EPISODE 6- BOSS BATTLE

The Grand Ghoul Goblin King's roar vibrated the entire room, the roar that this boss released sent shivers to my companions. But with their trust in me, they were able to take a step forward to face the last boss. On the other hand, I wasn't able to feel anything against the boss's scream, it might be due to me being a machine now.

I was actually glad of having a body that doesn't feel fear, especially right now where there are beautiful women with me. Why I am so glad? because if I was still in my human form, that roar would scare the s**t out of me. I would probably be crapping my favorite white underwear.

As I was thinking about that, Xyra suddenly spoke to me.

“Yes, you have crap your underwear multiple times sir. Which you have mostly done in front of people, because of your fear of speaking in front of the people during recitals at your school.”

“HOW'D YOU KNOW THAT!?!”

“You actually share all of your memory archives with me, so I know every secret that you have hidden from others.”

“WAIT! THAT'S INVASION OF PRIVACY!”

“It is not sir, as we share one body, so I know every little bit of your secret. AND I MEAN EEEVERYTHING, including where you stash your sultry magazines, you like bountiful front bumpers or women I see.... ”

“Shut Up! You don't need to know my cultured manhood prefers. "

As I was talking telepathically with Xyra one of the guys in the party yelled. “It's making a move now Mr. Destroyer.”

The Grand Ghoul Goblin King raised its hands above its head and a magic staff was slowly materializing. After a few seconds, the staff had completely materialized, the magical weapon had a creepy blue aura surrounding it.

If you looked closely at the staff, you can see that it was made from the bones of people and animals. The top part of the staff had three skulls visible into it, each skull was biting a stone with different colors.

A notification board suddenly appeared in my sight again identifying the staff.

Effects: Decreases mana consumption of user, Grants the user a magic shield, Slows any magic attacks against the user, Allows the user to use two skills at once, Allows the user to use three basic elemental magic fire, water, and wind.

Item Skills: Wind s***h, Fire Beath, Water Gun

Origin: Created by the Eudoro dungeon to increase the capability of its final boss. It is made from sacrificing some of the monsters lurking in the Eudoro dungeon.

After reading the notification the staff glowed a bluish glint and suddenly 10 magic circles started to appear in the ground. Then a horde of ghouls and goblins raised up from the ground where the magic circles appeared. Xyra was able to know the exact number of the goblins and ghouls that the boss had summoned.

“There are 49 ghouls and 50 goblins, also the boss's skill would be able to use the same skill again for about five minutes.”

“Wait!? You are able to know the cooldown of the enemy's skill now?”

“Yes, I have passively learned this skill after your level has gone up.”

Guess that would be helpful during any combat scenario. I guess the fight will start now, I then put my attention back to the boss. Which I unexpectedly locked my eyes with, and it gave me and my companions a cocky smile, clearly telling me that it underestimates us.

The Grand Ghoul Goblin King then points his rotting finger towards us. The mobs that he summoned then charged towards our direction.

“Karl prepare!” I screamed at him.

Karl immediately dashes forward the mobs that were charging towards us. It might seem a suicide attempt for Karl, who is clearly overpowered by the number of enemies. But fret not as we discussed something earlier.

Karl then pulled something from his leather satchel. It was a rolled scroll, Karl then threw the scroll at the mobs coming towards him ferociously.

“Good thing I still have one scroll left, ” spoke Karl to himself.

The scroll then landed on the floor in the middle of the mobs. The scroll glowed a golden yellow color and transformed into a magic circle. The monsters in the magic circle were then pulled together by the circle as it sinks into a smaller size. Squeezing the monsters together tightly in one place, as the circle got to its smallest size it then exploded stunning the mobs.

I then threw one of the items that I have, which is called in the Destroyer game a 'Chaos Grenade'. The grenade stayed mid-air above the stunned mobs. It then rotated at an incredible speed, it then rained down a lot of 7.62x39mm bullets that are used by the famous soviet Ak-47.

Golden colors of straight lines rained down the monsters. Which was probably produced by the near golden-colored lead bullets. The mobs that were directly hit by the chaos grenade immediately dropped down to the ground like rag dolls that are already filled with holes.

