Chapter 4: Discovering who the murderer is

974 Words
Josh’s POV I had thought of a plan for Aimee’s revenge as I drove to this place. Aimee looked the part. With her tall, slender but curvaceous slightly dark in complexion body built I knew a few months of training her would yield good results. She is a feisty lioness. I shivered with desire at the thought of her naked body as I imagined it. ‘Josh, get off your crazy-ass thoughts’ Leon my lion scolded me. I sneered at him. Since I was aware of everything already it didn’t come as a shock to me but I knew that this was going to cause pain to Aimee. Pain as well as anger, a lot of it. That was what I wanted her to feel, so she can use that anger as fuel to want to train and set out for revenge. She just doesn’t know it yet but she has that fire in her. I took my time, packed my stuff and waited for when they would open the gate and I would walk out. I could teleport myself out of this place of debauchery but I didn’t want to. It drained all my energy and I needed to preserve that as I intended on using it when I got home. I got inside my house and made as much noise as possible so as to alert Aimee that I’m back. I changed into my kata outfit and walked out the backdoor leaving it wide open, through my backyard to my training grounds. I did my prayers and warms up then i got on with my training. I made all the sounds that you probably heard of from watching all those karate or kung-fu films. When I looked over my shoulder without making it obvious I saw her standing by the doorway, looking at me. ‘I guess my mission is accomplished then.’ I was happy with the expression in her face. It was a confused look between interest and fear. I quickly took out my sword out of its sheath at the speed of lightening. I had placed a mannequin there as my target and I jumped and twisted my sword up and let it lend heavily on the mannequin, splattering it’s head open. I smirked as I turned to see Aimee wincing as if I just killed a human being in front of her. I took that opportunity and walked up to her and asked her “what are you doing here? Aren’t you supposed to be resting? Has anyone never told you that it’s rude to watch someone doing their private training? And uninvited for that matter?” I bellowed making her believe I don’t appreciate being watched during my sacred moments. “Well, Mr trainer, you should have closed this door if you didn’t want me to hear your screams then!” she growled at me. I smirked. ‘Feisty is what I like’ I thought as I went past her going to my room. After a much needed shower, I wore my sweat pants and a plain white t-shirt and went to the kitchen to make some dinner. After eating, Aimee came wobbling into the kitchen with her tray. Her plate was wiped clean. I had made a simple meal of mashed potatoes with steak and gravy. I guess she was very hungry. She was no longer limping like before but was still wobbly though. She silently washed her plate and the pots I had put inside the sink. Great help I must say. Just as she was about leaving I called her out. She turned to face me but she didn’t want to lock her eyes with me. “I have something to show you. I’ll come to your room in a minute.” I told her. I finished washing my plate and went to take my camera from my room and made my way to hers and knocked. She opened the door and let me in. I took my seat at the foot of her bed and faced her and cleared my throat. She stared at me waiting for me to say whatever I wanted to say. “Aimee, I think I know where your nephews are. You are going to be shocked to know who is actually responsible for what is happening to your family. Especially that he is part of your family. Your nephews were not kidnapped, they are well and safe” I told her. “Wait, what do you mean by he is family? Who in my family would want to do something like that? And what do you mean by they were not kidnapped? I saw that with my own two eyes, it happened right in front of me!” she shrieked. “Don’t worry I will explain all that to you in due time” I said as I cleared my throat. “Your brother-in-law staged all of this, he is behind the fake k********g of their sons and the murdering of your sister.” She gasped, shock written all over her face. She was literally shaking. I didn't know if it was out of fear or she was angry at me. “You are lying, my brother-in-law is also grieving he lost his wife and kids. Why would he do something like that? What would he gain out of killing my sister and stealing his own kids?" She protested angrily with tears glazing her eyes. I shook my head. I did not have any answer for her. “Look Aimee, I just told you what I know I do not have answers to the many questions that you are asking me right now. It is up to you to find out the truth, I was only telling you what I know and have witnessed so far.” I reiterated.
