CHAPTER 16 - Bossy Lady.

Geez, I'm tired and hungry and this asshole has been staring at me for a while.
"Baby, are you hungry?" He asks as he looks at me.
Of course I am, do you have to ask?
"No, I'm not." I say and my tummy decided to growl in other to disgrace me.
"Really?" He says smirking at my tummy.
"Your eyes off my tummy, now!"
"Alright, bossy lady." He says with a mock salute and I roll my eyes.
"Just order pizza." I say and he laughs.
"What's so funny you i***t? You kidnapped me and you're starving me."
"Oh, what do you expect a kidnapper to do to you bossy lady? Feed you three times a day? Breakfast, lunch and dinner?"
"I know morning food is called breakfast. Midday’s called lunch and evening is called dinner so you didn't have to tell me you asshole!" I say and he laughs.
"Bossy lady."
"Don't call me that!"
"Baby."
"Just shut up Jax or I'll kill you and kill myself."
"Why are you going to kill yourself after?"
"It's my business, but the reason is I DON'T WANT TO TELL YOU. I'm not talking to the one who is starving me."
"I asked you and you said no."
"Geez, but my tummy said otherwise, you should have answered my tummy instead."
"Geez, what do you want actually?" He asks face palming himself.
"Don't do that."
"Do what?"
"Face palm, I'm not a disgrace, okay?"
"Okay ma'am."
"Just shut up and tell me why we are waiting in front of a strip club."
"Um, maybe I wanted you to strip?"
"What?"
"I was just joking. We are waiting for someone."
"And who is that someone?"
"You will see soon."
"Hey! I'm seeing already."
"I never said you were blind."
"I know bu..." I am cut off by the noisy honk of a car.
"Jax love." A bitchy girl says.
"Hey." Jax says to her
"So?" Her minion who is also dressed like her adds.
"Who's that church thing?" The first b***h asks referring to me. A Church thing? Just because I'm not dressed like a slut?
I blink rapidly to get a clear view of her face but she has a sunglass on.
"She's my girl." Jax replies with a shrug.
‘Hey! I'm no one's girl.’ I wanted to say but I decided to play along.
"You can't be serious Jax." b***h one says.
"We will know if he is serious later, let's get in the car." Aiden, the guy who carried me like a potato sack says.
"Whatever!" she says and pretends to be walking as she bumps her shoulder against mine, hitting me out of her way.
Gosh she's crazy. Somehow, I feel like I've met this b***h before.
"What's happening Jax?" I ask in a whisper.
"You are happening Ava." He replies.
"I'm happening?"
"Yeah." He says and opens shotgun for me.
"Whoa, someone's acting like a gentleman." Aiden says laughing.
"Am I not one?"
"No, you aren't. You're just a guy." I say.
"I like you." Aiden says to me and I blush a little.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not blushing for what you're thinking, I'm blushing because it's a compliment.
"You don't Aiden." Jax says seriously.
"Are you jealous?" Aiden asks and the two bitches at the back snorts.
"Yes of course. Why shouldn't I be?" He replies and my heart leaps but falls when I remember that he's just saying it, he doesn't mean it. What the hell is my problem? I promised myself not to fall for another guy after Mike and now I'm about to break my promise because of a guy I just met? This is crazy.
"Then stop acting like you own her." Aiden replies.
"Just shut up and give me the keys Aiden, she's hungry."
"Of course, the church thing will be." b***h one says.

We arrive at a fancy restaurant and I begin to think about the type of guy I'm dealing with. Why did I even agree to come with him?
‘Oh you didn't agree, he kidnapped you.’ My subconscious added.
Yeah, you're right. I didn't follow him, he carried me.
"Place an order baby." He says smirking at me and I groan internally.
I don't want this b***h to know that we are nothing.
"Okay?" That's more of a question than a statement.
"Are you asking him?" b***h one says.
"Tsk, tsk, tsk." The Second b***h adds.
"She doesn't know what to order." She says laughing.
That's not a lie but I don't have to hear it from someone like her.
"Stop it Beth!" Jax says raising his voice.
Beth? It's been Beth all the while? What is his relationship with her?
If he has a thing or two to do with her then why am I here? He is using me again. Maybe they are in a fight and he wants to make her jealous but he doesn't have to use me. Who does he think he is?
"I need to leave now Jax. I have some things to do." I say and stand to leave but Jax holds my hand.
"You can't leave now, Ava." He says.
"Don't be fooled girl, you will just be another s*x toy." Beth adds.
"Just shut it Beth." Aiden says.
"It's okay, I'll talk to you guys later." I say and walk out with Jax trailing behind me.
"Ava wait!" He shouts.
"What exactly do you want? What?"
"Ava I'm…"
"Why do you want to apologize? It's not like there's anything between us so just leave. I have better things to do than to be used by a guy." I say and he pinches the bridge of his nose.
"Ava!"
"Don't call my name!" I say and walk away.
Maybe I overreacted. Why did I become so angry? Why I was happy that he chose me? Why did my heart drop when he said he was jealous but didn't mean it? These are questions I have no answers to yet.

I reply Jason and switch off my phone.
