Chapter 5

Jake found Vince spacing out while sitting on one of the dining chairs with his mouth pouted and hands on his face.

“Aherm!” He fakes a cough to get his attention but Vince seems didn't hear him. He then came closer to him and waved his hand in front of his face.

“Ah, hi Jake! Your dinner is ready.” Vince got up quickly and pulled a chair for Jake but wasn't able to look at him straight.

“Vince, sit down. Join me. Let's eat together.” Jake blocked Vince on his way back to the chair where he sat just now.

“I'm done eating. You said I just sit here and watch you if I don't want to eat?” He responds but still not looking at Jake. He was still upset when he raised his voice because of the condoms that he blew up like a balloon.

“He might be upset?” Jake thought as he felt like hugging Vince to comfort him. “Okay, it's up to you!” He said instead and gave way to Vince and he sat on the chair that the latter pulled for him. Silence engulfed them when Jake started eating. “Vince, do you like your work here?” Jake broke the silence.

Vince lifted his head and looked at him. “I like it but I always make mistakes.” He responded by pouting his lips and showing his puppy eyes.

“Oh s**t Vince stop it!” Jake cursed in his mind as he found Vince's expression irresistible but he had to control himself as he might scare him. He swallowed his food and drank his water. “What if I'll give you a different work, you like?”

Vince's eyes fluttered looking at him like wanted to make sure if he heard it right. “You mean I am not going to work here anymore?” He asked.

“Ahm, you're still going to stay and work here but not to clean my house but you have to always go with me wherever I go as long as it is related to my work.”

“Ha?!” Vince is so surprised. “You mean we will always be together?” He innocently asked.

“Yes!” With his answer, Vince got up quickly and suddenly embraced him. Jake's eyes widened as he felt Vince's crotch touch his knee as he leaned forward to him. His pet then reacted quickly, it twitched.

“Thank you so much, Jake. I won't be alone anymore. I felt bored here, nobody to talk with.” Vince still hugged him and said.

Jake then held Vince's arms and gently took it off from him. “Vince, I'm eating.” He smiled thinly at him but to his shock, Vince gave him feather-light kisses on his forehead and cheeks made his feelings worse as his length twitched and hardened. He bit his lower lip to control himself not to kiss him as their faces are so close to each other.

“Thank you so much, Jake,” Vince said while their faces are just an inch away. With his urge of desire, Jake planted a quick kiss on Vince's lips. “Oh my, his lips are so soft and moist.” He closes his eyes as he tries to stop himself from doing more than what he did.

“Vince, can you please go back to your seat so I can continue eating? We will continue talking later.” He said after he composed himself. Vince just did what he said and didn't even complain why he kissed him on his lips. “Too innocent.” He continued eating while looking at Vince from time to time.

“Since tomorrow is the weekend, Mom will come here to teach you what to do.” He said while finishing his food.

“Is it difficult?” Vince asked, fidgeting his fingers.

“Ahm, it depends how fast you will learn for this work. Usually, you just need to do what I asked you to do. In short, you will be my assistant. You will help me with everything that I need.” Jake explained.

“Aaahhh...” Vince replied and nodded. Jake is not sure if he understands what he said. “Ah Jake, sorry if I did that to the balloons. I don't know, it's not what I think of like a balloon.”

“It's fine, I am just shocked but I didn't mean to raise my voice to you.”

“What do you call that again?” Vince smiled as he felt comfortable talking now to Jake after he said he didn't mean to shout at him.

“Condoms?”

“Condoms? What is that for?” He innocently asked.

“Are you sure you don't know what that's for?”

Vince nodded, pouting his lips again. “I had never seen it before but I played it with Jules when I was young.”

“Oh, I see. Condoms are a thing used by men.” Jake felt awkward about how to explain it to Vince.

“Ha? How?”

Jake drank his water and leaned on his chair as his mind already started in chaos as their topic drove him crazy.

“It is used by men not to make women get pregnant.”

“Eehh?! How?”

“Do I have to do a demo just for him to understand?” He thought while looking at Vince intently.

“Vince, I think we can talk about it again next time.” Jake tried to avoid the topic but Vince's curiosity is killing him so he doesn't have any plan for Jake to not continue about it.

“Jake, please tell me. I need to learn those things. My mom always said to learn from my mistakes. So I wanted to learn as it is my mistake to call it a balloon.”

“Vince, I can't. I mean it's hard to explain it. Maybe you can ask my mom tomorrow? How about that?”

“But you said men use that, your mom is a woman so she maybe doesn't know how to use it.”

“She knows I'm sure my Dad told her.” Jake chuckled in his mind as he knows his mom will be shocked tomorrow if Vince will tell her everything he said.

“Really? Hmm, okay I will ask her tomorrow.” Vince seems to agree to his suggestion but when he is about to stand up Vince speaks. “But why can't you tell me? You have those things, you can show it to me how to use it.” Jake slammed his backside back on his chair.

“Vince, please listen. I can't teach you about it now. Not now. If you are ready and if you already learn a lot of things. For now, just focus on your new job. Okay?” Jake speaks to Vince, looking at him directly in his eyes.

“Okay. But promise me, you will show me next time.” And Vince shows a pinky swear on him.

“What's that for?”

“A pinky swear. Do it when you make a promise.”

