Chapter 8

Waking up, Maddie suddenly realized that she is not at her house but then remembered that she came to Jace's house last night and just was so tired that she fell asleep in the car coming hear,so that's why she knows that she is in a different bed. It still feels to good to be true

she thinks to herself going to the bathroom to brush her teeth and maybe take a shower if they have one, but the more she sees the room that she's in the more her mouth hangs open, the room is a modern style looking room with beautiful beige paint on the walls, the bed is definitely king size and all the paintings and statues are soft pink's, beige and grey coming together nicely and then she sees there are three doors,one on the side and to the front there is a dresser next to a big window ,then two more doors ,one must be the bathroom and as she opens it , it truly is amazing because it's got a bath, shower , small dresser and all and everything is white with beige and touches of silver everywhere you look, with beautiful pot plants to make you

think your in a jungle. Maddie then decide to take long hot bath because for some reason her body feels sore all over,so as the water runs into the biggest tub she has ever seen she stands by the window and the view is amazing too.She gets into the bathtub and after a well received hot bath she gets out putting a white towel around her body,but soon she's out going to look what the third door is unlocked she walks in and is amazed at what she sees,the biggest Walk in closet with all sorts of places to put handbags,shoes and clothes and some other stuff,but that's not all it's stocked with everything a girl could need and I wonder Who the owner is but decided to just borrow something for now.

Deciding on a plain shirt and long leggings I started to dress but just as I put on the shirt someone walks into the room and heaven behold it's non other then Jace ,but he suddenly turns around and laughing says, " Sorry flower I was just excited to see you I forget my manners and whell yes just get your clothes on before I do something I must not". Jace says but Maddie just smile and blush feeling the blood going straight to her cheeks.

"Yes whell seeing you are already aware of my situation just Stand still and do not move or your mom might want to go looking for you on the mountains Because I'll kick your ass wolf or not"!!., Maddie says back with a cheeky smile finishing getting ready.

As they both go down to the dining room Maddie sees all the people but greet them friendly and go to sit beside Jace at the table.

While they start to dich up there breakfast Tina and Will comes in smiling and going straight to them to hug Maddie asking how she was doing but then Will let them sit down seeing Jace wants to say something.

"Thank you all for attending this morning, first of this lovely lady sitting next to me is my mate, your true Luna and I expect you to respect her, protect her and later I'll explain more when I have a meeting with you and later the whole pack everything about your Luna but for now she needs to learn our way of life, being a wolf and what it means to be a part of the pack. Please help her with this journey she is on , thanks you may eat",Jace says while the table is getting louder with clapping and pack members says"welcome Luna and bow their heads to Maddie and also to Jace being these two are there future Alpha and Luna.

Just when Jace sits back down , Will stands up holding up his juice looking at the pack then at Jace and Maddie saying with the biggest smile"to our future leaders ," may your reign be long ".

Jace and Maddie nod and smile ,then they all started eating, talking but then the current Alpha and Luna Diana steps in smiling at the new mates ,Jace getting up to greet his parents start to introduce them to Maddie,"mother Luna this is my mate Maddie" he says while Maddie gets up getting a big hug from Diana .And this is the Alpha my father ,mom and dad please join us for breakfast" Jace says wandering what they are thinking of Maddie.

The breakfast was going great and everyone was talking, laughing and just trying to figure out everything about Maddie and it made her happy but just that one girl from that bonfire was looking at her but she seems to be angry and I can see it in her eyes that I'm not her favorite thing around this table ,and I wonder why ,but the Jace sneaks his hand under the table putting it on my leg making circle after circle and it just sends electric shock up my body making my insides turn suddenly he looks at me coming close to my ear smelling me and says in a husky voice"damn mate I can smell your arousel and it's making me want you Maddie and it's to much my little flower" kissing my neck just at the place where your shoulder meeting your neck and that just made me giggle but Jace stopped and then say again" Love I will take you to work and then I'll pick you up at closing time, and tonight we can talk about you moving in staying in the pack house because this is the only place where you can feel safe when you shift ok?" Jace says and I agree saying thank you for breakfast going to get my stuff from upstairs.

"Hi Maddie how are you doing today my lovely human?", Shanika says as I walk up the stairs.

