2 months later.... At the United Nations Healthcare Department…

The United Nations Healthcare Department has entered into a critical state as a group of tech enhanced accomplices has infiltrated the entire building.

The Police Force and the Anti Criminal Special Task Force has the building completely surrounded by their soldiers, the Staff Sergeant of the task force is stationed near the van which fully guarded and equipped with many weapons and techs.

He goes to the display near the van where he activates it which shows the profiles of the infiltrators who reside inside the building.

He begins to elaborate the history of the infiltrators and the plan to enter the building and rescue the hostages held there to his team. "Alright, the head of this g**g is Arthur Dalford, former crime lord with a reputation for bank robberies gone wrong but now one of the most dangerous criminals in this state.”

“Our intel reports that some shady company has been supplying him with illegal tech enhancement, thanks to these guys, he can infiltrate anywhere he wants without breaking a sweat, right now, his target is this building.”

We have no clue what could he possibly want in the healthcare building, but what we can tell is that he is up to no good, the civilians are taken in as hostages, therefore our main mission is to rescue them without getting anyone hurt.

However, most of his crew have no names or identifies but one of the most known accomplices to Arthur is in here along with their crew, Gregory, Percy and Andrew have a long history working with him in the past, if we managed to take him down now, we dissolve half of criminal operations, here is how the plan goes.”

(He activates a sequence in his wrist causing the display to change into the building's blueprint) “There are 16 exits to the building, each of them are tightly guarded on the outside by our men.

Squad B will launch a frontal assault on the main entrance while squad A will head into the second exit on the north east (he points it out) this might take them by surprise, if it's our lucky day, this might even cause them to make a mistake which might prove useful.

There might be some casualties to squad B, thanks to their tech upgrades but if the infiltrators abandons the building and head towards the tunnel, our guys can take the rest of them out and rescue the hostages with ease but after that trapping them down inside the basement is our only option.

(the display changes to basement plan) some of these tunnels are flooded or sealed but the tunnels over here and here (he points them out) are open but already guarded with some of our best men, but this tunnel over here is an abandoned passage (he points it out) used to be a sewage tunnel which is supposed to be sealed off, but if they were to head there.”

(The display shows it the passage) “It could lead them all the way to the island on the south which is the southern state, so legally we can't set defenses without asking from above, my best bet is that these guys found a way to go through this tunnel and escape to the southern state easily, that is why we are going to blast our way into the tunnels over here (he points it out) take them out by surprise. So any questions?" asked the Staff Sergeant.

 No response came from the squads. "Good, let's teach these bastards a lesson they won't forget." said the Staff Sergeant who begins to get ready his team to proceed according to the plan infiltrate the building.

Meanwhile inside the building…

A man who is fully armed with high tech weapons which kind of looks like alien technology proceeds from the rest room and walks down the hallway and heads upstairs. he sees as his accomplice are all fully equipped with high tech weapons similar to his and how they force the rest of the civilians to proceed into the maintenance hall where they kept the rest of them hostage.

He heads upstairs where he sees a guard injured and on the floor at the end of stairs leaning his head and chest on the wall. "You will pay for this." said the Guard.

"How the hell did they miss you?" said the armed man who draws his blaster and points it at the guard's head and fires it causing the guard's head to blow which literally splashes across the wall he was leaning.

 He then proceeds to the hallway in the second floor where he sees as the entire building is guarded by his accomplices who are also equipped with high tech weapons similar to his,

He then proceeds and heads into the manager's office west of hallway where Arthur and the rest of the crew Gregory, Percy, Andrew are surrounding the Manager's table with their blueprint of the building and basement plans lying on the table, planning for their next move while Dylan,

Now a high-tech expertise they hired is also present but remains in the chair sitting near the CCTV displays eating lollipop where he is looking into the cameras and observing both the accomplice who are in the building and Police who are outside the building.

"Alright, let me go through with this one more time, there are 16 exits to the building, but each and every one of them are completely surrounded with cops and that stupid task force,

So, our best bet is basement tunnel in the north over here (he points it out) that leads up to the corridor which is sealed off from an old subway station, we go through that tunnel we......" said Arthur who was interrupted by Dylan. “That is what they want you to do, you don't know it yet but they're kinda expecting that, it's definitely a trap, you will kill us all." said Dylan. "Who is he again?" asked the rough-looking accomplice.

"You got a better idea then kid?" asked Arthur.

 Dylan then gets up from the chair and walks towards Arthur and starts to look at the plan which is on the table. “First, we make a frontal assault on the main entrance, that will definitely get their attention, so about the exits, all exits may be covered but not locked, we can't give them the advantage, so we blow all these exits.”

(He points it out in the map) except this one, that's where we send civilians dressed up as distraction, and finally, lucky for us there is an abandoned passage with a false wall which was constructed during the 50s over here (he shows it in the plan) hidden in plain sight behind the shelves. Go through there and they might never see....." said Dylan who is interrupted by Percy.

"What happened to guys who built it?" asked Percy who is standing right opposite to Dylan near the table. “I don't know, I guess they never used it, there aren't many people who knows about this passage, look do you want me to proceed or are you gonna keep asking questions?" asked Dylan.

 Percy then nods his head saying Dylan to proceed. "Anyway, if we proceed through there (he points it out on the basement plan in the table) and if my Intel is correct, which always is, we will likely end up at Newt Corp Warehouse right next to the docks, where we can use the boats and..." said Dylan when the rough looking accomplice interrupts.

"Wait a minute, what the hell do you mean 'if my intel is correct?' you just wanna walk us all through this plan based on your Intel? Last time I checked you don't call the shots here." said the rough looking accomplice who then turns to Arthur.

"Are you sure about this boss? We don't even know this kid, for all we know, this could be a trap, we would be waking right into..." said the rough looking accomplice who was interrupted by Dylan.

“So what else we do, sitting in here waiting to get arrested?" asked Dylan.

The rough-looking accomplice gets furious and pushes the table and goes towards Dylan and grabs him with his hands and holds him against the wall. "Who do you think you are? Huh?" said the rough-looking accomplice.

Gregory comes in front and tries to calm him down. "You girls can even play nice? Can you?" said Andrew. “That’s enough." said Arthur. "So, what do you think we should do huh?" asked Dylan sarcastically. “We follow the original plan dumbass." said rough-looking accomplice.

Dylan begins to laugh which makes him even more furious. "What's so funny?" asked rough looking accomplice. "You really think you are smart, don't you?" replied Dylan. "Everybody just take a breath, alright?" said Andrew.

"Don't you get it dumbass? Doesn't the tunnel you mentioned seems a little too good? What if we go in there and find ourselves surrounded? What are you going to do then, huh?" replies Dylan. "Dylan! Not helping, and you, we are not here to fight each other, now let's put this shitty attitude aside and play nice, got it." said Arthur.

"Alright, whatever you say boss." said rough-looking accomplice who puts Dylan down and moves aside.

Andrew drags back the table and grabs the plan and places in the table. “Kid’s gotta point, besides didn't you say you got the info from a cop?" asked Arthur. "What?" asked Gregory.

"Dishonorably discharged cop, he hates them as much as we do." replies rough-looking accomplice. "Isn't that so?" said Andrew. "Come on guys we're wasting time here, we must come up with a plan before they come knocking on the doorstep? Arthur?" asked Dylan.

 "Fine, we will do it your way, any questions? Asked Arthur, no response came.
