Chapter 7: After Hours (4)
***
The following day at the shop, Kisa was left alone as Lori and his Uncle went out on 'business' matters. Which was more or less a code word saying that the two are out on a date...
Kisa didn't mind them being together in such a manner, though it would be a lie to say he wasn't annoyed a bit with Lori being as pushy as he was. Since his uncle wasn't a confrontational man, he was easy to pull around and do what you wanted with him. So Kisa was rather harsh towards Lori from the get go, not trusting his intentions being too good. It was only with time that he realized Lori wasn't as horrible as he might have initially assumed him to be... He was one of the few Alphas that Kisa tolerated, just for the sake of his Uncle's happiness...
The small bell attached to the store front rang and Kisa smiled at the client that entered. "Welcome, what can I help you with today?" He asked, most of the business's clients were regulars. People that worked in security companies, IT people that that wanted to upgrade their computers with new parts and the like.
All were rather wealthy individuals, unsurprising most of them being Alphas. And even though Kisa wasn't too fond of the constant stench that Alpha's pheromones emitted. He was well accustomed to it at this point and able to put a smile on his face and be polite with the customers.
The regulars that came to the shop weren't the type of people to be openly rude to Kisa or look down at him for being an Omega, but they weren't completely respectful either. Most either avoided looking at him or sometimes even sent others to come and collect parts in their stead. Still it was worlds easier to deal with people like that, than Alphas that took interest in him.
"Thank you and please come again." Kisa said as he sent off the woman that had just entered the store. It wasn't a particularly busy day, he only had five clients in total and half of his shift was already finished.
The bell rang again and just as Kisa was preparing to put on his usual customer service smile, he saw the man at the door with the familiar face, it was Griffith Varon... the man he'd met a few weeks prior.
"Sir, we don't have the parts you asked for delivered to us yet..." Kisa instantly said, somehow he didn't feel like forcing a smile in front of that man. Mostly because the other had already seen him angry, so what was the point of pretending? It would only look silly...
"It's fine, I came to take a look around the store." Griffith said as he glanced over at the shelves and quickly headed to one that held various camera lences on them.
"You're not searching for anything in particular?" Kisa asked as he crossed his arms. It wasn't that he minded the man taking a look on his own. He just thought it was more efficient for him to ask for what he needed since the store wasn't the most organized but Kisa knew exactly where what stood.
"Well... if by any chance you have some CH camera lences that would be good..." Griffith said as he tilted his head to the side. "Though I doubt it..."
"Don't underestimate us..." Kisa said with a smug look in his eyes, he knelt down and picked up a small box that almost looked luxurious as if there was a golden bracelet hidden inside. He oppened it up and showed the lense to the man. "You're in luck, these are so rare that most shops don't even want to sell them... Fortunatelly for you we no longer need these lences since the camera is outdated..."
Griffith took a quick look at it. "It's an original?" He asked in awe.
"First in the series..." Kisa said proudly. "They make only about 800 of these on the first release then the second one was cancelled. This one is kept in good condition and hadn't been used, we have some second hand ones as well but I doubt they'd do much work for you."
"Amazing, what's the price?" Griffith asked as he looked up at the cashier, it was like he had stars in his eyes.
"5,000$" Kisa replied.
"Expensive..." Griffith complained.
"Haha... I know, right? Do you want a p*****t plan?" Kisa asked with a small chuckle in his voice.
"No need, I'll pay with card..." Griffirth said as he took out his black card from his wallet and handed it to the man.
"Ehh... you really have too much money on your hands if you're shopping so freely." Kisa remarked, there wasn't mockery in his voice, he simply found the other to be a big spender which wasn't too surprising as most Alphas were.
"You're much kinder than the first time I came here, I'm surprised..." Griffith remarked with a smile as the purchase had been completed. Now both of them were waiting on the recept to slowly print out from the small barely working machine next to the computer.
"I just realized I was a bit heated up back there..." Kisa said as he crossed his arms. "Even though I really didn't need your help, I guess I shouldn't have acted so rude for no reason."
"That's very mature of you. Such a big boy you are." Griffith said with a small chuckle in his voice.
"Are you making fun of me? Next time you shop here the price will be doubled then!" Kisa said as he turned to look away in a huff, he was joking of course. 'What am I doing, talking so casually to an Alpha...?' He wondered to himself but somehow he didn't feel as uncomfortable near the man.
"Eh? So you're already expecting me to come back here?" Griffirth asked with an interested look in his eyes.
"You don't need to come back at all..." Kisa said as he sighed as if he was exausted. "Then yet you'd probably miss out on new stuff we get so, it's on you really..."
"I wouldn't want that to happen... This is one of the few places that offers such anchient gadgets." Griffith said with a small chuckle as he put away the small box with the lenses inside his jacket pocket.
"Hey don't insult old stuff they have more value than the brand new ones!" Kisa said as he turned to his computer, the receipt was still yet to be printed, then he noticed. "Ah, fuck... speak about old things..."
"Did something happen?" Griffirth asked as he glanced over, he saw the half printed receipt. "Did it break?"
"Probably... there's no issue on the screen so I suppose the printer's time has come. Do you need the receipt? I'll have to change out the printer and try again..." Kisa said as it was a rather bothersome task and he didn't want to deal with it at the moment.
"I'm not in a hurry, I'll wait..." Griffirth said as he smiled at the man. 'Somehow I want to stay a bit longer with this Omega... he's amusing...' He thought to himself, waiting patiently for the other.
"Suit yourself I guess..." Kisa said as he got to work, thankfully it wasn't such a difficult task but it did take him a good 15 minutes to change it out, plug everything in and set the computer to the new printer. "Done..." He finally said as he handed the receipt to the man.
"You're rather good with your hands..." Griffirth remarked. "Do you do at home service? I have a printer that always seems to have something wrong with it."
"There are plenty of people you could do a job like that for you. I'm not interested." Kisa instantly shot the man down. "Knowing Alphas you probably want to just get me in your apartment and try to seduce me or something..."
"Eh? I wasn't trying to do that... but it would be a lie to say I'm not interested in you." Griffith admitted as he shrugged his shoulders a bit. "Especially that un-earned hatred you have towards Alphas, it's facinating."
'What a twat...' Kisa thought dismissively to himself. "Geez, and here I thought I was too harsh with you, you can leave already..." He said as he gestured with his hand to the exit.
Griffith quickly grabbed onto Kisa's hand and held it next to his neck. "You can force me out if you'd like..." He said with a rather seductive look on his face, but it didn't seem to be working on Kisa who had a permanent annoyed expression.
"What's your deal? You're being annoying..." Kisa asked as he pulled his hand back with great force, one of his nails scratching the man's neck in the process.
"I've been looking for a strong Omega like you... The fact you're someone that hates Alphas only makes it that much better..." Griffirth said as he smiled, he touched the place on his neck where the cut was made, there was a little bit of blood gushing out from there.
"What do you mean?" Kisa asked as he looked at the man suspiciously. "You're just spouting nonsense at this point..." He was greatly irritated at this point, not really wanting to listen to the other's reasoning.
Griffith smudged the small cut he had on his neck and brought his thumb up to his face then licked it to taste his own blood. "I want you to dominate me..." He said while not once looking away from the other man...
