Chapter 3: Date Me
***
“We’re not biological siblings actually… My parents got divorced soon after graduation and then later re-married… I stayed with my father and now I have an older sister.” Dante explained without much worry within his voice. In fact he seemed rather relaxed while speaking to his ex.
“Eh? What? No way…” Ciel looked baffled, completely caught off guard by the man’s words.
“Is it that surprising that my parents got-” Dante was interrupted.
“Not that, she’s OLDER than you?” Somehow Ciel’s mind couldn’t comprehend it as he glanced at the woman that couldn’t be older than twenty.
“Oh, that? Yeah, she’s thirty.” Dante admitted, while he was 26 and Ciel was a year younger than him at 25.
“No… way… she’s… she looks younger than you!” Ciel admitted out loud. “In comparison you look like you’re in your forties!” He remarked and Dante’s eyes looked a bit darkened by those words.
‘s**t, I’m not making it easier for myself, am I?’ Ciel realized his mistake and moved his hands across the table to the bottle of wine the man had ordered. “I mean you look like you’re aging perfectly fine, it’s just the air of maturity to you… but you know those silver foxes you are like that! The older you look the more attractive, hahaha, let me pour you a drink…” Ciel spoke the man’s praises as he slowly lowered the red liquid into the glass in front of the man.
Dante watched him silently. Then all of a sudden opened his mouth. “So, you think I’m handsome?” He asked him.
“Yes, yes, of course, very much so.” Ciel continued to flatter him. Although his words weren’t a lie either. It was true even now Dante was really handsome, in fact the years they hadn’t seen each other he’d started to look more sophisticated. Before he had that bad boy vibe to himself but now he was more…
“Then date me again.” Dante said with a stern expression.
“Haha, wait what?” Ciel’s fake smile was wiped clean off his face. The wine he was pouring down was no trickling onto the table cloth without him realizing it. “I… didn’t hear you right… you want me to… date you again?” He asked just to confirm. He was praying his ears were playing tricks on him again.
“Yes, the truth is I haven’t ever stopped thinking about you.” Dante admitted.
‘It’s never too late to stop thinking! As it seems it’s not doing you any good!’ Ciel thought to himself but didn’t dare voice his complaints out loud.
“You were my first love and the person I spent the most time with at school…” Dante continued, his voice although barely changing in tone, carried a certain debt to it.
‘Yeah, because I was terrified of what would happen if I didn’t spend time with you! It wasn’t love!’ Ciel’s mind was going into an endless spiral. He didn’t know what to say to the man to make him change his mind.
“I know you broke up with me because you were scared… but I hope now things can be different…” Dante said as he held the man’s hand that was covered in droplets of wine and proceeded to wipe it off with a napkin that was soon stained bright red. Then he lowered his lips and planted a kiss onto the man’s hand.
“That’s… cute and all but do you remember why I broke up with you?” Ciel asked as he stared at the man with a serious expression. “I’m bi, so I don’t really care about gender or whatever… but you… you’re too big down there…” He admitted while looking away, his entire face was flushed red from embarrassment.
“It’s alright, I had a surgery to fix it.” Dante said with a serious look on his face.
“Eh? There are surgeries for that?” Ciel asked him with a deadpan expression.
“Yes.” Dante confirmed.
“So… um… is it… smaller?” Ciel asked while tilting his head to the side. A part of him was wondering where this was going, another part of him was curious about it and then another was just sitting off to the side enjoying the show.
“Would you like to see it?” Dante asked as he leaned forward and whispered into the man’s ear.
“N-no, that’s alright, really… I am a bit interested but I wouldn’t dare to-” Before Ciel could say anything else, his hand was being lead to the man’s crotch. He rested his hand there, half against his will and half very willfully.
“So? Do you agree to date me again?” Dante asked as he looked up at the man.
Ciel sat there for a while and slowly moved his hand back. “You know… I thought you’d changed… but in truth you’re the same as before, right?” He asked him with a serious look on his face then he stood up and walked past him.
“No, wait!” Dante walked after the man and held onto his arm not wanting to let him go. “What’s the matter with you? I changed, I promise…”
“No… because that thing… is a monster…” Ciel’s serious eyes as he looked back at his ex. The size of the member he felt at the end of the palm of his hand was enormous… “I can’t believe I thought you could have actually made it smaller.” He muttered quietly under his breath. Other people in the restaurant quietly chimed in to their conversation. Because they couldn’t hear everything it seemed like a regular break up situation. Most of these people that went there for fine dining had no idea the two men were actually talking about their d**k size with such seriousness…
“But they did! I swear! I’m not the same so give me a chance… I’ve never been able to move on from you, that’s the truth…” Dante insisted.
Ciel glanced over at the hostess who had left her position and was replaced with someone else. ‘At least she’s not here to witness this… I can’t believe I got myself into this mess…’
“Um… babe… what are you doing here with him?” Frank came in and spoke like a macho man. (one that looked like he was about to faint out of fear)
‘My savior Frank! He’s pretending to be my boyfriend… alright, I have to play along…’ Ciel took a deep breath as he turned towards Dante. “See, I have someone else, and he… he is super small.” Ciel proudly declared.
“What? Is that even possible for a grown man?” Dante asked, his eyes shot wide open in horror.
“I’m a what now?” Frank wondered as he stared deadpan into empty space.
“So please don’t look for me again.” Ciel said as he grabbed that scarf off the table top and headed out while holding onto Frank’s arm.
“I won’t give up on you! I don’t care if he’s the one you’ve chosen to love, his love may be smaller but mine is pure!” Dante declared from inside the restaurant but the two men hurried on outside. Then back to their apartment…
“What did you say that I had a small d**k to that guy?” Frank asked while looking suspiciously at his friend.
“Never mind that, buddy I’m buying that pizza, you seriously saved me, and look I got the scarf back!” Ciel said while handling it like it was something precious.
“But… that scarf isn’t the same one you brought in here before.” Frank said while observing it carefully.
“What do you mean? It’s the same one…” Ciel said while turning it around from side to side.
“No, I’m pretty sure the other one had red stripes and these are green… could it be Dante had the same one your dream girl did? What an insane coincidence…” Frank remarked with a bit of a chuckle.
Then Ciel’s breath stopped as he realized. “They’re… siblings… so… maybe someone bought them matching ones… and I took the wrong one…” He said while looking at his friend with a desperate look in his eyes as if he didn’t know what to do…
