Third-person Pov:
Nessie was trying hard to sleep but sleep was far from her eyes, as her mind was occupied by her brother and Alexandria's thoughts.
Theo was fascinated by Alexandria since they were kids, everyone thought that with time Theo's obsession toward Alexandria would vanish, but things got worse turn when Theo forcefully tried to make Alexandria his.
Of course, no one was expecting such actions from Theo, and that was the reason why Theo's father threw Theo out of their family. And It was also Theo's actions because of that Nessie had to say yes to Marry Alessandro.
Nessie removed the quilt and sat on the bed in Indian style, "Should I talk to Alesso over this matter?" She asked herself then instantly shook her head.
"No, if I told him about Theo's wedding then it won't take long to reach this news to Uncle Alexander's ear, and Alexandro isn't a mentally mature person,"
While thinking about Alexander and her brother, she doesn't know when she gets out of the room and starts walking into the mansion.
She was so damn stressed that she didn't even notice that most of the areas of this mansion were dark, except the corridor area where she had been walking.
Suddenly she heard the same roar that she had heard in the evening and that's when she came out of her thoughts.
she looked around and noticed the darkness, her heart and body started trembling at the same time.
Fear of darkness, clouds over her mind, and the ear-piercing yelling of Leonard had been filling terror inside her.
Her gaze accidentally fell on Leonard, who had been standing with two men and had been flaring in rage.
"Sir, we tried hard but it was hard for us to take that information from Mr. Mi," the words were cut off by the hard sound of a slap.
Nessie instantly put her palm over her mouth as she noticed how brutally Leonard slapped one of the guys and his lip started bleeding.
Due to fear, she stepped back but mistakenly dropped the vase on the floor.
Hearing the Sound of the vase, Leonard got alert, He instantly leaves both of his men and comes out of the meeting room.
Leonard noticed a very scared Nessie, who had been sitting between the shattered glass due to fear and had tears in her eyes. He also noticed how she had been trembling and how she had been putting her palms over her mouth so that her sobs couldn't escape out of her mouth.
Leonard had seen fear in many eyes, but there was something in Nessie's eyes that was affecting Leonard.
Both the men who were standing behind Leonard were stunned and had been feeling sorry too for Nessie, they could see how terrified she was to see Leonard.
Instead of Showing softness to her, Leonard made the tight fist of his palms with clenched jaws.
Seeing the rage level on Leonard's face, Nessie's throat got dry and her body got rigid.
"What the heck are you doing here..." Leonard yelled at her, completely ignoring her condition.
Hearing his roar, She flinched and her breath also got stuck in her throat.
Poor Nessie had been staring at Leonard as she had been staring at the ghost, "I don't like repeating myself..." Leonard roared once again but this time instead of getting scared, Nessie started losing consciousness
Leonard noticed that, but didn't move from his place to help her.
She was about to fall on the broken glass pieces, there was only an inch gap between the glass and her cheek when Leonard put his palm over her cheek and balanced her body.
Before she hurt herself, Leonard picked Nessie in his arms.
He was feeling extremely weird as this was the first time when he had picked another girl except for his sisters in his arms.
Both the men were staring at Leonard and Nessie with astonishing expressions because they were looking like newlywed couples, "Leave! And don't show me your face until you get the project papers..." Leonard said in a deadly tone.
Both the men nodded their heads and left the mansion.
Once they left Leonard turned his attention to Nessie.
She was looking like a doll while sleeping, her body was relaxed and she has been breathing very softly.
Leonard had never seen so much innocence and fear on a girl's face before.
And the way he had been staring at her, it was looking as if he got hypnotized by her beauty.
He sighed heavily and started moving toward her bedroom, Leonard carefully laid her over the bed and covered her with the quilt, he twirled back and was about to leave but suddenly her red religious thread tangled with his watch.
Leonard twirled and got stunned to see the red thread around her wrist, He instantly grabbed her hand as if it wasn't a hand but a lifeless toy.
