The First Day of Chaos

That little introduction did not went well, I can feel it as I can still noticed him glancing over me but not saying anything. I do not have the reason to have a little chat with him, I do not like his personality, upon seeing those things yesterday, and I have a little interest on him that I can live in this room without uttering any word. I stood up and looked at the small clock stood on my side table, it was already six in the morning and I got classes at nine so I got the time to spare. I springs up from my bed and looked around, I am the only one in here and I think that Nicholas guy already left- or did he not got home last night? 

I grabbed my phone and looked on it, I got tons of messages and missed calls from Yuki and Lily after I did not appear on the meeting time and place the two of them said to me. I suddenly felt extreme drowsiness and tiredness yesterday so I decided to slept in. Well, I do not know the reason behind it but I know that I got to prepare before those crazy people barge in my room. I stood up grabbed my towel and entered the bathroom, it was a wrong timing as I saw Nicholas standing by the sink, half naked. I froze on the spot I was standing and not sure of what should I react. 

"Do you want me to leave or will you just act that I am not here?" I heard Nicholas said and I grinned. 

"That would not be necessary." I plainly answered and entered the shower area. 

There is a unique smell inside the place and I hate myself for letting myself sniff that air. I know it sounds like a p*****t or something but this is really nice. 

"Want to use my shower gel? It is really nice." he suddenly entered the shower area with his body half peeking on me while he is smirking. 

"I got mine." I answered and pointed towards the shelf where I put those. 

"You should try being flexible, I am just asking you to be a friend." he said and finally entered and stood up in front of me. 

"You are that aggressive type, huh?" I said and he scoffs. 

"Not really, unless you want to be my foe." he said and started walking towards me. He was glaring, his expressions are a bit cold and murderous, so I got the feel of that survival instincts and walked backwards as I reached the wall. 

"Which one do you want be?" he asked and his face is close to mine, he really looked like a wolf targeting his prey. 

"I think a friend would be good." I answered and I hate myself again for sounding like I was scared or something. 

"Really? Then that is good. Meet me at the canteen later at lunch." he said and finally walking away. But he abruptly stopped and looked back on me. 

"Anyway, you got a great smell." he teased and left. 

I was taken aback, surprised and do not know what to react on that phrase. Am I suppose to feel mocked and bad upon hearing that words or should I just be proud knowing that I still smell good after that great sleep? I do not know which is which anymore. 

I let out a deep sigh and started showering. After minutes of deliberating whether I should be obeying his commands, I finished taking a bath and put the towel on my waist. I peeked first out from the bathroom before going out as I wanted to be sure that Nicholas is not here. But can I just say that his existence is too unnoticeable that I can say that he is not here, when he is definitely inside the room. I got no choice but to went out and act nothing. 

"Do you need someone to tour you around? I can be that man." he suddenly offers and my confusion aroused more. 

"Are you interested in my existence? Why do you keep on bothering me around?" I asked to him and he paused, he looked back and stare on me. 

"Because you do not know anything, because you are new here, and because I perfectly need a slave right now." he seriously mumbled every single word and his stares are penetrating my eyes straightly. 

"I might be a dumb one, but I will never be your slave. I see you playing with those boys back at the lawn, poor you and your cranky personality." I do not know where did I got those huge confidence but I said those words to him and he is now chuckling, it sound like he heard something unbelievable and burst out into a huge laugh. 

"Of course, you do not want to be one. But did I ever gave you a choice? I guess not. And for my cranky attitude, you still have not seen anything yet." he answered and winked on me before leaving the room. 

Alright, I got that this school is a place for brats and jerks but that guy, is he crazy? 

After that incident, I guess I should be talking to my parents now. Being apologetic for not doing the things they expected on me. I cannot be great here, I cannot be with my true self, not with that guy is here living in the same space as mine. 

I put on my clothes and went out from the dorm building. I already texted my two friends and they said that they will be waiting for me at the lobby. I prepared myself for a great scolding, Yuki will be a huge nagger and Lily would be a huge complainer- I cannot distinguish the difference of the two. I had a deep breath first before entering, but instead of seeing angry little lions, I see them as two most peaceful and forgiving persons at Earth. 

"Is there something I should be terrified of?" I asked to them as soon as I arrived in front of them. 

"So! How was your night with the leader of that gang?" Lily said to me and news really flew faster than I ever expected. 

"Where did you hear that?" I exclaimed and the two of them pointed towards somewhere. I followed the tip of their fingers a bulletin board. 

I want to be eaten and buried by the ground, I want to have plastic surgery and turned my face into a most unfamiliar person in this place. 

"No one could ever touch any inch of Aki's hair, he is mine- by Nicholas." I heard Yuki read the huge red postings on the board. 

"Congratulations! You just became a gang member on your official first day of school." Lily said to me and I saw them smirks when I looked on them. 

"This is insane." I exclaimed and removed the papers pinned on the board and walked away. 

I got to find Nicholas and stop this insanity right now. I cannot understand why is he being like this to me. For sure, I am not the only new student that this university has and is he always like this for new students? Yuki and Lily were also new faces, how could he not include them in that shameful postings? I noticed that students' stares as they began murmuring after I walked past by them. This is not what I expected on my first day in this school, this is not the life I wanted. 

"Nicholas, we need to talk." I said to him upon seeing him again at the lawn. 

"That was quick, Aki." he said to me and smiled. I saw that his underlings were all glaring on me like they were ready to eat me alive.  

"What in the hell is your problem? Do you really enjoy these things?" I angrily asked to him and his members started walking towards me. They formed like they were ready to attack me any minute their leader would give them a signal. 

"It is okay, I can handle it." Nicholas said to them and they one by one backs up like they were some dogs ordered to. 

"I have no other intention in that post, Aki. I just wanted to protect your first days." he said and in my frustration, I held on my hair and walked towards him, the same way he walked towards me in that bathroom- but this time I am enraged. 

"Protect? You are just some bully punk who got his satisfaction when seeing person in hurt or torture. You are nothing like a monster to me." I firmly said and stare on him coldly, I was just trying to wait for his answer but he just keep on being quiet. 

"Monster? This is you first day and you are saying that I am a monster?" he exclaimed and chuckles. 

"I tried being a good one here, but it is not my fault for your trust issues. Welcome to Celestienne University, cheers to your first day of chaos." he said and smirked on me. 

Uh-Oh, I got to pray for my own life- the sooner, the better.
