Episode-A new mate

Back in the angel's resistance hideout...

Alex paced uncomfortably wondering if his mate will be okay.

"Will you just relax?" Jasper voiced getting really annoyed by Alex's nervous state.

"She should be back by now" Alex muttered in response while turning to Jasper who lied on the biggest sofa situated at the farther end of the big sitting room.

"Alex, she left an hour ago" Jasper reminded feeling the urge to stand and head up to find his own mate.

"Yeah, isn't that enough-

"Well, human school start by 8 and end by 3 just so you know" Jasper nonchalantly informed while watching Alex get even more nervous.

"So, I'll have to wait...till three, that's not happening" Alex clenched his teeth wondering if it was a good idea to go check on her.

"I have to go check on her" Alex declared right when Morgan and Garnet were heading downstairs.

"If she didn't kill you for that, Goodluck" Garnet responded with a soft chuckle.

"She can handle it, Alex, calm down" Morgan soothed, among all of them...Morgan had always been the reserved and quiet one and hardly speak unless spoken to, Garnet was the hotheaded and cheeky ones while Alex and Jasper remains the inseparable best friends that couldn't do without each other.

"Where are the girls?" Jasper decided to ask worried for his own mate.

"Well they seem to be having a good girls time in Ruby's room" Garnet replied and Morgan staggered on the stairs and he reflexively grabbed the railings to avoid falling.

"Morgan are you alright?" Garnet worried instantly helping his standstill.

"The mating season is drawing nearer and something strange just happened-

"What?" The other boys instantly questioned as Morgan's face scrunch up probably in worry or disbelief none of them could tell.

"I've never been revealed any of my future before...I could see other's future but sadly not mine but...but just now-" Morgan didn't wait to finish and immediately ran upstairs to the girls' room, all who screamed as Morgan storm.

"Holy Aegeus, what in Aegues name is wrong with you!" One of the girls scream but Morgan just walked up to Hematite who was staring strangely at Morgan before the others arrive watching his actions, a tear slipped down Morgan's eyes as he advanced towards Hematite.

"Get out!" Hematite's eyes had a pinkish glow as she commanded Morgan but nothing happened, only he continue to move forward.

"That's not possible...I can't compel him" Hematite felt alarmed about the fact that she was unable to compel Morgan which was a strange thing for her since she was an Angel of love and could make anyone do his bidding except the Nero royals though...they could resist the all Angel of love somehow; a theory that was yet to be explained but already proven.

"Angels of love cannot compel their mate...we did that in Angel Civic class" Morgan explained and it downed on all of them what was going on.

"He has been revealed his mate" Garnet declared.

"Good for him, he didn't have to go through the mating dreams" Jasper envied.

"Yeah and good for him his mate is right here and not so far away" Alex spoke next, sounding envious as well since his mate was very far away from him before he could claim her. Everyone decided to excuse the two as they just stood staring at each other with no clue what to do.

"I...I don't understand" Hematite stuttered as Morgan got even closer, overshadowing her with his height as he was way taller than Hematite.

"You don't have to" Morgan smiled feeling extremely happy before slowly raising his hand to Hematite's face, an unfamiliar jolt of electricity of want, desire, and longing filled them on that single touch leaving them in a moaning mess, they couldn't hold back and clash lips wanting to eat and gnaw each other roughly.

Their actions could be guessed by everyone who stood outside their door filling the scent of pure lust escapes the doors affecting all of them...Jasper grabbed Pearl's hand and immediately led her to another room while Garnet grab Amber's leaving just Rose, Ruby, and Alex who wore uncomfortable looks. Ruby and Rose decided to take a stroll leaving just Alex who grits down on his teeth.

"Just great" He muttered before disappearing down the stairs.

"So are we continuing the game?" Ruby asked Rose regarding the earlier game they were playing before Morgan interrupted as they walked away from Alex.

"Yes, but I think we should invite Alex" Rose suggested feeling bad for leaving Alex out on everything.

"Yeah...we should, let's go call him" Ruby Zoa agreed to turn back immediately but Alex was gone.

"Where did he go?" Rose's eyebrow instantly furrowed as they both looked around to realize Alex was missing. The girls decided to climb down and looked for him in the sitting room but he was nowhere to be found after searching every other part of the house, they had no choice but to call on the others.

