Looking for Alexa

Alexa's P.O.V

Nick took my hand in his and I could feel the sparks going up and down my body, giving me a rush.

"I don't know how to do anything, I'm so confused." I said and Nick sat beside me on the bed.

"What are you so confused about?" Nick asked me and I looked down not wanting to look up and face him.

"I'm confused about this mate thing, about mating and marking. What happens if I'm not good enough? What happens if I'm not good at having s*x?" I said and this made him chuckle.

"Alexa it's going to be okay, we will learn together, we will get better together, there's nothing to be scared about." Nick said, reassuring me. I nodded, stood up and went to the closest, picking him out a shirt.

"Here wear this dark blue shirt, it will bring out your eyes." I said, smiling and he put the dark blue button up shirt on.

"How do I look?" Nick asked me, standing up and twirling round.

"You look very handsome." I giggled. He took my hand, walking me out of the bedroom and we made it to the living room just in time to hear knocks on the door. Nick walked to the door and opened it to see my mom and dad standing there with flowers in their hands. Nick smiled and opened the door wider, so they could come inside.

"Welcome back mom dad, I'm glad you came." I said, they both smiled and handed the flowers to me.

"I hope you don't mind sweetie, but we can only stay for a few minutes, the last four moving trucks are coming today and we have a lot of stuff to move in." My dad said and I nodded in understanding.

"It's ok, Nick was going to take me shopping for clothes today." I said and my parents both smiled, while my dad looked over at Nick and then back to me.

"I'm glad he's taking care of you, I would hate to bust his balls if he wasn't." My dad said, half playfully and half threateningly, causing me to laugh.

"There is no need to do that, he's been helping a lot, telling me about mates, marking and other things." I laughed and I swear I thought I saw Nick breathe out a sigh of relief.

"That's what mates are for honey. To talk to you about things and to help you understand. I'm sure Nick loves you already just by how he is looking at you, I can tell that's the same way your dad looks at me, with so much love in his heart." My mom said, I smiled.

"And I love him." I confessed and Nick stood there, silent and stunned.

Alpha Nick's P.O.V

I was a little stunned to hear her say that, I knew I loved her, but had no idea that she loved me too. I smiled from ear to ear and she smiled back at me.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner. I wasn't sure what love was until you and mom told me, I knew I felt something and now I know what it is, but I still have so much to learn." Alexa said, making me smile even more and my heart melt. David stood up, holding Trish's hand.

"We need to get going." David said, he hugged Alexa.

"We'll be back soon my sweet girl, you have fun on your shopping trip." David said and Alexa hugged her father back.

"I will daddy." Alexa said, pulling away and turning to hug her mother.

"When you come back, I'll show you all that I have." Alexa said and Trish smiled, nodding.

"I would love to see." Trish said and we walked them out, watching them leave until we couldn't see them anymore.

"Are you ready to go?" I asked, turning to Alexa.

"Yes, but where are we going to go? I don't know where to go to buy clothes." Alexa asked me, still looking out to her parent's.

"We're going to go to the mall, it has lots of stores. I'm sure you will have a lot of fun, come on let's get going." I said and we left the house to get into my black dodge truck.

Alexa's P.O.V

The seats felt so nice and comfortable, the windows were tinted and the radio was playing country music. Nick reached over to hold my hand and I scooted closer to him, I felt safe with him. I looked out the tinted windows watching the trees go by, when I saw Krystal's, burger king and then next to that a car lot, full of cars in trucks. There was so much to see that I only saw a blur of it, as we drove by. Forty minutes later, we were pulling up in the parking lot of the mall and a black car parked beside us, with men getting out and waiting for us.

"Who are those guys and why are they just standing there?" I asked Nick and he chuckled, looking at them.

"Those are my guards sweetheart, there are always two or three, sometimes more when I go out. I'm an Alpha and the guards protect the Alpha and the Luna." Nick replied, smiling. We got out and I immediately went to shake their hands.

"Hi, my name is Alexa, it's very nice to meet you." I said, introducing myself, they nodded and smiled at me. Nick took my hand leading the way, to the mall and when we walked through the double doors, people stopped and bowed to us.

"Why are they bowing?" I asked, confused by what was happening.

"Because they are bowing to you, they know you are my Luna." Nick replied, chuckling at me and my lips formed into an 'Oh' shape.

"So, where do you want to go first?" Nick asked me and in all honesty, I didn't have a clue.
