Thea's pov
When my eyes opened, I was alone in the room, even the maids were gone!
"Is anyone here?" My lips called, yet no response from outside.
My body somehow gathered stability and walked over to the door.
The moment my palm opened the door, Emery Ainsworth, the mighty Luna and Alan's mother approached me.
"Welcome!" She muttered.
Her face was gloomy and her eyes were glowing with dismay as if my presence ruined her sight.
"Good morning, your grace!" My head bowed with respect.
"You're invited to my tea party!" Words came out of her mouth.
"Tea party?" My mind was inquisitive.
"Every month I host tea parties, and this year you're coming with me!" She politely smiled and headed straight to her chamber.

Later in the evening…
Alan was missing the whole day or maybe he was avoiding me on purpose like the other members of the mansion!
"Luna, are you ready?" One of the maids came to my room.
"Uh…Almost!" My soft tone answered.
"Your grace is waiting for you downstairs!" She mumbled and stepped outside.
This was my first invitation by Emery Ainsworth, and that's why I decorated myself with the best gown and jewelry.

At the tea party…
Everyone was surprised to see me rather than pleased!
"This is my daughter-in-law, Thea Watson!" Emery introduced me with decency.
"I have heard a lot about you!" One of the noble women greeted me with regard.
"How is your majesty's health?" She inquired.
"He is better, thank you for your concern!" My lips politely answered back.
"She lost her mother at such a young age, poor girl!" A woman with blonde hair spoke.
"But your mother was a mistress, right?" They started asking me inappropriate questions.
"That means you're an illegitimate daughter!" My ears were enduring every harsh word for the sake of Emery.
"Enough!" She shouted.
"I don't think it's appropriate to ask such questions to my daughter-in-law!" She took my stand.
"Uh…Sorry, your grace!" They apologized.

The rest of the evening, nobody came to talk to me as if they were disgusted by my presence!
"Your love story is quite popular!" A girl the same age as me tapped on my shoulder from behind.
"My love story?" My voice doubted.
"Everyone here knows about you and Issac!" Her face perked up with slyness.
"Say it clearly!" My words demanded.
"You went to his room even though it was your first night with Alan!" My eyes widened as my ears refused to believe her words.
"Emery Ainsworth must be very angry because of the dishonor you brought on her long-built reputation!" My heart started pounding and sweat coated my forehead.
"Anyway, enjoy the party!" Having said that, she joined the other guests.
The gossip around me isolated my presence from everyone in the hall, and even Emery was ashamed to look me in the eye.

After party…
"I have never been this humiliated, but thanks to you, my reputation was completely shattered!" Her voice raised from her normal decibel.
"You're a disgrace to our family!" Her sharp words were like a dagger twisting in my heart.
"My friends and my foes, everyone made fun of me!" Turmoil dominated her calm nature.
"You deserve punishment, Thea Watson!" She called her loyal gamma.
"Lock her up until my next command!" Her soft voice groaned, wrapped in rage.
Her gamma clutched my arms and yanked me to the prison!!!
"Leave me alone!" My voice was screaming, yet she ignored my desperation.
He pushed me into the dark cell and locked the door from outside.
"Open the door!" My tight fist was thumping the door from the inside, but every attempt of mine went down the drain.
The darkness commenced to scare me and my breathing thrived heavier!!!
"Please, someone save me!" I kept on sobbing until the door was opened again.

"If your mouth dares to speak a word against me, I will kill your Issac!" Emery threatened.
"No, don't hurt him!" My trembling voice pleaded.
"Then always keep your mouth shut in front of your father and my son!" She further spoke.
"I will never say a word to anyone!" My fear for Isaac's life instantly agreed.
A pleasing smile flickered her lips and she commanded her gamma to free me.

Later at night…
*Knock
My palm opened the door only to see an unfamiliar voice leaning against the door.
"You're gorgeous!" His flirtatious tone commented.
"Who are you?" My somber self questioned his presence.
"Damian, Alan's 2nd cousin!" A smirk arose on the corner of his lips.
"Why are you here?" My mind was clueless.
"I am here to free you!" He stepped inside the room and latched the door.
"What are you doing?" My face frowned with distress.
"Do you want to free yourself and your lover?" He questioned, glancing straight into my eyes.
"Yes!" My lips responded.
"Then I will help you, Thea!" His words were suspicious, yet they successfully lured me in.
"Why do you want to help me?" My brows furrowed.
"Alan is my enemy, we hate each other!" Words came out of his mouth.
"He gained so much popularity whereas I am a nobody!" His eyes were shrouded with vengeance.
"How will you free Issac?" My voice asked.
"You leave first and tell your majesty everything, I will free Issac in a few days!" He explained the plan.
"You can trust me, Thea!" His fingers tucked my hair behind my ear.

My feet escaped from Alan's mansion with the help of Damian and ran straight to Father.
Happiness was hoofing inside my soul and the feeling of freedom brushed my body with hope.

After a long run, My feet finally reached the palace, and ran straight to Father's chamber.
"I am glad Thea married Alan Ainsworth, he is worthy and the most powerful Alpha in the whole Sollera!" His words reached my ears as my palm was about to open the door.
"Why are you so against Issac?" Madelyn questioned.
"He is an omega, low birth!" His voice groaned.
"If I see him again, I will kill him!" His words shook me to the essence.
"He dared to touch my daughter, he deserves death!" His soul was desperate to ruin Issac.

My feet took steps back and rushed to the forest as my last hope drowned in dismay.
Lost and miserable I was roaming in the woods until he caught me!
"There you are!" His deep voice whispered.
