“You’re working with those who took Stella!” She blurred out in shock, as he grinned.
“For someone acting so incredibly stupid, I guess it’s a big accomplishment for you,“ he spoke.
“Why would you betray everyone like that?” She spoke accusingly.
“Betray you say, what about you? When did he suddenly become someone you willingly share a bed with? It’s unnatural and wrong. When we get the authority around here, this place can return to what it should be,” he stated.
“How it should be? What’s that supposed to mean?” Bella shot.
“Exactly what I’m saying, we aren’t supposed to breed outside our own races, we might live with different kinds, but we need to know our place,” he explained, as she frowned.
“Do y’all just expect people to agree with that!?” She asked, as he just tilted his head a little.
“No, but they will have to, if they wanna stay,” he revealed, as she shook her head.
“You won’t get away with that!” Bella exclaimed.
“What makes you say that? Because Stella got away? I think we’ll survive that. Chase has no idea who he’s dealing with inside the tribe, one wrong move from him, and we’ll know exactly where they are.” He stated.
“But I must say, I’m quite disappointed to find out you would sink that low. I always saw you, as quite a catch, and a strong wolf, you could really have gone far – just sad it won’t make a difference now, ‘cause you won’t leave this place alive, none of you will, I just can’t leave any witnesses, can I?” He asked, as he trailed his fingers over her cheek, but she moved her head away.
“Don’t touch me!” She hissed, but he didn’t seem rather affected by it.
“Why not?”
He trailed off as he let his thumb glide over her lip, as she bit him, making him pull his hand away.
“Because you are fücking sick and disgusting!” She spat.
“Ouch! You bítch!” He growled as he banged her head against the wall.
Bella might have been strong, but next to Astra it was nothing. Not only was he seven years older than her, but he was also one of the strongest male werewolves in the tribe. So, the hit to her head made her disorientated for a moment.
“Leave her alone, you fücking piece of shít!” Dagon yelled as he kicked the cell door. Nothing happened, but the noise made Astra look towards him, as Dagon gave him a death glare.
“So, he actually does care about you.. Or maybe he just doesn’t like anyone to put their hands on his toy. Maybe we should put it to a test.. What do you think?” He asked, as he grabbed on to Bella’s cheeks, and forced her to look at him.
“If you do that, everyone will know what you have done.” She replied, but he just huffed.
“I can just blame it on him. He already admitted to having r***d you, a statement you didn’t deny. So, for him, doing it once again won’t sound so far fetched, would it? I’ll just tell them I was too late to do anything about it.”
He stated, as he turned her around, so she was facing the wall, as he then tore the lower part of her dress, giving him complete access to the sight of her lower parts, only her panties kept him from having a complete view.
“Wait!” She blurred out, as he smirked.
“What? Are you gonna beg me to spare your life? I’d love to hear that, maybe I’ll be willing to negotiate, if it’s good,” he stated, as he was letting his eyes trail down her back and over her pelvis, as he let them linger on the exposed skin where he had torn her dress. Before, he placed two fingers on the hem of the panties.
“No, I just wanna warn you, you should look behind you.” Bella spoke, as he grabbed her by the throat and used his weight to press her harder against the wall, while he moved his face closer to her ear.
“Did you really expect me to fall for that cheap trick?” He spoke, but before she had given an answer, Dagon hit Astra in the head with a rock he had found on the floor. Then he proceeded to pull him away from Bella, as he pushed him to the ground.
“First mistake; not listening to a warning,” Dagon hissed, as he hovered over him.
“And second, never hurt anyone I care about.” He growled, before he hit him in the head again and then again. The violent act shocked Bella, so she tried pulling Dagon away.
“Please, Dagon, stop it! You are going to kill him,” Bella begged, but Dagon was already too lost in his anger to stop and continued to hit him over and over again, until he wasn’t moving anymore.
When he finally did stop, he turned to Bella, who was covering her mouth with her hands.
“Are you alright?” Dagon asked, as she was just staring at the dead body in shock. There was so much blood and his face was almost unrecognizable after the violent attack.
Dagon placed his hands on her pale face, as he made her look at him.
“Hey, speak to me, are you alright?” He asked again, as she nodded her head, but she still seemed out of it.
“I just.. If he was working with them, I.. I don’t know who isn’t anymore.” She spoke, while she shook her head from side to side.
He took his jacket off, as he squatted down, and placed it around her waist where her dress had been torn apart.
