I slept for barely 4 hours. And I had to get up when my phone rang and it was Caroline, the person I was about to contact.

Her powers were mesmerising and I witnessed her powers in the past when war broke out decades ago with vampires.

" Your highness," she said as soon as I picked up the phone.

" Caroline," I said.

" You remember me?" She asked from the other side of the phone.

" Yes. I need your help," I said, not sure if she would be able to come here on such short notice.

" I know. I know everything that is happening there but," she stopped abruptly.

" But what?" I asked.

" I wanted to know who is causing all this. I also wanted to know if they are the same person or not," I said directly.

" That is the problem. I don't know who he is or is helping that person," she said, confusing me.

" But I can look for any clue I can find that will lead you to them," she said again.

" All right. Meet me in William's pack," I said. And with that, I hung up the phone.

" Your highness," Eden said after knocking on the door twice.

" Come in," I replied.

" They are gone and on the road now. They should reach the airport in 20 minutes," he informed me.

" Ok."

" Is everything ready?" I asked.

" Yes," he replied.

" Let's go then," I said, getting up from bed.

This is now becoming a headache. But I hope I can find some clues there.

I walked out of my room and quickly followed Eden downstairs. I can feel that he is nervous that I am going out like this. But I can't just sit on my throne and see my people suffer.

" I hope we can find her," Zeus said in my head all of a sudden. And I rolled my eyes.

It's not like I don't want to find her or anything. I just know the moon goddess didn't make anyone for me. But right now I don't want to argue with him. And I can afford him to shut me out right now when I need him the most.

" I won't," he snorted at me. I chuckled.

" Is something wrong?" Eden asked from the front seat of the car.

" Nothing," I said.

We went outside from the front door where there was an SUV standing outside of my palace.

We walked towards the car and went inside. Eden opened the front door and sat down in the passenger seat. The car started and we hit the road.

I pulled my phone out and typed a quick message to the principal of the college about Lia's arrival and, sure enough. He was quick to reply.

I asked the principal about the admission papers of the students that are joining this session, and also about details of their packs. I can not go there personally, but I can keep an eye on everyone there.

" Eden!" I called and the divider of the car went down.

" Yes, your highness," he said as he eyed the driver.

" I need you to send a few of our skilled warriors to that college and tell them to keep an eye on everyone, especially humans, ``I said and he looked at me puzzled.

" Are there any humans this season?" he asked.

" That I don't know yet," I said, and went back to check my phone again to see if he had sent their papers or not.

" Hmm," he hummed and pulled up the divider.

The professor sent me the papers, and the number of students in this session was two hundred, including five humans. Four of them came earlier and one of them was a scholarship student, which amazed me, because no one can beat the scholarship test. I must see her paper.

I clicked on the link that said, scholarship student, and there was a blurry picture of that girl. I tried to figure out how she looked. Although it was blurry, I can tell that she is beautiful. I was looking at a picture when I noticed my Lycan shifting uncomfortably. Maybe it is because he doesn't like me staring at the other girls. I scrolled down to see her scores and I was amused to know that she is an excellent student. I would like to meet her someday. If any bad thing didn't happen, I sighed and turned my phone down.

" We don't have much time," he said from the other side of the phone.

" Stay where you are and finish what you were told," I said.

" But you said they sent someone to investigate. And they are lycans. I don't think we stand a chance against them," he said, making my blood boil.

" I informed you so that you can stay alert all the time," I said, clenching my jaws. I sent a bunch of morons to deal with this important thing. And if they mess this up now, I am going to take their life with my bare hands.

" Do what you were told. The clients are growing impatient now," I said, and hung up the phone.

I need something to get my hands on the king, but it is too risky for me to do so without revealing my identity.

" The king is approaching the blood moon pack," I said, turning around.

" What?" One of them hissed.

" Good. Just the way we wanted him to react," another one hissed under the black hoodie.

" This will give me the chance I wanted," I said, my eyes glowing red in anger.

He has been sitting on his throne for a long time now and it's time for him to go out so that I can take away the things he took from me.
