CHAPTER SIXTEEN Sitting at the table in her apartment, Marley stabbed her fork into the lunch Von had heated up. She had no appetite. No job, either. Her well-planned career was a mess because of being fired. Her goal of being a partner at RMF was over. Her hard work had been for nothing.
