Whoever said ignorance was bliss had it wrong because the lack of knowledge was a looming danger, a disaster waiting to happen.
If Alpha Kade had known about the attack, he would for sure have countered it. His ignorance about the situation cost him his family and almost half of his pack.
It had taken them to a point of never ending pain. Maybe learning to live with it, but never to get over it.
I was in that situation at the moment and a sickening feeling rested in the pit of my stomach ready to pull out my gut.