“Ah, okay.” Jake then locked his little finger to Vince's pinky finger.

“I promise that I will be a good helper to you. I promise that I will take care of you and your pet.” Vince said as he looked at Jake, smiling while saying his promises.

“Vince, I don't have a pet.”

“Have! Whatever you call it, it's your pet.”

“But you have your pet too, right?” Jake tried to get along with Vince's innocence.

“Yeah but it's not moving like yours when I'm sleeping. Not even wake up.” He pouted.

Jake doesn't know if he will laugh or feel pity for the innocence of the person in front of him. In his mind, he has a decision made for him.

The next day, Jake decided to meet his friends. When he woke up he immediately went to shower. He knows Vince is already awake as he heard some noise from the kitchen.

“He might be preparing our breakfast.” He thought while choosing his clothes to wear. He took his khaki cargo pants and looked for a shirt to pair with it. “Oh my god, what happened to my shirt?” He took a piece of cloth, the white, green, and blue colored.

“Viinncee....” he shouted at him.

“Yes, Jake? Do you need any help?”

He raised the three pieces of cloth in front of him.

“What happened to this shirt?” He knows that they are cut but he wanted to know why Vince did it.

“You said separate white from colors, so I cut them as I don't know how to separate them.”

Jake just let out his breath. He is trying to control his anger as what his mom told him, must try to understand Vince.

“Okay, you can go back to work now.”

“Ahm, I'm cooking breakfast for you,” Vince said with a delightful smile looking at him waiting for his response.

“I'll follow you in a few minutes.”

After breakfast, Jake waited for his mom to arrive before leaving his house. He went out to meet his friends at Leandro's residence. His schedule is free so he decided to spend time with his friends.

“Bro, you can't believe it. He is so innocent and didn't even know what a condom is.” Jake talked about Vince with his friends. Shared with them how stressed he was on his first day.

“So you mean, those condoms that we secretly put in your pocket, you collected it?” Leandro asked; chuckling.

“I just put it on my bedside table inside the drawer and that's what he blew up like a balloon.”

“Whaaattt?” His friends were surprised but laughter then filled the garden area because they all laughed at what he told them.

“He is innocent,” Jorge said, still laughing.

“But he is cute. I mean he is a man, a handsome man but pretty as well. His beauty is so ethereal.” Jake said that his friends stopped suddenly from laughing and looked at him with their eyes wide open in surprise.

“Jake, are you okay? You have no fever?” Leandro, who recovered in surprise, quickly feel his forehead and neck with the back of his hand.

“Yes, I am. And what are you doing?” He lightly slapped Leandro's hand.

“You give compliments to the beauty of your new helper like you are so in love with him, Bro. Do you think we will immediately yelp in happiness? Of course, we will be surprised and think if you are well. You know what I mean?” Leandro said, shaking his head.

“Are you interested in your helper?” Neil, who is quiet at first asked.

Jake glared at him. “Of course not.” He averted his gaze to the glass on his hand and sip the wine.

“Jake, we've been friends for so long. You can't lie to us.”

“Love at first sight?”

He fell into silence. He doesn't understand. Just like his anger that he can easily control it with Vince. When he is close to him, he feels something inside of him awaken.

He gently shakes his head to brush off the idea that he has feelings for Vince.

“If not love at first sight, what do you call it? Lust at first sight?” Jorge who saw him shakes his head assumed that he said No when they asked him if he felt love at first sight with Vince. He slapped Jeorge's nape as he sat next to him.

“Bro, we're just kidding. We know how perverted you are but we also know how you can control it when it comes to women.” Leandro chuckled.

“I just don't like sleeping with different women. And when it comes to that kind of thing, I still want to do it with the person I love. I want to do it out of love, not of lust.” He said it but he fluttered his eyes as he seemed to see Vince in his vision while saying such things.

“Oopppsss....” his three friends reacted. “We're stuck with guilt.” Three of them laughed as they were opposite Jake. They are the typical playboys in town that made some women assume that Jake is also the same and even spread rumors about it but he always denies it in public. Even his fellow celebrities confirmed it as they said Jake doesn't even like to touch his female co-stars unless needed in a scene of his drama or movies.

“I'll be home early today.” His friends stopped laughing when they heard him.

“What did you say?” Neil asked, smiling even if it is so clear for them what he said.

“I'm going home early.” He said it again.

“There's something wrong with you, Bro. I got really curious about your new helper. I want to meet him.” Leandro said but gained a glare from Jake.

“Let's all meet him. How about next weekend, we're going to your place? It's been a long time since we haven't stayed there.” Jeorge said to him.

“Depends on my schedule. I'll check first if I'm free this weekend.”

“But you're kind of weird really. When did you say you wanted to go home early? Mostly you don't go home until you almost crawl going home drunk. Now you wanted to go home earlier. Isn't it strange?”

“Is it because of your new helper? What's his name again?” Neil asked, laughing gently.

“Vince.”

“Even his name is cute. I am more eager to meet him.” Jeorge said, looking at Jake's reaction.

Jake felt something he didn't understand when Jeorge said Vince is cute and he wanted to meet him. He felt like wanted to hide Vince from them. He heaved a sigh to clear his heart as he felt a bit of heaviness when he thought about it.
