Jayda storms into her apartment and goes and lies down on her bed. She did not even eat the breakfast Jason prepared. He is playing mind games with her. Jayda is still ashamed of herself for what she did the night before and, this morning, for throwing Victoria out of Jason's apartment.
What the hell came over her? It is not like her.
She sees a message pop up on her phone. She blushes when she reads it.
"You can keep my t-shirt since you like it so much. Maybe you can sleep in it when you miss me too much." Jason says.
Where did he get her number? It must be one of her brothers or maybe Cathy!
"I will wash it and bring it back to you." Jayda replies.
"Nah, darling, since we are a couple now, you can keep it." Jason says.
"We are not a couple!" Jayda replies.
"Well, that is not what your family, my family and our fans say." Jason says.
"We will have to tell them the truth." Jayda replies.
"You want me dead? Do you know what your father and brothers will do to me if they know we are only friends?" Jason asks.
"Okay, we will pretend for a while, then break up." Jayda replies.
"Fine, but you break up with me. But it is not like we are in relationships, so we might keep it up for a while until your parents and everyone calm down about us. Also, will you attend a charity auction with me on Wednesday?" Jason knows he is pushing his luck. He does not even know if Jayda likes auctions.
Jayda thinks for a while. She loves auctions, and she loves giving to charity. Since she worked in the soup kitchens as a child, Jayda has loved giving to the poor.
"Okay, it sounds like fun." Jayda says.
"Have a nap. It helps for a hangover." Jason says. He is sitting behind his desk typing to Jayda on his phone.
"Asshole!!" Jayda says.
"I have changed my code to my front door, so you don't have to knock when drunk. I like drunk Jayda. It is your birthdate. So feel free to pop in anytime." Jason says, teasing Jayda.
"It happened once. It will never happen again, as I am not planning on drinking ever again. So goodbye!" Jayda says, and she feels herself blushing. Jayda looks at her social media accounts and sees she has many more followers.
"So the people found out who I am." Jayda thinks. Her phone rings and Klaus does not sound too happy when she answers.
"Jayda, who is this man you spend a night with? I know we are only friends, but you know how I feel about you, and you fall for the first man you see? Is that your so-called childhood friend?" Klaus asks as soon as Jayda answers. Unfortunately, Jayda's head is hurting, and she is not in the mood to answer any of Klaus' questions.
"I can't see what it has to do with you, Klaus. We are only friends, and I can do with my life as I feel like. Maybe you should stay in Germany and not come to the States. I do not need more complications in my life now." Jayda says as she puts the phone down in Klaus' ear.
Klaus stares at the phone. How dare she not even answer him? He will go to the States as he wants to be near her, and he can not let another man have the woman he loves. Klaus is about the age of Jason, and although women find him attractive, he has always only loved Jayda since the first day they went to class together. She specialised in cancer treatment and came to Germany from England. He was studying to specialise in cancer study as well. They both got their Doctor of Medicine or MD(Res) degrees in research on cancer.
Jayda is also an outstanding surgeon. He can not let her go! She is his, and he will not allow another man to take her from him.
Where Jason is tall, well-built with dark hair and eyes, and Klaus is a little shorter well-built with blond hair and blue eyes. Jason looks and acts like a self-confident male. Jason knows what he wants and will go for what he wants, whereas Klaus is more the quiet type and will use patience to get what he wants. They are like day and night, not only in looks but also in personality.
Since Jason was young, he has loved doing business, and he loves working with computers. It never made him a nerd as he was the football team's captain, and he liked to go to the gym to keep fit. Jason still goes to the gym. Jason will live on coffee and eat takeaways as he does not have time to cook. Jason will work endless hours to get everything perfect as he is a perfectionist. He also values his privacy and does not have a cook or servants working for him. Jason has a lot of smart equipment to make it easy to clean his apartment.
Klaus works long hours as a doctor and a researcher, but he goes to the gym, eats healthily, and keeps fit. He has a cook and servants working at his house, and he will bring his workers with him to the States. He has already bought a house and is from a wealthy family. That is all Klaus and Jason have in common. They are both from healthy families.
Jayda lies on her bed and compares the two of them. She sees the photo of Victoria in her lingerie all over the internet, and she feels sorry that arrassed Victoria like that. Still, Victoria stated it by calling her a tramp and a w***e. So Jayda decides not to feel bad about what she did. Victoria was looking for trouble, and according to everyone, she and Jason were a couple now.
Jayda sighs. She will have to explain what happened to her family sooner or later, and she knows she will have to take the blame as she was the one in the wrong and did stuff she would never do when she was somber.
Damn wine! It caused her a lot of trouble, and now she is in a relationship with poor Jason, that was only at home minding his own business.