If Nessie was conscious she would surely get a heart attack from seeing his actions.
**Why haven't I noticed this before?" He asked himself,
Soon Leonard's expression changed, he started staring at Nessie with disgust and anger.
In the morning:
When the bright sunlight fell on Nessie's face, she started wriggling on her bed.
She twisted her body and slept on her other hand, but suddenly her interview thought appeared in her mind.
She instantly got up and was about to call Kelly but she realized that she was not at her place.
She cursed under her breath and was about to get down from the bed to get ready but last night's incident appeared in her mind.
Goosebumps appeared on her skin, She instantly hugged herself and bit her lip harshly, "It's just a matter of 30 days, Ness, just bear him until Theo comes back, " Nessie encouraged herself and moved towards the washroom to do her business and get ready for the interview.
After 30 minutes:
While going downstairs there was enthusiasm on Nessie's face because she wanted to see her cute nephew.
Last night because of Theo's tension and Leonard's encounter she didn't get a chance to see her nephew's photographs...
Suddenly Nessie stopped and gripped the staircase tightly.
"Last night, last night I was in the corridor, and then..." Nessie tried hard to remember how she got to her room but she couldn't remember anything.
And how could she remember? because she had fainted
She came out of her thoughts, hearing the sound of her cell phone.
She picked up the call "Good morning..." Nessie smiled hearing Alexandro's voice,
She looked into the watch and noticed its 8 o'clock of the morning, "What's wrong, you aren't sounding happy?" Nessie asked, looking here and there, then her gaze fell on the dining area.
Instead of his words, she heard a heavy sigh from the other side, "What's wrong Ki...( She paused) Babe?" She asked,
"Dad! ( He paused ) Dad wants me to go to India"
Nessie instantly moved toward the dining area and she finally found the kitchen.
Seeing the beauty of the kitchen, Nessie was enthralled.
There was no chef in the kitchen, that's why Nessie moved toward the coffee machine and started making coffee for herself.
"That's a piece of great news, you should go, it's a fantastic country and my parents are also there, " Nessie said, fixing the cup under the tap.
"Dad wants me to go there for three years and in these three years, I'll not be allowed to talk to anyone..." Hearing his words, Nessie pressed the stopped button.
She didn't say a word but kept standing like a mute doll, "Say something!" Alexandro said,
"Your father's decision was the final decision and no one is allowed to go against his decision, " Nessie said, thinking about the past when Alexander had asked her hand for his sons.
"You'll be very happy with my Dad's decision right?" Hearing his words, this time Nessie sighed,
"And why would I be happy?" Nessie asked, putting the mug of her coffee on the counter and turning her gaze in the opposite direction.
Alexandro didn't say anything to her for a minute, " I know there is a big age gap between us,
I know that you don't like our dark business,
I know you were forced to agree to say yes to marry me but trust me, I honestly love you, I have loved you since I was a kid...
I am possessed in your love in the same way as your brother was possessed in Alexandria's love..."
Nessie licked her lower lip, sighing heavily, " Fortune takes some decisions and maybe you are the decision of my fate, which I have accepted a long time ago, " Nessie said in disappointment
"I'll not be able to come to Australia to meet you, but after coming back from India I'll marry you..." Alexandro said,
"If you want, we can marry right now...!" Nessie said, gripping the counter tightly.
Hearing her words, Alexandro put his palm over his fast-beating heart, " I wish we could, but unfortunately I am still under age and what's the benefit of marrying you right now when I can't legally claim you..."
"I told you not to talk to me like this..." Nessie complain,
"Sooner or later you have to make yourself habitual to my sensual words," He said but Nessie instantly changed the topic, l.
"Why has your Dad been sending you to India..?"
"Training...!"
Nessie's grip loosened over the counter, " Will you planning to join your Dad's mafia life?" She asked,
"You know this is our life and we can't escape from it, " Alexandro said, like a mature person but Nessie's face became pale.