“We need to get out of this place, now.” Dagon stated, as he then grabbed her hand and pulled her with him, but she suddenly pulled back, making him turn to her. He could clearly see she was both scared and worried at the same time.
“If we do, then people will believe that you attacked him first,” she spoke, as he shook his head.
“It doesn’t matter, they probably won’t listen to what I have to say anyway. If we don’t leave, then things will most likely get worse.” He explained, as he kept holding on to her hand, but she didn’t move.
“I won’t force you to go with me, so you can either stay here, tell them whatever you wanna tell them, and continue following the tribe rules.. Or you can go with me, and we can see where the road takes us.” He spoke, as he observed her. She looked like she was actually thinking about it, but when she didn’t answer, he gave a strained sigh, as he let go of her hand.
“Okay, then I guess it’s goodbye, take care of yourself, okay?” He spoke as he placed a small kiss on her cheek, before he ran out of there.

When Armaros walked up to the house, he could see Stella was waiting by the door, as she was talking to Diana. Diana was telling her something he couldn’t hear, before Stella nodded her head, and then Diana walked back into the house.
When Stella’s eyes turned to him, it wasn’t with the same warmth she did for not more than a week ago. All he saw was cautiousness and fear, and it hurt. ‘Cause it was how she used to look at him.
“Hey.” He spoke in a calm voice, as he stopped just before the steps to the porch.
“Shax said you wanted to speak to me, but if you are here to speak about things I have no recollection of, you might just be wasting your time.” She spoke, as she automatically took a step to the side.“ I know you can’t remember, but you do love me, if you were just able to remember everything, you would know.” He stated.
“What about the memories I have? Are you saying they are all fabricated or fake?” She asked, as Armaros looked at the ground.
“No, they are not.” He spoke.
“Then how could I ever love someone who would do something like that?” She asked.
“Believe me, I’ve asked myself that many times as well, but it’s the truth,” Armaros sighed. She observed his features, and she could see he seemed genuine about what he said.
“I believe you are telling the truth.” She spoke as he looked at her, but as he took a step towards her, she immediately reacted by stepping back.
“But you are still scared of me,” he stated, as he felt hurt by the realization.
“I’m sorry, but I really don’t remember anything good about you, I-I can’t just turn it off.” She mumbled, as she looked at the ground while she covered herself with her arms.
“Then please give me a chance to show you,” Armaros begged, as he stepped closer to her, but with every step he took towards her, she took one back too, until she suddenly came in contact with the wall. Her eyes widened, and her breath hitched.
“Please, Armaros, if you really meant what you said, then don’t do this.” Stella blurred out, as she closed her eyes. But he didn’t touch her, instead he fell to his knees in front of her.
“Please, tell me what you want me to do, I’ll do anything.” He begged as he, for the first time since he was a child, actually became so emotional that he was about to cry.
“I just.. I can’t lose you. You are the only good thing I have got in my life. Losing you will break me. Please believe me when I say, I love you, Stella, and I would never do anything to hurt you.” He whispered, as his gaze was turned to the floor, but she could clearly hear him, and for some reason she did something she would never have believed in a million years she would do.
She let herself drop to her knees in front of him. He looked at her, as his face was stained with tears.
Reminding her of a memory a little over ten years ago, though it was kinda blurry.
She hesitantly moved her hands closer to his face. He didn’t move one bit, as she placed them on his cheeks.
She undeniably felt sparks in every fiber of her body, as she gently dried his tears away, but then some few unrecognizable memories started to appear in fractions, which made her wonder.
“Please, do me a favor – don’t move. I need to try something.” Stella spoke, as she leaned closer to his face.
Her hands were still holding on to his cheeks, when she slowly closed the distance between them, and her lips came in contact with his.
At first, Armaros didn’t move a muscle, but when a minute passed, and she still hadn’t moved away, he cautiously placed a hand on the back of her head.
Then he slowly parted his lips, before letting his tongue taste her lips for the first time in a week. She responded to it by parting her lips, which gave him the access he needed to deepen the kiss even more. When he pulled away, he looked into her eyes for any reaction.
“I’m sorry, I thought I saw something, but it didn’t seem to have the effect I was hoping for, though the kiss was nice.” She replied, as her cheeks turned a darker shade of pink.
“It’s okay, I’m just grateful I got to try that again, and yes, it was.” He replied, as he gave her a genuine smile.
