what the heck why not. I decided to read it.

"My dear Alyssa.

I hope you are doing well over there. I wish I could hold you in my arms tonight and every night after that. I can not bare to be apart from you. I've looked for you for so long.

The note was a little cheesy but it's ok it was sweet. So I decided to write him back on the same paper.

"Hello my dear Lexus

I miss you too. And I will see you tomorrow on the training grounds. I can't wait for you to hold me as well. Good night my Lexus.

There, it's short but sweet. I opened the door and gave it to the guard. And then shut the door back, something tells me he will be knocking once again. I stood there for a few minutes when again the guard knocked on the door. I opened it then began to read.

"Alyssa, if you only knew how badly I want to talk to you, not hearing your voice, or you beside me is killing me, I never knew that my mate could do this to me, the morning can not come any faster, I'll see you in the morning,

Good night my mate. " well that was sweet, I'm getting tired anyways, I quickly wrote him back,

Good night Lexus, I will see you in the morning, until then sweet dreams, I handed the guard the letter with him rolling his eyes

"Don't worry this is the last one" he nodded I watched him walk over to my mates room, he quickly answered the door, he gave him the letter, smiling he looked up at me,

"I will see you in the morning, I nodded shutting the door, I heard the guard grumbling,

"Damn I've never seen mates like this,"

"Dude it's different for everyone, they can't sleep together she will be eighteen soon,"

"Shi'/t I forgot, let's just hope they fall asleep soon because I'm tired of this note passing." I couldn't help but laugh, walking over to my bed. I guess I'm more tired than I thought because I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore.

Lexus pov

I was pacing back and forth, what I really wanted to do was walk over there, knock on her door and take her. Then mark her as mine. But I knew I couldn't. She's only seventeen and her father would kill me. So I decided I would write her a letter. I wrote several until I gave up and sent the last one to her, I knew it just sounded cheesy but at least it was cute. We sent the guard back and forth several times. I knew he was grumbling, so when he came the last time, I saw her at her door, damn! Why couldn't she be of age right now, her night shirt was showing off her harden nippl3s she said good night closing her door, damn now I have to fix myself, closing the door I took another cold shower, I can't wait until I see her in the morning until then I just have to go to sleep, I've never been like this with any females before,

"Because dummy, they weren't your mate, she is,"

"I know that smart a$$. Now go to sleep, it's been a long day today, the faster I get to sleep the faster the morning will come, then we will go train. I'm dying to see her train with everyone, I want to know what she can do."

"By the way my human, surprise , she can read people's thoughts, so she just might know what you are thinking, she has other powers I'm just not sure what they are yet."

"Shut up." My wolf was laughing at me it's good that we can joke around with each other, we can't always be serious all the time, but once we do, we can be very dangerous. i like how we can cover our scent just by one word. or a thought. that's how i snuck up on plenty of my enemies J.

Reid pov

“WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN SHE IS STILL ALIVE?! IF SHE TRULY IS. SHE WONT BE FOR TO LONG.!

“I’m sorry sir, but i saw her with some guy getting out of the car, she was at alpha Jordons territory,”

“It might have been her sister. not her., but just in case, i am going to make a surprise visit. i will have her back in my house,

Reid pov

it's only been a week since Conny had been gone. my mate had kept me happy by pleasuring me and cooking making sure that everything is right in the pack, But she could not replace Conny, she was my true mate. she did what she was told and when to do it, yes i had done things to her that i shouldn't have done, but she made it so easy by being so weak, at times i wish she was stronger so she could have her fault back. but that was all gone now. I have this female at my beck and call and she does what I tell her to do. but she is not weak, she goes out to train every morning, i watch her sometimes she can kick some a$$, i might just keep her a little longer. who knows, i was heading out of the office, i was going to go relax in the family room and watch some tv, i was heading to my recliner when one of my rogue spies came inside. he was clean because he was a spy and needed not to smell like garbage, so he can go into packs like a member and see what he can find out, he had tried Jordons pack. but they knew that he didn't belong, they chased him out. now he watches from the woods for me, i sat down and cut on the tv, He stood there waiting for me to tell him to sit down, i didn't think i had to tell him, but oh well,

“Charles, sit down. you hovering over me like that makes me nervous, so what did you find out? is there any news or new news?” he walked over to one of the couches and sat down, then he told me something that i been wanting to hear for a week.

“ Sir, Conny is alive.” At first i thought i was hearing things, so i asked him to tell me again what he just said, i could tell that he really didn’t want to tell me again, but if he didnt. I would rip his dang heart right out of his chest.

“Sir, Conny is still alive.” i got up from my comfortable chair and screamed out,

“WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN SHE IS STILL ALIVE?! IF SHE TRULY IS. SHE WONT BE FOR TO LONG.!

