"Oh look at you two!" I smile wide as I look at Brent and Olive through the video call. My two best people are now dating each other. The surprise proposal itself was so dreamy! (Heart of Ice, Chapter - 79)
"We miss you. When are you coming back?" Olive asks me and Brent frowns when Olive says that they miss us.
"Soon. I promise" I whisper and smile.
I quickly hang the call up saying I need to get ready because Nyle is taking me out on a date too. But I look at Nyle sleeping on the bed. The only bed in this house right now.
He was badly beaten. But I now see a few of his bruises and cuts healing and disappearing entirely. I thought I could make Nyle and Devon sit together and talk through this. But now I don't know what to do.
