Moving day. It's hard to believe it has been three weeks since Jacob is home. Healing up is taken a little longer than he thought. But he's a fighter and getting stronger every day. Lisa called last night to remind me that her and Kat will meet us at the new house. She is so glad that Kat agreed to stay at the resort with her. She felt Jacob needed that time to heal without a bouncy five year old. I called Maddie and talked with her for a while yesterday. We agreed to meet for lunch today. She was so excited to hear that we were finally moving into our house, but we would miss our lunch gatherings. I assured her we would still get together. Maybe we would find a nice place to meet in my new little town. I am sure there will be lots of hugs and tears as we say goodbye, with heavy hearts
