Liam The rest of my weekend moved along at a snail's pace. I tried to keep my distance from Maggie and prevented myself from showing up at her house like a maniac. At night when the crickets sing and the stars shine, I couldn't keep myself away though. Every night, like clockwork, Blaze and I would take our run through the woods and find ourselves at the border, hiding behind bushes and trees to just stare at her home like we did that first night. Every night there she would be in that same window at her back door. It was like our souls were calling out to each other, in the midst of real world problems that prevented us from being together; one thing was for certain, at the end of each night we both went to our same spots at the same time each night.
