Life with Alice has become a lot easier since I accepted her. She’s not that bad girl as I thought. She’s quiet, she’s gentle, and she’s shy. Sometimes talking to her makes my heart light up a lot. She’s also getting comfortable around me. Maybe giving her a chance was all I had to do to be happy.
I can see how much she loves Josie now. Whenever they are together, it doesn’t seem like they are not related. They are the perfect example of a mother and daughter relationship. Sometimes I wonder if she’s really an eighteen year old girl. How can a young girl like her have all this motherly instinct? She’s also ten years younger than me, yet she seems like a perfect wife when she’s with me. She’s a miracle in every way.
