Getting some Rest

{Sophia’s POV}
“We’ll talk about it in the morning, for now.. get some rest.” Talon said pointing back towards the bed.
I nodded slowly, before collapsing in exhaustion right where I was. My body was heavy, as were my eyes, they kept fluttering open and closed. It was as though I just shut down, my body refusing to stay awake any longer.
When I awoke, I was tucked up in bed still in my clothes from the day before, with the curtains closed around the bed. The room was cold, it was as if all of the heat had been absorbed from the air. I moved my hand carefully to the curtain and pulled it back. There were two chairs, one back against the wall with the sleeping Giant Talon in it, the other was empty, and right next to my bed. I looked around and Alec was nowhere to be seen. I carefully, and quietly made my way out of the bed, and looked around the room. I saw a door that was ajar, and the gleam of a light reflecting off a sink.
I snuck to the bathroom and closed the door, turning on the light. I quickly locked the door and turned to view the room. It was massive, the floor was made of cold, black tiles, and the walls were painted a light grey. There was a massive walk in shower, and an equally large claw foot tub in the middle of the room. I made my way to the toilet, and relieved myself, quickly flushing and washing my hands. As i finished washing my hands, I heard a soft knock on the door. “Hey, if you need to shower or bath or anything you’re welcome to use the tub or shower. This is Talon’s room, he doesn’t like the bathhouse downstairs so he bathes here. Right knob is hot, left is cold. Soap, shampoo, conditioner all under the sink. When you come out, we’ll talk.” Came Alec’s voice from the other side.
“Yeah.. t-thank you..” I said back softly. I made my way to the tub and turned it on, I only twisted the hot water knob, and allowed the tub to begin filling. I grabbed the soaps he told me about and stripped off my clothes, tossing them in the dirty hamper. Only then did I remember that they were the only clothes that I was given. I began to panic, then I heard Alec and Talon outside the door.
“Hey, what’s wrong in there, why are you freaking out?” Alec asked, worry evident in his voice.
“I..I.. I’m just embarrassed..” I said, honestly. “It’s okay, I’ll figure it out!” I said sitting down into the tub. The hot water consumed me, and my body temperature began to warm up. I turned off the knob, and sat back, relaxing slightly in the water.
A few minutes passed, and I could hear Talon from the other side of the door. “Are you sure you’re alright?” He asked, him masking his worry more than Alec.
I looked around the room, and found a large robe hanging on the wall. “Yeah, I’m fine, sorry to have worried you.” I said back softly.
“You didn’t..” he started.
“Mate bond, remember?” I giggled slightly.
I could hear a chuckle from the other side of the door. “I hope you giggle like that more, now that you’re here with us. It fills me with joy to hear you giggle like that.” He said.
I blushed, my heart pounding slightly in my chest. “I-I..” I started, but didn’t know what to say. My heart was pounding quickly, and my face was burning.
Another chuckle comes from him, before he says. “We’ll talk more after your bath, enjoy yourself.” He said softly.
I could feel the warmth in his chest, and that’s when I realized that I can feel everything he feels. “Wait!” I yelled, as I heard his footsteps retreating. “Why.. why can I feel everything that you feel? I was mated once before, and it wasn’t like this..” I said softly.
“We’ll talk about that when you get out of the bath..” he started.
I quickly jumped up grabbing the robe and wrapping it around me. I tied it tightly, it hung to my knees, and cinched at my thin waist. My hips and thighs were rather plump, and this robe really showed off my curves. I flung open the door and stood in front of him, my 5’2 height next to his of 7’4 made me feel so small.
He looked up and down my body, his eyes trailing every inch of me before making their way to my face. “W-Why is it like this..” I said, my face blood red as I could feel his arousal, he was like this because of the way I looked right now. I was soaking wet, water dripping on the floor from my hair. The robe I was wearing was obviously his, and something about seeing me in it has his mind swirling. It clung to my body, draping off one of my shoulders. “It wasn’t like this with Dimitri.. I can feel everything you feel, it’s in my head..” I looked down at the floor, afraid to meet his gaze in this moment.
Just then Alec ran into the room, “What’s going on in here, I can feel both of your right now, and let’s just say that getting a b**** when you’re in the middle of making breakfast for everyone is weird!” He laughed slightly, his eyes trailed from Talon to me. He looked over me hungrily, I’m sure I looked like a snack to him in my disheveled state.
“Alec, no!” Talon said pushing me behind his back. “Go back to the bathroom, lock the door, and don’t come out until I say so!” He yelled, pushing me back towards the bathroom. As he did, I slipped on the water, and the robe slipped off my other shoulder, exposing both of my br*****.
My face burned, and I quickly fixed the robe, and stood to my feet running back into the bathroom, and locking the door just as he said. I wasn’t sure what was happening, but he was using a serious tone, and seemed legitimately worried. I heard banging on the door, and shrieked. My heart sank as I ran into the shower, closing the door and sitting in the floor of it. The banging continued for over an hour, I leaned my head back against the glass wall, and eventually I fell asleep to the beating in my heart.
