The two boys cleaned their clothes from dust, while Lucia was seated in the front, giggling about the amount of tree branches or flowers in Daniel’s hair, but to be stopped when she glared at Drake, as he was perfectly fine, but she remembered, he was used to her antics and constant use of frist, sometimes unwilling being her test rat. There wasn’t anything new about her love for food, she was considered lucky for having risme at her age, even the two boys had just finished frist and started to learn liume.
“So, the teacher isn’t here, yet.”
“But we are.”
An irk appeared on Daniel’s head, as he tried to conceal his annoyance from the two other friends, but Lucia really did know how to push his buttons, and it was just half past seven. They were thirty minutes early. The only person who seemed to mind being early, was Daniel. Daniel had a certain flaw in his virtues, and it was being patient. He was always spoiled by the people in the palace, except his father, mother, aunt and adopted cousin. They knew about it, which was why they had an occasional test for him, even if he never noticed it.
Lucia was certainly annoying him at this moment, as her hands were constantly hitting the top of the table and tapping her feet on the marble floor. He blocked his ears, but it was ineffective, as her hands and feet were hitting both tables and the floor, staring at Drake’s side, hoping for him to retaliate, but realized he was at the back of the class, sleeping with a pillow on his face.
‘I forgot about him being the mysterious one, between all three of us.’ He sweatdropped at Drake’s reaction to Lucia openly taunting him with her limbs.
“Could you please stop?”
“Stop, what?”, She feigned innocence, batting her eyelashes, hiding her grin with her hands as she continued to hide her face. Daniel wasn’t going to get petty, but he certainly wasn’t ready to fight with her, he was still recovering from rushing training and being corrected at the same time. He hoped swordsmanship class would be exciting with Drake, showing him some new moves. He was taught by Rico, or even Archery class, where he could adjust his aim and Lucia helped him, as she started earlier than him. So he sat down in the middle row of the class and followed Drake’s action, by sleeping, leaving only Lucia awake by herself. Noticing she was the only person awake, she joined the boys, and enjoyed having an extra thirty minutes to sleep.
An indigo long-braided haired man had passed the class, watching the three students, who seemed to be tired and chuckling to his delight, until a brunette woman dragged him by the tip of his ear, causing him to squeal in pain.
“Ow, stop that, you’re hurting me.” His pleads weren’t heard by her, as she continued to twist his earlobe and smirking, as he couldn’t respond back to her, her expression changed, while questioning his previous actions.
“What do you think you were doing while watching those children?”
There was no response from him, her answer was silence, he assumed she would stop, but she hit him in the place that hurt him the most.
“And you wonder why people think you’re a pervert.” It was the final blow to him, as he stumbled to the ground, clutching his chest, pretending he was in pain, even if he was only verbally hurt.
“Headmaster Stane, it’s time to welcome the new first years and not stalk the fifth year students, it’s very disgusting and uncalled-for.” Boring her eyes to his back, while he sulked in a corner, muttering to himself.
“People already think about not being attracted to women. I am currently being suspected of being attracted to children. I wouldn’t be surprised if I were accused of being attracted to knowledge and I would be known for not being attracted to women. That would be my life story, boring and also complicated.” He was pulled by his assistant, grumbling about his behavior.
“Come, it’s time to go to the assembly ground.”
“What about the three children in the class, shouldn’t I-“ He collided with the walls, cutting his sentences, rubbing the sore part of his head, hoping bumps wouldn’t manifest on his head.
“Don’t worry, I will wake them up for you, it’s best for me to wake them up more than you, isn’t Miss Alaric afraid of you?” His shoulders dropped after her last comment and he walked forward.
“Miss Davele, why are you and Lady Amelia similar to each other?!!” He shouted to her and walked out of the hallway, out of the brown-haired female's sight.
The female entered and approached the black-haired student, struggling to hide the amusement in her eyes, as she watched him sleep on a soft pillow, while the rest of his friends had used their bags for a pillow instead.
“I can’t believe he is the one, the IWC chose out of all three of them.” She walked closer to him and pulled a potion, pouring it around his pillow, and approached the other students and told them to go for the assembly.
“Miss Davele, what about Drake?” Daniel asked. His eyelids were half opened, still recovering from being woken up, Lucia was already heading down and walking ahead of him.
“I am going to beat you.”
“Not in a million years.” Both students rushed through the door, leaving with the mysterious woman, walking behind them and leaving Drake to suffer from a nightmare, as he trembled in his sleep. He was walking in thin air, as he saw an older version of him, except paler and distant than Rico, being unable to control himself. He quietly followed him.
“I feel so hurt, right now, maybe I should go to the kitchen and grab myself a knife,” He said with an emotionless tone and dull eyes, as he walked down the stairs, heading for the kitchen, passing the knights, positioned in every corner of the hall. He wanted to reach the kitchen without distractions or interruptions, not even with his own family. He reached the kitchen.
Fortunately, there was no one in the kitchen. Walking up to the cutlery drawer, opening the drawer, he grabbed each blade, checking the sharpness of each blade. They were disappointed in him, until he found a small knife. Sliding his finger through the blade. It started to bleed.
‘Perfect’, he thought, while inspecting the blade and positioning it towards his neck and stabbing himself repeatedly, his eyes became droopy, and his pulse became nonexistent, as he left the world, only to be caught by a tiny and feeble body compared to his. It was his younger self.
“I can’t wait for you to reach this point in your new life. It will obviously be threatening, no matter how much you try and also avoid the sha-“ He was caught off as Drake woke up from his dream, as he felt his neck, and intently staring around the class with only him present inside, he was ventilating from the dream, but was distracted by the new notification on his status.

[Hey are you okay?]
‘I am fine, I just need to catch up with the others.’ He avoided her questions, while rushing through the halls and running as fast as his legs could work for him, in his state of shock.
{Marsha, you couldn’t wait for him to be sixteen, but you rushed it. How could you do that, Marsha?} Her thoughts weren’t heard by Drake, but they were certainly heard by a certain individual, who needed to answer Jade’s questions.
