Jay had left me.
There was no other answer.
It had been four days and I hadn’t seen Jay.
He was nowhere to be found.
I had sat in this massive mansion waiting for him to return.
I had called and texted but there had been no answer.
I was scared.
But a part of me told me that I had been left.
He had probably taken Zara and they were off on an island, living their lives while I rotted away in this house.
I felt so broken and alone.
My mind was going to dark places and I had no idea what to do about anything anymore.
He had been gone, not even thinking about me.
How could he do this to me?
I slumped on the floor by the spiral stairs and looked at the door.
