Chapter Thirty

Three days later, Victoria decided to take a day off to rest from the pastry shop, she had employed a few staffs, so it's not like it was completely empty. Leah called and pleaded with victoria to help look after her boys while she goes on a date.

"Please vicki."

"You don't have to beg me, i'll do. But on one condition"

Leah sighed, "What now?"

"Tell me who he is, is it doctor lance?"

Leah chuckled, "No, it's not."

"Then tell me, you met someone else?" Victoria bit into a cupcake she made.

"It's Xander." leah said, victoria stopped chewing, she remained silent. "Are you still there? Vicki?"

"I'm here, what did you just say?"

"Liam was right, xander is in love with me. He asked me out on a date and i accepted, i'll tell you everything when i'm back okay."

Victoria sighed, "Okay, go, have fun."

One hour later, liam appeared on her doorstep with the twins, Victoria was surprised to see him and not leah.

"I was on my way to see you, i met xander and he handed them over to me."

"It's a good thing you're here though, i won't be able to do it on my own anyway."

Liam shrugged his shoulders, "It's easy, because they ain't difficult. Todd might be a little stubborn, but they're good boys."

"And how would you know that?"

"I've been with them over the years, I know....." liam paused, he realized what he had done and he pinched his nose.

Victoria stared back at him in shock, "How long have you known?"

"Known what?"

"That your memories were back, and don't bullshit me liam."

"Language tori, the kids." Liam said, he turned on the TV for the boys and then took victoria to her room. "I was going to tell you." liam started

"Tell me? When the hell were you going to tell me? I noticed it a few days ago but i wasn't so sure, i thought you were just adjusting."

"Calm down tori. Listen i saw how guilty you felt taking care of me, i didn't understand why you felt that way then. But when i regained my memory after the accident, i...."

"You remembered everything after the accident wit carla? That's over a week ago!"

"I know, trust me i wanted to tell you, but you still guilt in your eyes wherever you at me and i didn't know how to tell you."

"Why?"

"I felt bad, horrible for making you feel that way. It was all my fault, i should have told you about the house, i'm so sorry tori."

Victoria sighed, "I'm sorry, i didn't listen to you. I didn't let you explain, i just...."

"Flared up, you had every right to, but i good intentions."

Victoria smiled, "I know, leah told me, sentimental liam." she said and chuckled.

Liam hugged her, he planted a kiss on her head. She looked up at him and he sealed her lips in a kiss.
