The Galaxy Wolf: The Lost Tribrid

Chapter 4

Galassia

"What do you want to do?" Galaxy asked me. "I would like to put a protection spell on my property. Like around my property lines. Would it be possible to do it by just thinking about it? I know the property lines, I had to ride with the construction workers when they put the fence up to mark the lines" I said. "Just think about the property lines and think about putting protection on them all the way around the property. That way you would be protected and the property will be as well. If the spell is a strong one then no one will be able to find us" Vie said.

I took a deep breath and then let it out. I thought about every inch of the property and how I wanted it all to be protected so that no one could get in and no one would find me. Something told me to raise my arms and then through them out. So that is what I did, and when I did it a force came out and spread across the property. I felt it lock in on every inch of the property and set in. My home was now protected, and I was safe from the bullies.

I decided to go back to the house because it had been a long evening and I was exhausted. I told Oakley good night and got ahold of Mali and Sheldon and Shelby got onto my shoulders. I thought about all of us standing outside my house and the next thing I knew we were standing beside my porch. Sheldon and Shelby ran down my arm and into their little house.

Once they were settled I thought about being in my bedroom and I was there instantly. I really like this It will be a lot easier to get around. After returning to my room, I sat Mali down on his pillow and headed to the bathroom. After running around the forest I needed a shower. I took my robe off and started my water to hot. The hot water felt good on my muscles, but I didn't want to dilly-dally because I was tired. So I hurried through a shower. When I was done I put on a pair of shorts and a tank top and got into bed.

I curled up on my side and it didn't take me long to fall asleep. I slept well for a while and then I started to dream. In my dream, I was running through the forest but I was running as Galaxy. It seemed familiar somehow, yet it didn't at the same time. When I came up to a lake I stopped and took a drink of water out of the lake. When I looked up on the other side of the lake was a wolf. I couldn't see much of him as he was lying down, but I could see his face.

Galaxy kind of wined in my mind and when I asked her what was wrong she wouldn't answer me. For a long time, we just laid and watched him and he watched us but we couldn't get to each other even if we wanted to. The lake was big enough that there was no way around it. After what seemed like I long time, he got up and backed away, whining while he was doing it. When he was no longer visible to us, we got up and took off running again.

As we ran the forest completely changed and we seemed to teleport as we ran. When we stopped running we were in a place that felt so familiar and like it was a part of me. I was in awe of this place, it was so beautiful. There were little houses in the trees with little fairy's flying around. Since we were no longer running, I could once again feel myself changing. But this time I went straight from being a wolf to being a fairy.

I was flying around in the trees and checking out the little houses that were in them and built into them. They were so cute, but I didn't see anyone in them. I felt like I was being pulled in a direction and I let myself fly that way. As I came up to the top of the hill I looked down and saw a magnificent castle. It was so beautiful with all of the colors that were on it and around it. It had flowers and vines growing from different parts of it. From here I couldn't tell for sure how many floors there were to it but It looked like five or more.

Part of me felt like I belonged here, that this was my home. That the castle was meant to be mine but I wasn't sure why. I slowly flew down the hill and as I got closer I could see more people around. I could see that the people were gathering close to the balcony that overlooked the courtyard. I skirted around the edge of the crowd and got to the front. I looked over the people and one of the men took my breath away.

He was standing in the front row that had a sighed that said Reserved for the Lords, on it. I felt a pull to him and one to the balcony above me and I didn't know what it was about. The girls were being strangely quiet and that was freaking me out. I wanted to get closer to him but for some reason, I couldn't. So I decided to try to see why I felt a pull to the balcony and If I couldn't get closer there.

I didn't think that anyone could see me but I still tried to stay out of the way. I got close to the castle and flew up to the balcony. I couldn't get close to it either but I could see the people that were on there. I couldn't see the faces of the women and men in the front, but I could see a few of the people that were in the back part. One guy was in a uniform and was constantly looking around him like a bodyguard. He made me feel a pull to him as well. I was wishing that I knew what that meant. Did it mean that they were my family or something else?

Just like the other guys though, I still couldn't get a good look at him. It was as if the faces of these two guys were blurry. Whereas the first guy was just too far away to see him. As I was hovering there trying to figure out what was going on. It felt like someone hit the volume button on a remote. At first, I wasn't able to hear anything but whispers but now I was able to hear everything loudly.

One of the men at the front had whistled and then said "Attention. Attention, please. Our Queen has some news that she wishes to share with everyone." She then stepped forward and said in a magical twinkly voice "My people, I come to you tonight with news. Tonight on what would have been our daughter's sixteenth birthday, I felt her presence for a split time. I have a general idea as to where she is, but she disappeared soon after. As you know, when she was kidnapped right after I gave birth, we searched for her for years with no luck. I prayed to the goddess that we would find her one day. I knew that on her first shift to her fairy, I would be able to connect with her and find her. When I felt her change I could tell that she is in the human realm on earth. And I'm pretty sure that she is on the upper east coast. I wish I would've been able to tell what state and city but she disappeared before I could. All I can figure is that a witch may have her and cloaked her location. I just want my darling girl, our future queen back."

That was all that I caught before the volume was muted again. I changed today and it's my sixteenth birthday, am I this couple's missing daughter? But that can't be right, there is no way in hell that I'm the future queen of the fairies when I am part wolf, fairy, and witch. As I started to fade out from this land and back to being asleep I kept trying to see the people on the balcony but wasn't able to.

When I was pulled back from whatever that was, I woke with a start and sat straight up. I looked around and realized that it was all a dream. What the hell was that and who were all of those people? I wondered as I flopped back down in bed.
