¤Chapter 14¤

As she walked down the hallway she tried to fix her watch onto her wrist. She new she was late and Roman wouldn't be too pleased about it. It's not that she was afraid of him, its just that she's not willing to find out what the consequences are. When she had gotten downstairs Roman had just reached the door. She was right on time and she couldn't be any more glad. Taking her jacket from Maria she quickly thanked her before following Roman out the house. "You look..." He trailed off clearing his throat and glancing at his chauffeur. "I look?..." She urged him to continue with a questioning look on her face. "Nice." He said awkwardly with a little cough. "Nice?" She arched her brow teasingly. "I'm trying to complement you so take it as it comes." He rolled his eyes. She let out a small laugh as she entered the car. "Cute." She stated. "What did you say?" Roman asked with a stern look on his face. "You heard me." She smirked. He sat besides her and this time she didn't bother moving. She believed they were somehow on good terms with each other. She couldn't find a reason not to believe so, ok maybe she could but choose to ignore them. "So I assume you too aren't throwing your child like tantrums anymore?" Gabriel grinned. She looked at Roman who was already looking at her. They didn't really know where they stood. They kind of hated each othe and liked each other at the same time. "He's tolerable." She shrugged not looking at Gabriel. "Right..." Gabriel trailed off looking between the two as they stared at each other. He didn't know what happened between the two but all he knew was that a lot could happen within 24 hours. "You blinked." Eleanor smirked making Roman roll his eyes and face Gabriel. "I win." "I want you to make sure everything runs smoothly tonight. I don't want another Andrew situation happening or anything similar to it. I want tight security as always." Roman barked orders at Gabriel who simply nodded and got out his phone. "You know please is a nice thing to say." Eleanor stated even though he wasn't talking to her. "Please is more like poison to him." Gabriel chuckled as he held up the phone to his ear. "If I were to say please  then I wouldn't be where I am now." Roman said slightly glancing towards her. "Gabriel did you send a car to pick up Jolene?" "Yes." He reluctantly answered. Both Gabriel and Eleanor knew that Jolene was going to be there and they weren't really looking forward to seeing her. Eleanor could only tolerate her to a certain limit and she's noticed that Jolene sometimes likes to test those limits. Once they had arrived at the club Eleanor began to take in the design. It's didn't fail to surprise her how well the club was decorated. She was expecting something like this since Roman walks on money. It seemed as if all of Miami wanted to be here due to the ridiculously long line. She followed the men into a more private area of the club. It's where the VIP's sat. They had their entertainment, which were naked woman cigars and liquor. They chatted amongst themselves some bursting out laughing and others simply watching the dancers on the pole. "Roman!" The squeaky voice screamed before Roman was wrapped around small skinny arms by no other than Jolene. "How are you?" She pulled back looking up at him. "I'm good and yourself?" He looked down at her. "Great and I have to say nice job on the club. It's really booming." All the while they spoke Eleanor couldn't help but realise that the two wore the exact same dress. She eyed her as how she had worn the dress. Jolene had matched the dress with red hooker heels and a red clutch with her red bold lip. "Roman..." She called out gaining both their attention. "Did you buy her that dress and if you did when did you buy it?" She asked him. "Yes I bought it today, why?" He answered. Her eyes darkened looking at him. Before she knew it she had slapped him. Concidering the fact that Jolene had deliberately worn the same dresss that Roman had bought her yesterday tonight. How could he not understand that he had made her look like a copy cat? She thought as she stormed off. She began to wonder how Jolene knew about the dress. She couldn't simply stand wearing the same thing as someone else, Even though she looked like a slut. Her thoughts added. She slammed the bathroom door shut behind her before letting out a deep sigh. She just couldn't believe she began to warm up to him and he pulled such a jerk move like this. "What happened to you?" A voice brought her out of her thoughts. She opened her eyes to see a woman with long brown hair and striking hazel eyes. She stood in front of the mirror reapplying her lipstick. "This jerk of a guy bought me and his so called best friend the same dress and she deliberately wore it tonight." She stated with a huff walking towards the large mirror. "So this 'guy'." She air quoted. "Is your boyfriend?" "No." She shook her head. "I don't really know how to explain it but what he did is such a jerk move." She looked at herself in the mirror. The woman nodded besides her before she turned to her. "Ok to help you look a bit different from the girl I'd say put on that cute leather jacket." She gestured to the one Eleanor had been holding. Eleanor put on the jacket as told and zipped it up but left it a little bit open. She watched the one walk up to her and take her hair out of the bun she had it in. She ruffled her hair and pulled it on to one shoulder. "Ok and now for your lips." She pulled out a dusty rose red lipstick. She applied it onto her lips before facing her towards the mirror. "Wow..." Eleanor trailed off looking at herself in the mirror. Some of her hair fell over her right eye giving her that sexy but yet mysterious look. "I know right." The woman said grinning at her. "Thank you." She grinned at her. "You're welcome." She smiled back. "I'm Eleanor but you can call me Elley." She stretched out her hand towards her. "Danielle but cally me Ella." She shook her hand. "Nice to meet you and love the hair by the way." "Aw thanks girl but your shoes though." She pointed at her shoes. "Are cute." She gushed. "Thank you." She grinned. "So now lets get some drinks." Danielle grabbed her hand and led her out the bathroom. They both walked out the bathroom and into the club where everyone else was. Danielle dragged her towards the bar. "I have to tell you something." Eleanor announced. "Sure what is it?" She asked her. "I'm not legal to drink." She whispered in her ear. "Pfft...girl fake it till you make it." She waved off before ordering too martinis. Once the bar tender had placed the drinks in front of them Danielle took a sip of hers while Eleanor stared at her. "I can wait a little while until I'm legal I mean it's not that much off a wait." She stated. Danielle took the martini and handed it to her. "I can tell you never knew how to have fun...that is until you met mwa." She gestured to herself. "Now drink up." Eleanor slightly smiled at her before she took a sip. It wasn't as bad as she expected it to be. It had a sweet taste to it. She took another sip avoiding it this time. "See you like it." Danielle grinned. Eleanor smiled at her and gave her a nod. She took another sip before her seat was turned around by no other than Roman. She put her hand on his chest and slightly pushed him back. "Personal space." She shot with a glare. "Why the fučk did you slap me?" He growled. "Because you are the swine you are and I can't believe you bought her the same dress as mine!" She pushed him away. "That's why you slapped me?" He asked. "Woman are stupid sometimes." He shook his head. "I beg to differ." "Danielle?" Roman asked looking at her. "What are you doing here?"
