Ch.7 ~ An act of freedom

1504 Words
Gillian's POV I left the courier company after sending the gift to Konrad and headed to my rented room downtown. It was nothing fancy but at least I could rest and bath. ‘As delusional as I am with you, what if Konrad is not our mate? Have you ever thought about it? What will you do when we find our fated one?’ Gia asked with a hint of mischief. ‘I will accept him.’ I replied nonchalantly and opened the door. ‘As if.’ She grumbled and I ignored her. Tonight, I have planned to go check out the new club that opened down the street. I went to the shower and let the hot water do its magic on my aching muscles, then dressed in my silky purple mini dress. ‘This colour will send the wrong message to perverts we find at the club.’ Gia snarled. ‘How is it I am paired with a wolf that hates my favourite colour? Suck it up, Gia.’ I snarled as I apply my pink lipstick and walked out of the room and locked it. I swayed down the street, passing through the park. It’s named lover's haven after Alpha Ross got married to that spiteful Luna when it was new. And there is never a day that passes by without seeing couples strolling by while holding hands or making out near the pond, since it’s secluded. It disgusted me how they are showing off their affection in public. ‘I sense some nasty jealousy.’ Gia piped in, interrupting my thoughts. ‘Maybe you should look deeper.’ I snorted. My stilettos clicked the pavement as the street lamps gleamed my path heading towards the club. There was a cue of teenagers probably carrying fake identities just to feel the nightclub life. “You can’t tell me that a fine lady like you is going to stand the cue in heels.” A gruff, deep voice spoke behind me. I whirled myself around, mastering my flirtatious smile. “You wouldn’t happen to be the owner of this interesting establishment, would you?” I watched his thin eyes twitch in mischief as he peeked at his expensive watch. “What if I am?” He gave a naughty grin with his half gold teeth next to his canine. “Then it’s my lucky day.” I smirked, then extended my hand. “I am Gillian.” Introducing myself. ‘He doesn’t have a scent.’ Gia alerted me. ‘I heard dragons hide their scent very well. Please be careful.’ she continued. ‘When the humans exiled our ancestors to this island. Witches and other magical beings used their magic to make it disappear in the eyes of the humans and the war stopped where all mythical creatures got along. Not all but few put their differences aside and worked together. Including the dragons who guard and control the gateway to the human world.’ I replied, still smiling at the man holding my hand with his rough fingers. He chuckled, his lips brushing my hand without losing eye contact. “Denzel.” “Just Denzel.” I purred like a cat, feeling his name roll on my tongue in a mysterious way. ‘He is not our mate.’ ‘Shut up Gia.’ I retorted and cut her off. I cannot be dealing with her tonight. I just want to have fun. We walked through the thick glass doors with gold handles, where two bulky, stoic men were standing and nodded at us. “So, you are popular here?” I asked him, trying to establish if he owns this beautiful place. I have been to Lochlyn club but it cannot be compared to this one. “You can say that.” He replied casually, leading me to the VIP section with a mini dancing platform on our left. The smell of strong alcohol hit my nostrils as one of the servers passed us by holding a tray. We slid onto the black leather sofa that had a small round glass table in the middle. Another server wearing the skimpiest outfit came to us. “Good evening sir, the usual?” Denzel nodded. “And for the pretty lady?” She asked, chewing on the side of her bottom lip. “I’ll have Cosmo strawberry.” I replied as she left. The music playing in the background was smooth and not loud. The server came back with our drinks. I took a sip of my Cosmo, feeling the satisfying heat of alcohol burn my throat, feeling hot shuddering when it went down. What did they put in this drink? I asked myself still keeping my gaze at him. I smile as I studied his grim, masculine beauty. “So, where are you from? I have never seen you here before.” He asked as he add ice cubes into his whiskey. “Getting all personal, I see.” I smirked, getting comfortable on the sofa. He laughed seductively, scooting closer to me and I stared at his hand on my thigh before looking him in the eyes. “You are not going to tell me, mmm, I see. I guess you would not mind me doing this.” He leaned on my face, his whiskey breath fanning my nose as he claimed my lips with his wet ones. “Relax, we have all night to get to know each other.” He stopped the kiss and whispered. I don’t know how many drinks I had, because the beat of the song now playing kind of enveloped my body as I sway seductively; staring at him, he was biting his lip. I was drunk, I knew, as I grin and danced for him. The air filled with many scents and it was hot, like Denzel. He joined me on the mini platform and we swayed, bodies tight against each other. I felt his manhood throb as I pressed my butt up against him. I felt his hands caress my curves as the sound vibrated through my body. “Let’s get out of here, sėxy. I want to see these curves naked on top of me and swaying while my còck is deep in your wetness.” He whispered in my ear. Heat enveloped my senses, burning through to my southern part, drenching my thong. "I smell your juices already." He spoke in his husky voice I didn’t have to think twice as I let him lead me to his car where we kissed till we arrived at his house. -*- I groaned when the sun peeking through the window hit my eyes. How much did I drink last night to wake up with this piercing headache? I tried to move, but there was a heavy object on my belly. I peeped inside the covers and I was naked. ‘You really are a slut.’ Gia growled. ‘Please keep your voice low. My nerves are about to explode.’ I replied with a grunt. She grumbled ‘Nonsense.’ and kept quiet. This bed was way too soft compared to the one in at the motel. Slowly turning my head to the side, I blinked rapidly, not believing what I was seeing. ‘Gia, this specimen next to me is loaded.’ I spoke as I look at the white room decorated in gold from the closet to the door handles and the ceiling. The wall next to the huge mirror had an expensive portrait of a woman wearing regal clothes and a crown. ‘It’s not appealing if you ask me.’ She sneered. My senses hit me. ‘I need to get out of here before he wakes up.’ ‘Too late.’ She snickered. “Hello, séxy.” I almost gagged when his breath hit my nostrils. ‘You are so pathetic. You were wild and free the whole night on top of him.’ Gia scoffed. ‘Must you rub it in?’ I snarled. “How did you sleep?” He asked, smelling his breath and cringed. “Sorry, sweetness, let me go to the bathroom and please don’t think about leaving.” He smirked. I squealed as he slapped my butt and rushed to the bathroom. Shít! I cursed, sliding out of bed and looking for my clothes. ‘Didn’t you hear what the man said?’ Gia barked a laugh, feeling my frustration. My clothes were not on the floor. I wrapped myself with the sheet and walked out of the bedroom, hoping to leave before he finishes. I stared at the massive passage, trying to think where I could have taken them off. ‘Um, I think you left them in his limo. It's where you came out naked with him.’ Gia was having a blast of waves of laughter in my mind. I need to think. How do I get them? I asked myself but the voice behind me made me freeze in my track. “Where do you think you are going?” He growled behind me.