“Uhm, I should probably go.. I just have one question I’m not certain how to ask,” Stella started.
“You can ask me whatever you want.” He replied. She looked a little hesitant to do so, but she continued.
“Did you really kill Nathan’s father?” She asked, as she observed his expression, before it turned more serious.“Yes, I did,” Armaros admitted, which made Stella try to raise from the ground, but Armaros still had his hand on the back of her head.
“I know, Nathan probably gave you another reason for why I did what I did, so would you please, give me a chance to explain?” he asked, as she looked back at him.
“Okay, then why did you do it?” She asked in a low voice.
“The truth is, he, Kyle and Hunter took you right after they and Vlad came to get you back. They were supposed to bring you home, but they didn’t.
He got mad ‘cause you admitted that you wanted to be with me, so he did the worst thing possible; he beat you, Stella, and then tried to.. To kill you.” Armaros replied, making her eyes widen.
“No, he wouldn’t do that!” Stella blurred out as she pulled away from him.
“I know it’s hard to believe, but it’s the truth, that’s why I needed to punish him, and I do understand if that makes you doubt my intentions, but I only did it because I wanted to protect you.” He added, as he reached out for her, but once again she pulled away.
“No! It can’t be, you’re lying. I have known him all my life, he.. He was my dad’s friend!” She spoke, while she tried to make sense of the information.
“I’m sorry, but it’s true.” Her mom suddenly stated as she was standing by the door, where she heard everything there had just been said.
“Mom? What are you doing here?” Stella blurred out, surprised after she hadn’t seen her mom for more than a week. Cathrine gave Stella a hug, as she looked at her.
“You have no idea how worried I have been, I just had to see you. I unfortunately can’t stay for long, so I just tell you this real’ quick honey. I was the first one to find out what Carl did to you when you returned to the tribe. You were completely covered in wounds and bruises, you couldn’t even tell us what had happened, so we believed the lies Carl told us, but I saw your memories back then, and we realized he lied to all of us sweetie.” Cathrine explained.
“I believe that’s also some of the reasons why you probably stopped talking to Nathan. I guess it was easier to forget all the bad stuff, then to keep being reminded about it, every time you saw him, like you are doing to Armaros now, but the difference is, I know how good Armaros has been to you. He started a war with his own father and brother to keep you safe, and has lived in the tribe despite all the judgmental comments he had to endure just to stay close to you. There is probably more that only he can tell you, so don’t you think he deserves a chance for you to listen to what he has to say?” She asked, as Stella moved her gaze from her mom to Armaros.
“Maybe he does,” she replied, as she took a deep breath as she got up from the floor and walked to the door, but as she reached it, she turned back around.
“Are you coming, or are you going to stay here on the porch?” She asked Armaros when he didn’t follow her.
“Oh, right, I’m coming,” he quickly stated, as he followed her in to the house and towards the room she had been staying in.

When Dagon found a car, he jumped into it and quickly turned on the engine.
He knew after what had just happened, he would never be able to return, which some part of him didn’t mind, but he knew it also meant he wouldn’t be able to see Bella again.
Though he knew it had to be like that, and it probably was for the best, he still felt disappointed.
“How could you be so stupid to believe she wanted to leave with you?” He scolded himself, but then the car door at the passenger side suddenly opened, and Bella jumped in.
“Bella? What are you doing here?” He asked, as she buckled the seat belt.
“You didn’t think I would just let you leave like that, did you?” She asked, as she raised one eyebrow.
“I did, but apparently I was wrong.” He grinned at her, as she gave him a smile.
He couldn’t help but admire her face when she smiled. From the small dimple on her left cheek to the way her nose made those small wrinkles.
Her smile was one of her biggest charms, something he had never believed he would see aimed at him.
“We should probably get going before we get caught..” she spoke as he got out of his mind.
“Right, let’s go,” he stated. When they drove off, he saw Bella was glancing at the side mirror, as the view of the tribe, slowly disappeared, and she clearly seemed to be deep in her thoughts.
“Are you second-guessing your decision to go with me?” Dagon asked, as she shook her head.
“No, I just can’t believe I’m actually doing the thing I asked Stella not to do,” she spoke, before she leaned her head back.
“You mean running off with a hot bad boy?” Dagon teased, as he smirked at her.
“Hey, stop it!” She blurred out, while she slapped his arm.
“.. But yeah, something like that.” She chuckled, as Dagon chuckled too, before he turned on the radio.
