Gracie POV
I study the little girl in front of me. I have instructed the guards to tie her up with silver and put wolfsbane in her food.
"Well, well well if it isn't little Anastasia." I say with a smirk in my voice.
"What do you want?" She asks. I see how frightened she is but she is also trying to be strong. A bit of me admires that, it is a sad reminder of what she has been through. But I know I also need to be firm so I don't appear weak in front of her or my pack.
"I want you to answer my questions and be honest this time." I step closer to her. I can see how scared she actually is. I can feel how strong her aura is even now and can't help but find it intimidating.
"And what sort of questions is that?" She asks.
"What are you?" I ask.
"A wolf like you and every single other member in your pack. I am curious to know what you are though. How about a question for a question." She replies sassily.
"Hmm is that Aurora or Anastasia? I am curious now. Anastasia usually respects her elders so I am suspecting it is Aurora though which means I will need some more wolfsbane hmm." She says
"It is neither." Replies a noble voice.
"Oh that is interesting. Who are you?" I ask suspiciously.
"No one of your concern but you will probably consider me your worst nightmare if you continue hitting that little girl." Says the voice again.
"Where are you? The girl is quiet." I say.
"This is the girl I am just in your mind." Says the voice.
"I thought I should perhaps give you a friendly warning since you won't like the consequences if you continue hitting her."
"Are you the moon goddess?" I ask
"Perhaps or maybe I have the ability to speak to her attackers."
"Tell me who you are or I will hurt her again?
"How do you intend to do that without exposing that you are a witch to the alpha watching in the room next door. He is rather meek I must say. Not as pathetic as you though. A luna bullying a 7 year old pup!" She says.
I look up and see my mate watching me as I interrogate the girl. Next thing I put my hand out to hit her and get electrocuted.
"Ouch! What was that?!" I shriek out.
"What is going on? Why are you holding her? How many times do I have to tell you to be nice to her?" he asks me
"I want to determine what she is. She is coming here with the pretense of being a wolf yet her eyes changing and how she takes control speaks otherwise. I will keep her here until I have my answers.
"Well then maybe I should put you in the cell right next to her. you will then have all the time in the world to get your answers. You are defying a direct order from your alpha not to mention your mate. She is a little girl and I am sure she is a wolf unless you forget that I spoke to her wolf in person." He says with anger. "She is small but a very strong wolf and she might even be royalty. What will happen if she is and you holding her here like this next thing her parents come looking for her." He yells. Anastasia is whimpering loudly and trying to get away.
"I will keep her in here until I get some answers. I highly doubt that whimpering little mess is royalty." I yell at him then turn around and go back to her.
"Answer me!" I yell.
"You never accepted my offer to play question for question" she says with a smirk on her face. It is a real pity you haven't listened to your mate replies the noble voice.
"I am a wolf." She replies. "What are you? I can sense you not just a wolf. Does your mate know that you are a hybrid?"
"What I am and what my mate does and doesn't know is none of your business. I am also a wolf."
I bring my hand down to hit Anastasia
"Mommy" she yelps in pain.
"Not so strong now? Are you? Give her some wolfsbane she is still to chatty." I say to a warrior nearby then leave the cell.

Anastasia POV
I look around me and all I see is dark my hands are tired from been bound above my head and my legs are sore. I am burning all over from where I was hit by the Luna. I wish I knew what I did wrong
"Mommy!!" I whimper out.
"Don't worry sweetie everything will be alright." I look next to me and see someone else in the cell next to mine.
"Why are you here?" I ask out of curiosity.
"I was captured when I was forced to fight the pack by the rogue king. He kidnapped me from my pack and made me fight for him in order to capture some princess. I have no idea what he wants with the poor girl. She is around your age I believe. You look very similar to the description he gave as well.
"I doubt it is me. I am just an average girl trying to survive and getting beat up for it. You guys smell funny." I comment and immediately blush when I realise that is rude. "I am sorry that was rude."
"No worries sweetie I smell like this because I am a rogue" Replies the lady next to me laughing the other rogues in the prison all start laughing as well.
"What is a rogue?" I ask.
"A rogue is someone who has lost their mate or being kicked out of their pack for some reason and they have lost a sense of their humanity. In our case a lot of us where kidnapped but still hope we will one day be rescued. Strangely enough being caught in this prison is by far the best thing that has happened to us. We are therefore called wonderers. We are the good type of rogue." She says.
"What are all your names?" I ask them.
"My name is Linda" Replies the female. The one in the far cell is Thomas, the one next to me is Henry and the one opposite my is Bandit. What is your name?" She asks.
"My name is Anastasia." I reply. I can hear them all let out a surprised gasp but say nothing more.
"Anastasia why has your aura gotten stronger?" She asks.
"I don't know my wolf says it is because I am immune to wolfsbane and silver and that it enhances my abilities instead of restricting them which it should do if what we learnt in school is correct." I say with a giggle.
"Makes sense." She says. I can see the door open then someone stepping inside.
"Anastasia where are you?" Asks beta Gerald.
"We here at the back Beta." replies Linda.
He then unlocks the door and let's me out. "Beta where are you taking me?" I ask
"Home." He replies.
"But what about all my other friends? They say they not bad" I say.
"I will ask the alpha to see them in the morning and maybe let them join the pack but for now we need to go. It isn't safe for us here." He says.
He then scoops me up and takes me home to Amy who prepares me a bath.
