Lilly sent Damien a mind link, requesting his presence in the room. It didn't take long before a knock was heard on the door.
"Come in," Lilly called out, knowing it was Damien.
"Hey," Damien said cautiously as he opened the door, almost as if he was gauging our mate's level of anger.
