The night came and I woke up from extreme hunger, I did not eat since that morning I went in this dormitory and I just slept for the whole afternoon. I sprang up from the bed and sat on the edge, checking the time on the small clock on my side table and it was already eight in the evening. I grabbed my jacket placed on the top head board of my bed and went out from the room. I started walking downstairs and the whole floor was silent and calm. This is opposite to my expectation when I knew that I was going to live in males' dormitory. I arrived at the first floor and realizes that I should also call Yuki, maybe he is in his room alone and decided to ask him for a bite. I stood in front of his room and I am currently hearing strange noises coming inside and I am telling you, the noise sounds like someone was being tortured inside.

I panicked and quickly opened the door and in my surprise, I quickly closed it again and was about to leave. But the door suddenly opens and a guy went out half naked and leaned on the door.

"Do you want to join?" he sounds so disgusting that I just stare on him with disgust on my facial expression.

"Relax, if you are searching for Yuki, he must be with the foxes." he answered and I just nodded. He entered the room again and not in a second, the door banged opened again.

"Are you sure you do not want to join?" he asked once again.

"Shut up and go inside feed your desires." I answered and he smirked.

"I was just asking out of kindness." he said again.

"Stop being kind." I finally said and left the place.

I am now out side the dormitory and as how the school should be, there are still police walking around the campus. Some were guards who was patrolling around the corners and edges of the place and some were detectives who were searching for the leads from the previous murders. I actually do not care, I am not scared if something like that would happen to me and if I will voice out my impression- this place's security really sucks.

I hears rumors earlier that the killer might be an outsider as the murder happens during the class hours, and strangely enough, there is not any student missing in each class the whole day. I continue walking around the campus, walked past by the huge track and field lawn, buildings for each courses, libraries and other buildings needed for an academy. But there is no food stalls or restaurants inside the campus are still open in this late hour, so I decided to get out and start my adventure in finding a decent food place.

I saw a convenience store across an intersection, I walked towards it when someone grabbed my wrist and now I am squatting behind these huge bushes at the side of the road. I looked to the person who did that and it was Nicholas.

"You have to give me a valid excuse for doing this to me." I coldly said to him and our gazes meet because of the close distance we have.

"Be quiet, I will fill you in later." he whispered and he constantly looked and peeked around like a meercat.

"I want it now." I firmly said and he looks at me.

"I am investigating." he answered and I scoffed.

"Or are you just being a childish one and decided to play hide and seek?" I sarcastically asked and was about to stood up when he grabbed my hand again and forced me to sit down and hide.

"What is your problem?!" I exclaimed to him and he covered my mouth with his other hand.

"The suspect must be one of the students here, sir." an unknown man said those words and saw two men walked past by us.

"How can you say that?" the other man asked.

"That spot is known for the students who are attending this school." the man answered and their voices fade as their distance increased away from us.

"What are you doing?!" I yelled to him out loud and went out from the bushes.

"They could have seen us!" he answered to me.

"You are scared being seen but you are lurking in this late and dark hour?" I asked to him in disbelief.

"You do not understand." he said and I scoffed.

"Of course I do not! How could I understand when you are not saying anything?" I answered to him and he just shook his head for an answer.

"You have to go back to the dormitory. You should not be walking around here alone." he said to me and I burst out laughing, sarcastically.

"My fellow classmate just advised me not to walk in dark places, but why are you doing it otherwise?" I said to him.

"Aki, stop sniffing around places that does not concern you." he seriously answered and started walking away.

I wanted to stop him, I wanted to say the reason why I am here alone- I was just being hungry and planned to grab some bite!

I just ignored him and entered the convenience store, grabbed food and drinks before I decided to eat them inside the dormitory quick. I got in the room and it was still empty, Nicholas is not back yet and I do not care. He might be wanting to try being some detective so I guess I should let him do his thing and reach his huge dream.

The morning arrived and my face looks so puffy for all that food I had last night. I have not seen Nicholas went back even if I stayed up late playing video games and even talked with my friends. I am walking through the hallways of the building and I saw Nicholas standing in front of me.

"We have to talk." he said to me and students are now garnering their attention towards us.

"Do we have something to talk about?" I asked to him and tilted my head, I am now done having our paths crossed every time.

"Follow me at the rooftop." he whispered to me and started walking away together with his underlings.

I saw Lily and Yuki from afar and they just gave me a sign of comradery, Lily gave me a cheer up move and Yuki gave me a thumbs up, he got nothing to offer, I should say.

I have no choice but to follow Nicholas, I went upstairs and entered the door towards the rooftop.

"What do you want?" I quickly asked to him and when I saw him standing with his back facing towards me.

"You did not see me last night." he directly said to me when I arrived in front of him.

"Are you scared of me saying those to the detectives? I do not care any of this, you do not have to tell me." I answered and was about to leave when he said something.

"The killer is a wolf and we ride in believing that it does not exist." he said and I wanted to deny the words I hard, the nonsense, the dumb statement I just heard. I wanted to rinse my ears with some disinfectant.

"Are you drunk? Maybe since last night or did you not have any sleep seeing that you did not go back to the dormitory last night?" I said to him and chuckles.

"I am serious here, Aki." he said. I stare on him, nodded and start walking back and forth. I looked through the blue and clear skies of the morning and trying to hypnotize myself- this campus is full of strange people.

"Really? Alright, let us just say that I believe in you, does that mean that am I going crazy too?" I asked and he let out a deep sigh.

"You have join the foxes." he said and I snort.

"Is this some kind of your recruiting techniques? Because I do not buy it. I can survive this school alone." I confidently answered.

"You cannot." he said and I was confused.

"How can you know that? It was already been a week since I entered this school." I said to him and he walked towards me.

"Just believe in me, for once." he mumbled.

I am looking through his eyes, it was dark and full of seriousness. I do not buy any of this, wolves do not exist in cities and if there is, then how could the government not doing anything about it? Do they keep this fact from the people who are living in this place? That was dangerous if that is the case. Hearing that the murders do not happen once but several times before I transferred here, this should be reported to the authorities.

"Alright, I will believe you for this once. But should we ride it in a different way?" I asked and I saw his expressions going from relief into a confused one.

"Tell me everything, if you want me to join the foxes, that is all." I continued.

"Sure, if that is what you wanted." he answered and I smiled triumphantly.

People say that he is the most dangerous person in this school, then what if I could tame him?

Will I get that title?