The boss seemed shocked by what happened, while the other mobs seemed to not care because of their lower intelligence. But what we just did made the party do their assigned roles easier. As the 99 mobs were dropped to 39, after killing 48 and heavily wounding 12 summoned mobs. Only 16 ghouls and 23 goblins were left behind.

“I'm gonna leave these weaklings to you guys!”

“Count on us Mr!” yelled below as she fires her bow.

Karl then leads the charge towards the weaker monsters. Followed by David and Lucy. While Bella and Marcia stood behind the back lines who have weaker HP's.

Karl used his skill bash and manage to hit five ghouls, and caused them to be stunned. Thanks to the potion, it increased his damage. Bella was helping Karl to deal with the ghouls because of her higher damage.

Lucy, on the other hand, went straight to the goblins and used her skill which she yelled.

“Flowing Strike Dash!”

Lucy became engulfed with water which resembles the flowing water of a river. Lucy which was now resembling a raging water flow of a river dashed towards the goblins. The water engulfing Lucy then disappeared after passing through the five goblins. After a few milliseconds, all of the five goblin heads were then separated from their bodies.

David was then hacking and slashing his way through the goblins and ghouls with brute force. Overpowering the mobs with his oversized broad sword, he then yelled as he killed two goblins and one ghoul, “This is payback! You ugly bastards!”

“You're the ugly one here! Those goblins are cuter than you,” teasingly said

Bella who was shooting the lower monsters with her bow.

Surprisingly, she was one-shotting the goblins that are trying to attack here allies. But the ghoul is a completely different story for Bella, as ghouls were able to receive more powerful damage than goblins, making them hard to kill for a marksman like Bella. But she was still effective against ghouls she just doesn't have the right damage yet to one-shot a ghoul.

Marcia on the other hand, kept healing Karl and David who is very common to receive damage because of their way of fighting. When she uses her healing skill she always emits a light green glow, while the target of her healing also emits the same light green glow.

Because of their teamwork, the mobs were reducing faster than what I have expected. But now it was my turn to show off my skills.

I then Dashed towards the boss, the sound of my heavy footsteps could easily be mistaken for a tank, which produces a sound of vibrating metal that echoed as I run.

The boss looked at me and used his staff, the skulls in the top part of the magic weapon rotated. The skull that was facing me was now the skull biting a red color stone, the first one that faced me was biting a blue-colored stone.

The boss then points his staff at me, and then the skull unleashed a breath of fire. My sight was then covered with flames that came from the stone that the skull was biting. But I did not slow down and continue dashing towards the boss.

My HP was also decreasing as I received damage from the staff's fire attack, I was receiving 120 damage per second from the staff's fire breath damage. But it only lasted for eight seconds, I just lost 960 worth of HP. If I were truly a normal adventurer then I would have been in critical condition right now after receiving that attack.

The boss had a surprise expression written all over his face after seeing me proceed to run towards him. He then points his staff towards my direction again causing it to rotate into the skull biting a green stone.

It then created a wind so strong that it became visible to the naked eye and sliced through me. Hitting my shoulders where it scratches the first layer of my armor. The Grand Ghoul Goblin King with his rotting body took a step backward after I got close to him.

Who would have thought that an eight-foot heavy armor guy would make fifteen feet tall monster back down? Too late for the boss as I jumped towards him, which caught him off-guard.

I was able to jump about 24 feet on the air which shocked me, which make me realized that I have a lot of strength. I also remembered the abilities of a flea, being able to jump high in the air even with their body weight, which I can totally relate now.

I don't know what was I thinking but I yelled.

“I am a f*****g flea you rotten piece of flesh!”

“Wait! What!?!” yelled the party behind me who just wiped out the entire mobs that were summoned by the boss.

I then grabbed a one of a kind grenade in my utility belt. At the same time, I grabbed my .50 Cal pistol and shot the goblin king straight to his eyes. Purplish color blood came out from the boss's left eye after I shot my pistol.

When I got close to the goblin king, I immediately grabbed his left ear, who was still struggling with the pain he received after I shot his eyes with my pistol. I was being shaken off by the goblin, but too bad for him he failed, for I was able to jump on the other side and I then punch my fist into his lips which created a hole in his closed mouth which allowed my entire left arm to enter it.

I was even able to break a few of his teeth, I then grabbed his gums and force his mouth to open wide. I then heard his jaws broke as after I forced it to open with my brute strength which far exceeds his making him scream in agony.