"Why did you drag me here?" Pearl complained after Jasper pinned her to the back of the door after slamming it shut but by the time she looked right into his eyes, she knew just why...his eyes had a blazing fire in them; and the moment his hands rested on her shoulders, she felt his lust seeped into her, his mouth covered hers slowly and moved down to her neck, laying soft kisses there until she moans out his name, Jasper moved her hands over Pearl in a rhythm that instantly had Pearl begging for more, he slowly started to peel her clothes away...exposing her ivory skin to him...his mouth trail down between her breast while his hands covered them needing them softly until Pearl cried out in need after a lot of teasing Jasper decided she was ready for him as the scent of Pearl's need fill his nose, so he laid her down to quench the raging fire of lust ignited in them but right before Jasper could claim her, Rose barged in panting softly.

"Put some clothes on, Alex's gone!" Rose relayed ruefully before turning to Garnet's room after Ruby had gotten the door to Morgan's, just like Pearl and Jasper they were also in a compromising position...or worse as Garnet was right between Amber's legs panting with every thrust and Amber was pretty loud about it.

Ruby ran straight for Morgan's room and caught them cuddling but before Ruby could speak, Morgan did the honors.

"Alex is gone...I saw it too late, I'm sorry but he's in the school at the moment, there's no need to fret, at least not yet" Morgan relayed as the house suddenly become busy with everyone immediately looking for Alex.

"What do you mean not yet? He's gone after Helen, they are both in danger...you know how loud their two aurae can be; combined-

"Trust me...he's going to be fine...right now the princess had convinced him to come back, he's going to be fine-

"Why did you say not yet then?" Ruby inquired staring at Morgan with her brows arched in a pretty intimidating way.

"Because that's all I saw for now" Morgan replied and Ruby sighed out heavily.

"I really think we should find and bring him back right now; we should give him a wing call or something" Ruby suggested their common but old ways of calling out to each other.

"Let's just wait for him" Morgan suggested and Ruby sighed before they all decided to gather in the sitting room with each other respective mates beside them while the mateless sat beside each other.

"I think it's a terrible idea to just sit and wait for him" Jasper uttered after several minutes of awkward silence between them.

"The bad idea is you leaving him alone in the first place" Morgan muttered softly making Jasper and Garnet immediately frown.

"Don't tell me you're blaming us for this? You started this!" Garnet retaliated.

"I did...I started it by finding my mate...what are you talking about, you were supposed to be with him-

"Can we just not have this argument right now, it was all our faults. We weren't supposed to leave him alone; it was our responsibility to protect the princess's mate; you know if anything should happen to him, the princess would be in grave danger and our course might be lost so...it's best we come up with a solution rather than look for who to blame" Rose cut into their bickering and they all seem to instantly agree with her because silence immediately falls afterward but...Morgan wasn't silent because of that, he was thinking of something else.

"I spotted him, he's flying across the lake but...I see something else, in the alleys, in the hills...there are shadows" Morgan narrated his eyes fixed to a particular location as he slowly described his vision.

"Is this the past, the future, or the present?" Pearl decided to ask because Morgan being from the family of Krainos was gifted with the ability to see into the past, future, and present...unlike his family members who could manipulate it, he was a peculiar one.

"It's the present and he's been followed by some shadows, we have to warn him-

"But how we can't exactly wing call him, he'll know our location" Garnet chirped in.

"Then we have to call him from somewhere else" Morgan raised his brows wondering if any of them had any other suggestions but it appears his, was the only available one.

"Garnet, you're the fastest among us...I think you should go, go anywhere but here, we have to lead Alex away from here or this place would be discovered...we can't start moving right now, we'll meet you there" Morgan said and Garnet immediately stood to go but Morgan gasped as another revelation hit him.

"Pearl, you should go with him...he'll need you" Pearl nodded immediately and followed Garnet.

"Why does she have to go with him?" Jasper frowned watching her mate leave with Garnet, his least favorite member of the group.

"Alex will need her...or else he'll be poisoned" Jasper's face drowns on hearing the last part.

"They can't defeat the shadow demons alone, they need us" Morgan concluded and they all sighed heavily.
