Tinanguan niya ito.
"All ready?" He asked.
"Yes,Your Majesty. Everything is ready."
"Thanks, Ryle."
"Anything, Your Majesty."
Tinapik niya ang balikat nito nang madaanan niya ang kanyang butler.
"King Zachary." Yumukod ang isang Royal Guard.
May ibinibigay itong nakarolyong papel.
Napailing si King Zachary dahil alam na niya kung kanino ito galing.
Tinignan niya ang nakasulat. The letter says ...

Napailing lang si King Zachary at ibinigay kay Ryle ang sulat.
"Bring it to my room."
"Yes, Your Majesty."
Inayos niya ang suot niyang coat at dere-deretsong lumabas ng kastilyo. Sumakay siya sa nakaparadang limousine. Sunod na sumakay si Ryle.
Sumandal siya sa kanyang kinauupuan at ipinikit ang kanyang mata. Naramdaman niya ang pag-andar ng sasakyan. Nagmulat na lang siya ng mata nang marinig niyang nagsalita si Ryle.
"King Zachary, we're here already in the airport."
Ryle stepped out from the limousine and opened the limousine's door beside him. Lumabas siya ng limousine.
"Ryle, ikaw na muna ang bahala sa lahat."
"Yes, King Zachary."
Tumango si King Zachary bago umakyat papasok sa loob ng kanyang private plane.
He's going to the Philippines. Kailangan niyang asikasuhin ang negosyo niya sa Pilipinas dahil panay na ang reklamo ng kaniyang kaibigan na siyang pinakiusapan niyang ito muna ang mag-asikaso.
Philippines...
Zachary sighed when step in the Philippine soil.
It's been a long time since I came here.
Mabuti na lang at may suot siyang kwintas na gawa ng elder ng mga mangkukulam para pananggalang niya sa araw para hindi siya masunog sa sikat nito.
"Tsk! Not because of that necklace. It's because of me." Sabad ng kanyang wolf.
Zachary shooked his head. "Whatever." He muttered.
Nakalimutan niya palang isa siyang half-breed. Half-vampire and half-wolf. His mother is a Queen of all werewolves and a full-blooded wolf while his father is the King of all supernaturals and a full-blooded vampire. His father passed to him the throne when he reach the right age of ruling the throne and his father live with his mother in her mother's pack.
"Do you feel what I am feeling right now?" Tanong ng kanyang wolf. His name wolf is Isle. He name it Isle dahil ito lang ang natatanging kulay itim na lobo sa kanilang lahi. His wolf even have a golden eyes.
"What feeling?" He asked as he start the engine of his car. He prefer to drive than to drive by his men.
"I feel excited."
Natawa si Zachary. "I feel the same, Isle."
Hindi na umimik ang wolf niya.
When he reach his company, nagsiyukuran ang mga security guard. Of course, they know who is he. Hindi rin ordinaryo ang mga ibang empleyado dito sa kanyang kumpanya, some are vampire, some are werewolves and some are witch. And the security guard, they are werewolves.
He parked his car and entered the exclusive elevator. He reach his office and he entered. Hindi niya maiwasang mapangisi nang makita si Alpha Layden na seryosong nagbabasa ng mga papeles.
"Kumusta, Alpha Layden?"
Alpha Layden Eron Vaugh is an Alpha. Second powerful Alpha, next to his mother.
Masyadong mabilis ang Alpha. Kung hindi niya lang nakita ang hawak nitong patalim na mabilis nitong ibinato sa kaniya ay baka tinamaan siya sa dibdib.
"Not bad for a hundred year old king of all supernatural."
Ngumisi lang siya at kinuha ang patalim na bumaon sa pader.
Isle growled. "I don't like him."
Hindi niya pinansin ang wolf niya at umupo sa single couch.
"Good thing that you are here. Ikaw na magpatuloy sa ginagawa ko." Alpha Layden said.
"Hindi mo man lang ba ako pagpapahingain?" Zachary asked.
"May I remind you, Your Majesty. Ang mga katulad natin ay—"
"Yeah, yeah, whatever." He said.
But he stilled when he inhaled a unfamiliar scent. Smells like lavender and pure. It's like a drug that made him became addict to inhaled that scent again. Kumunot ang noo ni Zachary. This is not Layden's mate scent.
"Sinong may-ari ng amoy na naamoy ko?" Seryoso niyang tanong.
Nag-angat ng tingin si Alpha Layden. "What?"
Umiling siya at tumayo. He stepped put from his office and followed the scent where it is coming from.
"Maybe it's our mate." Isle said.
He stilled. "Maybe."
Tumigil ang paa niya sa pintuan ng isang opisina. He was about to step in when he saw Alpha Layden's wife. Alpha Layden's wife is also a werewolf pero itinago niya ang kanyang presensiya kaya hindi naramdaman ni Bree ang presensiya ni Zachary.
He inhaled the lavender scent again and his eyes focus on the girl who was busy infront of her computer.
"Mate!" Isle growled.
He controlled his wolf not to shift and before the woman see him. Using his unhuman speed he went back to his office.
"f**k!" He cursed.
"Zachary, are you okay?" Alpha Layden asked, worried.
He growled. His fangs showed and later, he's now his wolf form.
"Will you calm down?" Pakiusap niya sa kanyang wolf.
Isle growled. "I want to mark her."
"It's not the right time yet." He said.
"King Zachary."
His wolf raised its head and looked at Layden.
"What happened?"
Agad siyang nagbalik sa kanyang anyong-tao. And expected, wala siyang suot na damit dahil nagkapira-piraso ito nang magpalit siya ng anyo. Layden throw a robe to him.
"Thanks."
Tumango ito.
"I found her." He happily said.
Layden smirked. "I'm going to tell this to Jariah."
"No need. I know, he's watching." And he entered the chamber.
"But who is the lucky girl?" Layden asked while smirking.
He lose his smiled.
"She's a mortal."
"So?"
"I know this will be hard for me."
Layden tapped his shoulder. "You can do it."
Tumango siya.
"So who's the lucky mortal?"
Kinuha niya ang remote at i-on ang monitor na nasa gilid ng kanyang opisina.
"That's her."
Layden's eyes wide. "Her? What the F?"
Kumunot ang nuo ni Zachary. "You know her?"
"Yes, she's my wife's friend. Dale Agguirre."
"Dale! I like her name."
Zachary smiled. "I like her too."
"Paano? Alis na ako, Zachary. I have a date with my wife."
"Okay."
At nang makaalis ito at tumayo siya at tumingin sa labas ng glass wall. His eyes settled on the woman with Layden's wife.
Dale Agguirre... you are mine.