“I’m sorry sir, but i saw her with some guy getting out of a car, she was at alpha Jordons territory,”

“It might have been her sister. And not her, but just in case, I am going to make a surprise visit. i will have her back in my house, I will torture this bit’ch until she pleads for me to kill her. I do not like being tricked, i thought it was strange that all kinds of new clothes were showing up at my doorstep for her. I even looked on her computer and there were all the new conversations, and sites i've even looked at the history, it looked like she factory restarted it. Because there's nothing on there.

If you let me take a look at her computer. I will be able to tell you if she did factory restart it, maybe she did it because she had too much on it. I know some people that have done that. Because the memory was low and almost filled up. So where is it? Does she have her clothes still in her dressers and closet? Did she have any money saved up?"

"I'm not sure. I only looked at her computer. Come on, let's head to her room, we headed there opening the door. Her scent was fading in here, I walked toward her closest. Everything was still in its place even her favorite pair of shoes, her makeup jewelry and hair products were still in its place. I turned and saw the rogue on her computer. She had everything on it like I said.

"Did she have a back up plan just in case her computer crashed? If she did I might get into that. But it looks like she had to restart it because her virus protection expired, so she restarted it to get it going like it never expired, so she wasn't trying to hide anything from you. And if her clothes are still here. And her favorite pair of shoes then yeah that might have been her sister heading up those stairs. I'm sorry sir.

"I'm not so sure if you are correct rogue. Something is weird in here, I can smell it. Someone else has been in this room." I mind linked all the maids to come to Connys new room including my new mate. They were all trembling when they walked inside. I was walking up and down looking at them,

"So, which one of you decided they wanted to come in here and take a look around. Did you not figure out I would know about this? If you tell me now none of you will be punished." no one said anything until my mate walked into the room. I looked at her growling

"You are late. You were suppose to had been here when I called them"

"Okay and. I don't care. I'm not your maid. I'm your mate. And I am the one that was in here looking around. Why do you still have this room? It's like you're waiting for her to come back or something. It's time to set this whole room on fire. Throw out all this stuff. She's not coming back, Reid she's dead. She's not coming back." she literally pissed me off. I excused the maids, they ran out of the room. I was in her face now. And she wasn't backing down one bit.

I can come and go wherever I please. I'm not her Reid. I will not back down from you. I came in here wondering why you kept this door shut and locked. I've been slowly tossing things out. They want Conner, your son, to be the alpha. They have already voted on this. He doesn't need to challenge you. All he has to do is come back and take your seat. Did you even realize that they don't even listen to you at all? They can't stand you Reid." I was half listening to her. All I kept hearing was babbling. Me listen to a woman? unbelievable. I don't listen to women, women listen to me. They do what I tell them to do, not the other way around. I snarled at her baring my canines, she didn't back away from me. She wasn't even scared.

"If I was you, dear. I would move out of my fu"king way right now. I'm sick of hearing your voice. I am the fuking alpha of this pack. And if no one likes it they can leave. Including you bi+ch" I watched her smirk at me. She raised her hand, slapping me hard across the face. Before I even knew what I was doing. My claws came out and I slashed her across the face. She screamed, going down on her knees holding her face. The rogue was watching, shaking his head.

"When you heal, get the fuk out of my pack and land. I am rejecting you. I don't want to hear another word come out of your mouth. You stupid bi+ch, I can't stand you. I never wanted you as my mate." I walked out of the room slamming the door shut behind me. If she knows what is good for her she will leave and not ever come back. I'm so sick of these bi+ches always thinking they can change me. And for this pack. Fu&k them. I could care less about them. It's all about me and what I want. Not the other way around.

"Reid, man, wait up. What the h3ll did you do back there? You clawed her face. She might not be able to heal after that,"

"You think I care if she heals or not. She should have never run her mouth like that. She thinks just because she's strong she can do whatever she wants. I just made it clearly known she can't. She will do what I say or she can leave. I don't care."

Rain pov

"I can't believe he did this to me. I warned him he would pay if he had ever laid a hand on me, I warned him. "

"You should have known he would have done the same to you sooner or later. You know what he had done to Conny. Do you think he wouldn't have done it to you?"

I know Bayle, but I thought he would grow out of it and learn to respect me"

"Yes I know. Are you going to heal me or make me wear this scar?"

"I'm trying Rain, but I think his nails had poison on them wolvesbane and silver, it's going to take months for us to heal. We need to leave before he comes back, shift and we will jump out the window."

