Chap.2*Kai Wants To Steal My Virginity*

1242 Words
After I left Kai's home without uttering anything to him, I was flooded by his texts, asking me what happened. For some weird reasons, my heart wasn't ready to believe that Kai knew what Jillin was up to. But still, the trauma had affected me so badly that I didn't leave my room for the next few days, I didn't eat or sleep properly. I knew what happened was a crime and Jillin could be charged for it, but I was scared of what people will think of me. I'll be bullied heavily in the school and on top of it, Kai will look at me weirdly. Will he ever fall for someone whose friend first had a se*ual encounter? And how would I even prove it to everyone that I didn't want any part in it? "Vivi! What's going on?" My mother asked, looking worried as I played with my food on the plate. I had to go to school, it wasn't like I could just stay hiding forever. "Nothing, I'm just not well," I replied and stole my eyes from my mom. "Did something happen between you and Kai? He had been blowing up the landline and my number for days that you are not picking up his calls or responding to him." My mother had a very unsettling look on her face. "No! I just needed some space." I lied without looking in my mother's eyes. She could tell I was hiding something, but I knew she would never imagine it was that big or a thing I was hiding from her. I knew if my mother ever came to know about that incident, she will not only drag Jillin to hell, but she will make sure the kid she treats as her own, Kai, also deals with the consequences. "Okay! I won't pester you to talk to him, but now that you are going to school today, please try to give him a reason behind not talking to him." she gently patted the back of my hand. Soon, I left for the school with so much stress and depression that the moment Kai's eyes laid on me, his jaw dropped on the floor. "Vivi!" he rushed towards me to hold my arm and stop me from walking into my class. We usually go to school together, but I skipped his calls and went on foot instead. "Kai, I'm not in a mood for any kind of conversation right now." I didn't want to look in his beautiful eyes and forget about the mischievous act Jillin did in his home. "I don't understand, what happened? After you left Jillin in the room, you didn't even say a single word to me." once he mentioned that scoundrel, I lifted my face and our eyes met. He genuinely looked confused and lost. "You want to know, Kai?" I finally gave up. I was angrier at Jillin for getting away with something so big. I had to tell at least someone so that Jillin too faces some kind of punishment. "Let’s go." instead of going inside my class, I grabbed his hand and took him to the rooftop. All this time, he silently followed me without resisting a bit. Once we were on the rooftop and the wind had begun to play with our skins, my body covered in goosebumps at the thought of telling him what happened back in his room. "Why did you leave me with Jillin that night Kai?" Since the anger and tears had been bottling up inside me for days, I couldn't contain myself from asking him abruptly. "He told me that you both have something going on, but you guys are unable to explain your feelings so he needed to talk to you." Kai defended himself very aggressively. "Well, he ass****** me. He f***** my fac---," the moment tears sprung down my eyes, Kai's eyes jumped out of their sockets. "What?" He had already made tight fists out of his hands when he heard me. "I'm gonna kill that ba*****," without listening to another word that I have to say, he had already sprinted downstairs in search of Jillin. "Kai! Listen." I kept following him around but couldn't find him for some reason. It was then we find out that he had been kicked out of the school because of the allegations of ass**** by other students. I was devastated and so was Kai. That day was hard to spend, I didn't meet up with Kai after that, and neither did he try. Once I was home, I went straight to my room and cried some more until I eventually dozed off. The next few days were weird, Kai and I didn't speak, but he also missed school a lot. He wasn't even present in the practices anymore. I genuinely believed that he had no idea what Jillin was up to all this time. Then one night, I heard from my mom that Kai had come to meet me. My mother left with Mrs. Pascal’s for the lady’s night out while we stayed behind in my room. "No matter how many times I apologize, I know I can't make things right, unless I go back in time and stop him, beat him up." Kai's voice was filled with guilt and sorrow. I had never seen him lack so much energy before. "It's fine, it's not your fault," I mumbled and lowered my head. We have been seated in my bed for an hour now and both of us had slowly begun to come back to our normal self when Kai raised a weird question all of suddenly. "You haven't lost your virginity yet, are you waiting for someone?" the smile I had on my lips from the joke he told me one minute ago, vanished. It's not like we had never shared things before, we were pretty open and shameless with each other, but that particular night, something felt weird. "Yeah! Yes, I'm." I mumbled and pretended to search for something in my phone. "I lost mine with someone I didn’t even like," he recalled the incident with a laugh, but I was instantly thrown back to those days when he had told me that he slept with our classmate and it kept me angered for months. I was so upset that he lost his virginity to someone else. "I remember, and you guys didn't even date." I was still bitter that he could have chosen someone who he really wanted to date, at least for a month but he went for a one-night stand. "Oh! So you wanna lose it to someone you want to stay in contact with?" He asked, holding my phone out of my hand and turning it off to get my attention. "Of course," I tried to get my phone back but he slid it in his pocket, eyeing me to focus on what he was saying. "Well, you do know girlfriend and boyfriend relationships don't last long for too long until you are at an age where you can marry them?" He bent down a little, placing his palms on the bed and staring me in the eye. After I nodded, he stayed silent for a moment before he murmured, "Then why don't you lose it to me?" a loud gasp left my lips as I kept staring him in the eye.
