Today was Saturday and I was taking Amelia hiking. I know this amazing trail, in the Bronx, I am telling you it is amazing. it is about five in the morning. I am getting my normal workout in. starting with box jumps, moving to the bike, then the jumping squats and stopping with the treadmill.
I do CrossFit daily; it helps me keep fit without being in the gym for hours.
After my grueling workout I make my way to my shower, setting it to burning hot, to relax my sore muscles. Is it harder for me to date a virgin yes, kind of? I miss the intimacy shared during s*x.
