MATT ARRIVED AT TIMMY’S, where he found Becka seated at a table in the corner of the shop. As Matt noticed that Becka had two cups of coffee and two breakfast sandwiches on the table, he didn’t stop at the counter but headed directly toward her. Lost in her thoughts, Becka didn’t notice Matt's arrival. “Hey, there, pumpkin. Why the long face?” “What long face?” Becka smiled at Matt. She rose and gave him a warm hug. “I’ve got no reason for a long face. I have just been thinking,” she assured him. With a wave of her hand, Becka invited Matt to take a seat.