"Hi Shanika yes I'm ok thanks,why so quiet?", I ask getting my bag and coat but is stopped before getting back down, being stopped by the same girl at breakfast .She smirks and look me up and down while saying " So you are the bi**h that stole my Alpha out from under my nose and coming back to make him run after you and have him calling you his future Luna"."I'm his future Luna and you are just a spoiled brat ,he needs a strong woman by his side not you a Waiter and a orphan hahaha !" she says walking away leaving me feeling like tackling her from behind ripping out those fake hair extensions but I just go down making sure no one sees me feeling hurt.

"Let's go back Maddie I would like to teach that i***t girl a lesson , how dare she talk to us like that ,let me out Maddie let me handle her!!!" ,Shanika growls but I just tell her no just leave her,maybe she is right ,I'm not going to fit in in this world I don't belong here !!" I say but Shanika growls again but harder in my head saying no we do belong here we are her Luna and as soon as we shift I'm showing her who she is messing with!!!.grrrrrr" .

Finally Jace comes out smiling like he just won the lottery but as he sees me stop to ask what the hell is going on with me why do I look so sad?, I have missed uncle J and Alice and the pub that's all so why are you looking so happy?" I ask.

"When I walked past the Alpha office my father called me over say that him and mother already like you and dad say that you have a gift he can sense it and that my mom told everyone about how beautiful you are and how greatly appreciated she is to the moon goddess for gifting you to me and to Silver Stone pack" Jace says while starting the car. All the way to the pub me and Jace talked about everything as if we truly appreciate and respect and know one another for a long time and it made me feel silly inside but I know it's not going to be easy but I'm slowly getting used to the idea of being more then a normal human being and I can't wait to shift but all in good time so now it is just a matter of waiting and working hard like only I can.

Maddie was dropped of at the pub and then Jace went back to the pack because he had to help with training and a bit of Alpha duties and responsibilities towards the pack knowing that Maddie is safe with her uncle .

When he leaves he feels so hollow inside and already starting to miss his mate and he also want to let Fang out for a run before Maddie gets off work ,so a busy day lies ahead he ponder to himself while almost reaching the pack house.

As Jace enters he smelled this discussing smell of dead rotten meat and quickly follow the sent just to burst into his father's office to see this man talking to his father.

"Whell my,my you must be little Alpha Jace Harding except for you are not as big and bad as your brother Pieter said or was he just home a while ago?!" the rogue Alpha says looking straight up at Jace , challenging him but know he will not start something giving the look in his father's eyes.

Jace move to stand close to the bastered and lets out a defining growl that almost shook the rogue Alpha," Yes you skunk that is me and mind telling me who you are and what you want before I rip your Fu**ing head off and feed you to the fish in my tank !!!"

"No son don't he's got Pieter "!!!! ,the Alpha shouts seeing Fangs claws showing meaning Fang is wanting to come out but retreat when he heard his Alpha speak.

"What??? Why??, What you you want rogue Alpha tell me what?????" ,Jace shouts trying to keep Fang from coming out.

While laughing he looks at Jace saying" Now that is not nice little Alpha to be , I have your Gamma (Pieter) and I will kill him and if you so much as look at me the wrong way he will get hurt so now I want something from you yes I would love to get to know that pretty little flower of yours,do tell me she is not to busy and well I'm lonely!" give me her and your brother Pieter goes free !!.

No,no no never Jace says grabbing the rogue by the collar but soon his dad gets him off commanding him to stand down in Alpha tone , witch Jace must comply to until he is Alpha.

"Fine but your not going to get her you filthy rogue, I will not let you have her, anything else not her she is mine!!!!! ,Jace growls.

I'll give you one month not a day longer Alpha to claim what I ask you or you and your pack and your brother will pay ,o and Jace she is not just a spoiled human any more now is she ?,no don't answer I Know already so that's why I asked haha good day Alpha's and as he's about out the door he turns and says" , don't forget one month and remember I'm always watching haha he says and leaves, leaving Jace and the Alpha behind.

Knowing this change the game completely and knowing they must make a plan is not going to be easy so first find out were this rogue comes from and sensing something about him smells familiar.
