"Ugh. Can I eat in here instead?" I asked Levi, not eager to face Damien.
"Of course, my Luna Lilly. I will bring us something to eat on my way to let Damien know the food is here," Levi replied with a smile before leaving. I couldn't help but notice a hint of nervousness in his demeanor, which struck me as odd. Perhaps it was the tension between Damien and me that was affecting him.