Bayley Rains wolf pov

When Reids claws came out it was too late for me to help her. It was so fast that he slashed her across the face, I felt the pain. I knew his claws had poison on them, I had to tell her I couldn't heal her right now it will be months for her to be healed, I told her to shift and jump out the window before he came back, we shifted but something was wrong I can feel it, we jumped out the window and ran into the woods,

"Rain, you need to reject him now, it might hurt but you need to do it right now." I could tell she was hurting, but she did what I had asked her to do, I felt her sadness as she said it,

"I Rain. Rejects you Reid as my mate and alpha for life" she screamed so loud that I almost fell, but we needed to get off this land, we ran until we got off his territory, we heard paws hitting the ground, I knew he sent rogues to kill us,we had to get away and fast. I didn't know where to go. I've been in this pack for years. Unless I went for a run in the woods, I never went anywhere else. I heard them running behind me, they were catching up real fast. I was almost at the edge when one of the rogues caught up to me biting down on my leg, I kicked him off of me, I didn't know where it went, I wasn't going to stop and look,

"Rain, We are almost off his territory, then we will find a place to rest. We made it, we were at the very edge when they all caught up to us, they surrounded me, I had to take this chance. I backed up, ran, then jumped over the wolves. We made it. But that didn't stop them from coming after us. We had to get away. One of them caught up to me and grabbed me by my neck. If I don't do something, he's going to kill me. I snatched away from him ripping some of the skin from my neck, I kicked him in the head, I took the chance and ran off as fast as I could. I had to keep running, I was getting weak so I had to find someplace to hide. Rain was weak, she would have not been able to fight so I had to take over, after a while I didn't hear anything but the chirping of the birds, I wasn't sure if I was on someone else's land or not. But I had to find somewhere, after awhile I found a small cave, it was big enough for me to wake inside, I took a look around making sure that nothing loved here. When I was sure, I shifted back into Rains human form, she felt on the cave floor, I knew she was tired and weak,

"Rest my human, when morning comes we will leave," she didn't say anything, I knew that she was a sleep, so I stayed awake as much as I could to make sure she was okay, I ended up falling asleep soon i heard her moans, I needed to get up and get going, she was too weak to shift so I had to shift into myself, I knew it hurt her, but we needed to leave before someone catches us, I ended up catching a few rabbits before we went on, I was starving and I knew she was to.

Reid pov

I was finally calmed down and relaxed, I thought I would go upstairs to see if Rain was okay, but I reached the door I heard glass breaking, I hurried inside and saw her jumping put the window in wolf form,, that bi÷ch was leaving, I ordered a few guards to go after her, I watched them shift and run into the woods, I knew she was fast so I ordered a few rogue friends to make sure she doesn't leave the woods alive, I knew the silver was making her weak, it's a good thing I liked wolfsbane, I drank until. It didn't hurt my body, but it's going to hurt hers. I was walking out of the room. When I felt the pain of rejection.it felt like someone was punching me a thousand times in my stomach, I felt like a knife was cutting into me. That stupid bi÷h i mindlink the top rogue,

"Make sure you rip her fu@king throat out, is that clear?" I didn't hear anything back. but she better be dead and not getting away. A few hours later. I heard back from. The top rogue.

"Boss, I ripped her throat. She got away but she won't be alive much longer,"

"She better not Kenny, I will rip your throat out. I want to see her heart in your hands.

Kenny the rogue pov

Damn this bi+ch is a fighter. I grabbed her by the throat tossing her around Buy some how she turned and jerked away she kicked me right in my head. Now how the h3ll did she do that? I watched as she ran as fast as she could to get away the others were going to go after her. But I told them not to. We did what we were told. We will leave it to her now.i called Reid to let him know what went on. He even threatened me. Who the h3ll does he think he is. We live free we do no answer to anyone I think we are done after he gets Jordons pack we will be done. Ill form my own pack and have my own rules. Shi"t I have enough money why not. Then we can take over packs and take over the females. We will be stronger than Reid. We will be able to get rid of him, if his son can't get rid of him then I will do it,

Alpha Chris pov

When I woke up this morning my wolf skull was pacing back and forth. He's been doing that a lot lately and not telling me why. When females would form around to spend some fun time with me. He would come out and growl at them. He doesn't talk much. But the. He does it's important. When I took my shower and got to the office. I heard from one of my guards that someone has been in the territory and was bleeding. It smells of a female and she's badly hurt." Skulls' ears perked up. He suddenly growled

"What the h3ll is wrong with you Skull it's probably just a rogue that will be dead soon."

"She's not a fuxking rogue. She is our mate that got attacked. We need to go find her."

"Wait, we have a mate. And you are just now telling me about this?"

"I've been trying to tell you. But you don't listen. It takes our mate to get just for you to listen to me. Now let's go so we can find her. She's in trouble." I linked the guards to be upfront in five minutes. I also linked ten of our best warriors. I hurried out the door and toks everyone we must find her. She is my mate. She hurt."

"She is not a rogue, she escaped and the rogues got her. Now get your a$$es out there and find our mate" we all shifted and ran into the woods. Her scent caught my attention in a small cave. I went inside sniffing around. I smelled blood. She was in here not more them fifteen minutes ago. I linked everyone. I told them she is bleeding badly and we need to find her.