I then throw my special grenade in his mouth, which he accidentally swallows. I then jumped off away from the goblin and run towards the party members as fast as I can.

When I arrived near the party, David spoke angrily.

“Why are you running away you coward!” I ignore David and carried him like a sack on my shoulder

I then gathered the five teenagers and hugged them, as I used my back as a shield. The goblin king who had a broken jaw was now trying to choke out the special grenade I feed him.

“Do you really want a hug in the middle of the battle? How sweet and cute of you Mr. Destroyer” Spoke Lucy with his expressionless voice.

“Yeah, it's kinda embarrassing Mr. Destroyer.” Spoke Bella who was scratching her head in confusion.

“Why are you hugging us!? When the boss is still aliv…”

*BOOOOOOOOOOOM!*

Suddenly a flash of white light combined with the loudest explosion they have ever heard suddenly stunned the party. David who was yelling at me a moment ago peed himself after being shocked by the explosion.

What just happened? asked Karl.

“It was just the boss being blown up by my W54 grenade” I replied to Karl.

After the light disappears, I then let go of the party and looked back at the boss.

The party also did the same, and what they saw shocked them. The boss was nowhere to be seen, what they only saw was a big hole on the ground and a mushroom-like cloud on the air, with no traces of the boss. The hole had a diameter of 3 meters and depth 1.5 feet.

Looks like a W54 grenade which is literally base on the smallest nuclear warhead ever created by the United States was able to kill the boss with ease. I protected the party from the effects of the light caused by the warhead.

After a few moments, a scroll suddenly appears to each one of us. When we opened the scroll we read these words, “CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE CLEARED THE DUNGEON!”

Six different treasure chest suddenly appeared in front of us. When we opened it, it was filled with gold and potions but also rare items.

I actually kept my gold and gave the potions and items to Bella again. Which she immediately turned down, but I persisted that they should take it. As I have no use for it, David even butts in our conversation.

“Hey, Bella can you take that goblin horde slayer broadsword I actually kinda want that. If you will get me that I'll even take a gorilla woman like you on a date.”

Bella then struck David with her iron fist, “Who would even want to date you!?!”

Lucy then went towards me and gave me something, “Mr. Please take this, ” it was a beaten-up wooden toy.

I do not know why Lucy was giving me this, but she spoke, “You are strong Mr. I give this to you as a sign of respect and admiration. Promise me Mr that you will fight me in the future and if I beat you, you will give my cherished toy back.”

“EHHHH!”

I was shocked by what Lucy said, it was so unexpected that she actually wanted to fight me. I thought David was the one who wants a rematch with me. But it was the assassin girl that wants to fight me.

A magic circle then appeared in the middle of the room. It had a green glow with some writings in it.

“That's a teleportation spell!” yelled Marcia.

“Finally we can go home,” uttered David, who excitedly dashed toward the magic circle. All of them followed David including me, we then recited the word. “Teleportation!”

We were then teleported outside of the dungeon which entrance was a cave near a hill. The hill was overlooking the town of Leora which can be reached in one hour of walking. Ten minutes by horse ride and fifteen minutes by carriage.

I also saw some adventurers who were entering the dungeon. But most of the adventurer that is exiting and arriving at the dungeon looked at us with surprised faces.

One of the adventurers run towards Karl and asked.

“Hey! Did you just cleared the last boss of this dungeon!? You were teleported here by the dungeon's highest teleportation magic circle.”

“Yeah, we cleared it like a piece of cake!” Spoke David with a hint of arrogance in his voice. The other adventurers started to swarm the party including me. They then started to ask what kind of monsters they were gonna face inside and what are the boss's skills.

But Bella immediately shouted, “Sorry guys! but we want to go back to our INN and take a rest, so please let us through.”

The other adventurers didn't listen to Bella and still swarmed us, so I immediately took action.

I yelled with still demonic overlord voice, “DID YOU NOT HEAR BELLA! SHE SAID LET US THROUGH, YOU WEAKLINGS! ”

The adventurers then looked at me with hatred after I called them weaklings. But when they saw my size and actually realize how terrifying my voice was, they immediately cower in fear, as I also looked directly into their souls with my two raging glowing red eyes.