While Jayda thinks about her previous night's sins, Victoria looks at her social media. She is the laughingstock of the world. People speculate if she will still get lead roles in films as she and Jason are not friends anymore and if she will quit chasing after a man who never wanted her. Victoria is angry as she reads the comments, and some even reposted the statement Jason made nine years ago.
"He clearly stated that he and Victoria are only friends and that he is not planning on marrying her." One comment reads.
"Yeah, she can not say Jason wasted her youth and promised her anything. Victoria is shameless by trying to force herself on him." Another commented.
"I like Jason's new girl! She is perfect and a Hudson. She studied and is a doctor. Victoria is nothing but a second-rate actress, while Jayda Hudson is every man's dream." Another comment reads.
Victoria throws her phone on the couch. She is drinking one glass of wine after the other. She does not care what they all say. First, she will become Jason Morgan's wife. Then she will show the bunch of gossipers and keyboard cowboys! f**k then and Jayda Hudson! Who does Jayda Hudson think she is! She jumped into Jason's bed and then dared to throw her, Victoria Ward, out into the hallway and expose her lingerie to the whole world!
Victoria's phone rings, and she sees it is Caroline. She does not feel like being preached to, so she does not answer.
"Victoria, we need to talk. We have a crisis! Enzo Hudson canceled all your contracts with his company. He says they have a new actress who will play the lead role in the new upcoming movie we tried to sign with them. So Enzo canceled everything we signed with him and his company. He says you can take them to court if you like, but the scandal on social media is something his company is not willing to accept. Also, the big companies that used you as a model for their products withdrew and are sighing someone else." Caroline sent a message to Victoria, but Victoria ignored it as she thought of making all of them pay.
"I am not done yet! I will expose that little man stealer for who she is." Victoria thinks.
She needs to get a scandal on Miss Jayda Hudson. But, Victoria does not know she is playing with fire as Dante and Jennie will never let anyone mess with their baby girl and get away with it.
Jayda sleeps most of the day as she knows she will have to start working the following day. She does not care what people say about her and Jason anymore. After having a nap, she concentrates on getting everything ready for her first day at her new job.
At around two o'clock, there is a knock on her door. Jayda has taken a shower and put Jason's t-shirt in the wash. She opened her door, and Jason stood there with boxes of food.
"Really, Jason? You piss me off. Then you show up with food at my door." Jayda says.
"Please let me in. The paparazzi are on my heels." Jason says.
Jayda quickly lets him in, and Jason walks with the food boxes to the kitchen counter. Jayda slams the door as she sees a man with a camera coming around the corner.
"The security is not very good, are they?" Jayda asks.
"Oh, no, they are excellent. So many paparazzi are following me. They are not enough to stop all of them. I have called my security to come and help them remove the paparazzi." Jason says. He did not expect that the moment he left the building, many men with cameras would follow him. He likes his privacy, and all this attention is getting to him.
"That means they will follow me to my work tomorrow." Jayda says with a sigh.
"No, they will not! I will make sure of it. They are starting to piss me off." Jason says.
"Why did you buy so much food? Are we having a party again?" Jayda asks as she looks at all the boxes of food Jason bought.
"I bought everything you liked when you were younger. I don't know if you still eat all of them or just some, so I bought everything." Jason says.
Jayda can not help to laugh. She can not believe Jason still remembers her favourite foods. She missed it, as some of you could not get overseas.
"You think it is funny? Do you know how I had to run away from the paparazzi to get you something to eat? You did not eat this morning." Jason says feels angry as he sees that the bloody German has sent her a message. It says he missed her and can not wait to see her. Jason pretends to look at a magazine and sees that Jayda has not read the message yet. He quickly deletes it.
Jason walks over to the counter and sits next to Jayda, eating a hamburger. He helps himself to one as well. Jayda glares at Jason and points the hamburger at him.
"I am still mad at you, although you brought me food." Jayda says.
"Sorry, I promise I will not kiss you again unless you ask for it." Jason says with a smile.
"I am sorry I got you into this mess, Jason. I should not have gone to your place last night in my drunkenness." Jayda says, and she blushes as she thinks of all the things she said and done.
"Hey! Stop it! We all made mistakes in the past. I got so drunk one night in varsity I gave an older lady a lap dance, and she enjoyed it." Jason says.
"You did not!" Jayda says, laughing.
"I did! And I woke up the following day at home with a blue eye and a hundred dollars in my underwear. The blue eye I got from her husband and the tip in my underwear from the older lady." Jason says.
Jayda laugh. Soon the two of them talk like old friends and laugh about what they did when they were younger. They laugh about the time Jayden, Jayda and Jack locked their aunt Angy and their Uncle Andrei in the saferoom and about things they did at the soup kitchen.
