chapter nine shopping spree

Alexa's P.O.V

"I don't have a clue, I've never been to a mall before, I don't know what's here." I honestly said, Nick took my hand and led me to a ladies pants store.

"Pick out anything you want and try them on." Nick said, I nodded and walked to a few racks, pulling out six pairs of jeans and four pairs of shorts. I went to the dressing area to try them on and while I was in there, Nick had picked out a few more pairs and slid them under the door to me.

"Just try them on to see if they fit." Nick said, I picked them up and started trying them on, one by one.

"Ok." I said, my voice must have sounded muffled behind the door. I tried them all on and twenty minutes later, I came out the door.

"All of them fit." I said, Nick nodded and we went to the cashier to pay. The next store we went to was a shirt store, we walked inside and I stood there, looking at everything.

"Go and find what you like or you think you might like." Nick said, I nodded once more and started to look through the racks. I picked out five shirts, a pink one, a blue one and three light green shirts, that had lace on them. I walked to the dressing area to try them on and again Nick went to a couple of other racks, picked out a few more he thought I might like and slid them under the door. When I was done trying them on, Nick paid and we left the store,

"Take the bags to the car." Nick asked one of the guards called Kord, he nodded left and came back shortly after. The next store we went to was the bra and panties store.

"I can't help you with this, but try to find your size, try different sizes and try them on." Nick said, slightly blushing. I smiled at him and walked in the store with him. I picked out four different sizes and went to try them on, three were too tight, but the last one fit me perfectly, it was a 38 D. I walked out and picked out my size bra, with the panties to match, I also got socks and a couple of sexy nighties. The cashier put the nighties in boxes, bagged up my other stuff and we walked out.

"Take them to the car." Nick asked one of the other guards Kirk, he nodded, left and shortly after came back. The next shops were shoes, purses, jewellery, makeup, hair products and women's hygiene products. I got some body wash, hair stuff and other necessities. The last store we went to was the electronic store and Nick got me a phone, a laptop and a tablet, so I could learn to look up things. When we were finally done, my feet were killing and I was hungry, so we left the mall, went to burger king and then headed home. I was exhausted and dozed off a little on the way back home.

Nick's P.O.V

I held Alexa's hand all the way back home, as she silently slept in the passenger seat. She looked so peaceful and I couldn't bring myself to wake her, but I knew I had to as we arrived home. I thought about just carrying her upstairs and laying her down on the bed, but I didn't want to scare her.

"Alexa sweetheart, we're home." I gently whispered in her ear and she slowly opened her eyes, looking at me and smiling. We got out of the car, while the guards emptied the trunk and took all the bags up to our room. We got into our room and Alexa looked at all the bags, sighing, she knew she needed to put everything away and so she made a start. She hung things up, placed her jewellery on the dresser, her purses were put in the closet and her bras, socks and panties were put in the drawer. When she was done, she collapsed on the bed face first, lying down like a starfish.

"Are you tired?" I laughed, looking at her position.

"Yes, very tired. I never knew shopping could tire you out." Alexa said, yawning.

"Well, I'm glad you found a dress for the Luna ceremony." I replied, but she didn't answer. I walked over and saw that she had fallen asleep, I chuckled and placed the blanket over her, letting her sleep, after all it was a long day. I laid beside her to take a nap and thought when we wake up, I'll ask her what she wants for dinner. It was a little past seven pm when we woke up and we were both hungry, we got out of bed and went downstairs. Kelly, one of the omegas, had already cooked dinner, there were hamburgers, bacon, cut tomatoes, lettuce and some cheese. She set it out on different plates, so that we could make our own, just how we like it. We both made our hamburgers and sat down to eat. When they where done, Alexa asked him,

"What is a Luna ceremony? You told me that we're going to have one, before I fell asleep." Alexa asked me, I nodded and finished my last bite, took a swig of my coke and cleared my throat.

"A Luna ceremony is when you meet all the pack members, we have over five hundred pack members, plus the warriors and the guards, we also have runners that run the grounds. You will stand up on stage and I'll ask you a few questions, you will answer either yes or no." I replied and took another swig of my coke.

"Is that all I have to do?" Alexa asked me and I shook my head.

"No, there are a few more things, but we'll get there. Come on, let's get back upstairs and watch a movie, what do you say?" I replied and she smiled, wiping her mouth.

"Alright let's go." Alexa said, she looked over at the pretty short blonde hair girl with brown eyes and smiled at her.

"Thank you for dinner, it was delicious." Alexa said, Kelly nodded.

"Your welcome Luna." Kelly replied, smiling back at her.

Kelly's P.O.V

I looked at the future Luna and she is very pretty and really nice. I hope she will like the ceremony, she will have a lot to learn, but that will all start tomorrow, when she gets her up.

Unknown P.O.V

"Have you found that spiteful girl, we're losing money because we don't have her." I snarled looking at the hunter in front of me.

"Mam, we found your husband dead months ago and you're worried about a she-wolf?" The hunter asked, shocked.

"Let him live in hell, I need her back. Do you know if she still has that chip in or the shock collar on her?" I asked him and he looked at me with his mouth open.

"No mam, she doesn't have either one, we tried using the machine, but the chip is dead and we don't know how to find her now." The hunter replied, after a few seconds of composing himself.

"Well you better figure out a way or your ass will be the one locked inside that cage." I said, threatening him and watching the sweat roll down his brow.
