CHAPTER FIFTEEN
Remi sat in the living room, poring over the notebook while Daniel looked up the antiquities dealer named in the business card. He had brought along his laptop and was using the dead man’s WIFI. Perhaps this lead might give him justice.
And the notebook would give her insight into why he was killed.
It was fascinating and bizarre reading, part historical detective work, part masterpiece of research and reconstruction, spiced with a dash of sheer madness. It took her down strange avenues of Greek medicine and magic, and an esoteric tradition she had never heard of before.
