“Nothing…. Nothing at all.” Elteen said then he stood from his seat and took his things at the side. “I just remembered I have to do something, the drink is on me as an apology. Well then… I will get going.”

Elteen did not give them time to react as he left at once the moment he said his piece.

Travis shook his head and did nothing, then he looked over to Rupert who was casually drinking his beer while looking over the women outside the 2-way glass wall and decided which one to pick.

“That one is a hottie” Travis voiced while looking at the beautiful dancer at the pole. Rupert’s bar had a principle, that when the woman says no, there’s no need for convincing, and the little lady in red is known for not being with anyone, not even the powerful young masters who wanted to bed her.

No matter how good the pay was, she will still reject the offers given to her and strictly perform, dance, sing or be the night's DJ and that's her end.

Rupert silently gripped his wine glass too tightly and tried to calm himself.

“Her hair as red as her luscious lips, eyes like phoenixes, body as slim curved like a mountain on their right places, you sure did have a good one at your club Rup.” Jordi complimented, he didn’t mean to insult the woman, he was just plainly and innocently voiced his thoughts. After all, it was rare to have a full packaged deal.

“She is like a nightingale luring me to her.: Travis said his eyes playfully glinted as if teasing not only himself but the people around him too, Specifically Rupert who had his eyes glued at the woman dancing sensually at the pole.

It was not a secret amongst them that Rupert paid special attention to this woman. She was just so breathtaking. They knew how hard she worked herself to pay her bills and provide for her siblings who are either sick and the other still young. Her parents were dead after a hit and run crime on the day that they were about to go visit Scarlett on her graduation day.

Not even a day passed after they died and loan sharks quickly dashed to their house and warned her to pay up or she would face the consequences. As her employer, Rupert would know everything about his employee, especially if it's Scarlett Heisenberg. He had long tried to hit on her but always failed, even up to the point where she warned him not to push his luck or else she would leave.

Rupert silently lit a cigarette and started smoking at the corner of the room, his eyes never left Scarlett’s body, he was brimming with irritation and urge to capture her all for himself, but a wild cat will never be tamed unless it’s willing.

Travis felt bored seeing everyone so uptight and decided to call over a woman who would occupy him for the night. It had been a long time since he f****d someone. And he needs a new playmate.

Leerion quietly watched Travis leave the room and came back with a woman in his arms. They quickly made out and did not mind the people around them, their actions turning wild. But Leerion saw through the woman’s plans, with what she was planning to do, and immediately took action. As his secretary and loyal friend, he is obliged to keep him away from any issues.
