After Carter leaves, Simon comes back into the office and invites us back to the sitting room where I fed Rosie earlier. There is tea and coffee and a few things to eat, and he tells us we can stay as long as we like. I really want to just go home and have a minute to think about everything that's happened, but Glenn and Rita both take a cup of coffee and they're my ride, so I guess I have to stay a little longer.
They sit down and I take a seat too, still holding onto Rosie, my mind still in a mess. I don't even know what to think about first. At the moment, I'm thrown off by the way Rosie smiled at Carter.
