Maddie
This week has been a long, rough one. There are so many cases at the law firm that we all are running around like nuts.Nathan has two court cases on the same day. I am hoping that is the reason for his strange behavior lately. He seems so distracted uneasy with everyone.
Hearing my phone ring, I go hopping down my hall, trying to put my other shoe on. After almost falling on my face, I gave up. Reaching the phone on the last ring.
" Hello Hawkins residents. Maddie speaking."
"Maddie, it's Candy. I was worried about you after I got your message. What is going on?"
" It's Nathan. He is acting so strange. I know he has a lot of cases coming up. But this isn't like him."
" Why don't we get together and have a girls' day out. "
"That sounds wonderful, Candy. Let's meet tomorrow
