Kyle yelped in astonishment when he bumped into Clement’s back right after he got out of the car. It wasn’t his fault. He might have been mesmerized by the beautiful garden that surrounded the main building inside the grounds of the embassy when the car had entered through the main steel gate and wound its way along the smooth road, but he was one hundred percent focused at the moment. Clement had climbed out from the car first before stopping too abruptly for no reason whatsoever, so Kyle was the innocent party in this situation. He was about to yell at Clement when he noticed the stern-looking older gentleman standing on one of the steps of the main building.
