She was bullied all throughout high school. She came up with a plan, scratch that a perfect plan. A plan that was so perfect there was no way she could not succeed. The plan was to get revenge on the guy behind her nightmares. The guy who made her feel small and unwanted in high school. The guy who had her attempt suicide having her father and twin brothers save her. She was going to get him so good he would not see it coming. She was going to get back at him by taking his heart and then smash it into tiny little pieces. She knew he would never remember her, so she got herself a job as his personal assistant with the help of her best friend and confidant Chloe Rose assistant to the Vice president of company Khai Aaron Sanders best friend and business partner. Her plan was simple Seduce Aaron Sanders and take his heart breaking it into pieces. But we all know that nothing ever goes according to plan.... His has been my crush since middle school. There are only a few months left of school before graduation, so I decided to tell him I liked him now before it was too late. He turns to look at me. He nods and signals for his friends to leave us. they all leave, and he nods to me. “Urh, Aaron. I-I really like you and I, I…” I was cut off my him “So little four eyes over here has herself a crush on little old me?” he asks amused “Oh, does she actually think someone like her actually think she stands a chance with you Aaron?” Brianna Kyle asks she was the popular girl, your typical teenager. “Did you hear that; guys four eyes have a little crush on me?” Aaron asked loudly. I looked down to the floor not being able to believe what just happened. Everyone began to laugh at me as though I was the biggest joke on the planet. “Amelia” “Lily” “Lily” “Amelia!” I hear someone shout. I shoot up. My eyes shoot wide open. I was hyperventilating. Sweat dripping off me. It was my best friend, Chloe Rose. “It is time for work Amelia. You are going to be late...” she says as she sighs. I nod slowly still trying to wake myself up. It was not real, it was just a dream, it was just a dream. Breathe in, breathe out. I had to remind myself. Tears ran down my face, I wasn’t weak, no I wasn’t weak anymore. This was all his fault. He was going to pay. I was soaking wet. My entire body was covered in a thick layer of sweat. I closed my eyes. To regulate my breathing. Today was my first day at Sanders Inc a social media company. Well, I’m not the same Amelia Hudson from high school, I traded in my old fashioned glasses for a newer and designer glasses, I hated contact lenses, and then I no longer wear baggie clothing, its firm fitting clothing all the way now, oh and most importantly I got rid of all of the weight I used to have. I was as thin as Bella Hadid. I am almost as pretty as my mother Celina Hudson. Now that I am older my hairs darken and I am more of a dirty blonde now. My eyes are blue like my dad's. I got up from the bed, making my way to my ensuite and took a quick shower and got dressed, you see Aaron had a weakness no one but me knew about, he had a thing for heels, most importantly how woman's legs looked in the heels and I was going to use his weakness to my advantage. He always loved how it looked on a woman. I bought a pair of YSL electric blue sharp toe heels and I am matching it with an electric blue peplum lace crop top, and a long white pencil skirt with a slit on the right side that ended at my upper thigh. I had the right amount of cleavage thanks to my pushup bra Getting myself ready for the day was easy, I showered and got dressed. I was staying at Chloe’s apartment but I will be moving into my apartment tonight. It was a gift from my dad. I loved it. It a bit to expensive for my taste but it was still beautiful with an amazing view of Manhattan. My driver drove me to work. I wasn’t at all extra, but it was one of the conditions my dad had for me staying in New York by myself. I walked into the company and walked right up to the receptionist, she was beautiful and you could see it was natural. “Good morning, Miss what can I do for you?” she asks “Hi, I am Amelia Hudson the new Personal Assistant to Mr. Sanders” I say in a professional tone She nods. “Here’s your access card and the passcode for the top floor” she says with a Colgate advert smile. She hands me the access code and the passcode. “Thank you” I thank her with a smile. “You can go ahead to the 20th floor Mr. Sanders is waiting for you in his office” she says I nod and make my way up to the elevator. I got in and another man was already in the lift. I smiled at him, which he returned. I pressed the button to the 20th floor and enter the passcode. “Ahh 28 I see” he says as he eyes the floor number “Sorry?” I ask narrowing my eyes at him “You’re Mr. Sanders assistant, right?” he asks I nod. “Well, you’re his 28th assistant for this month” he says “But today’s only the 12th” I say confused He nods knowingly “Mr. Sanders is very demanding and want things to be a certain way. I am Donald by the way, from accounting” he says I nod “Lia” I say shaking his hand The elevator dinged and opened up. “Well, this is me, nice meeting you Miss Lia” he says walking out. Most of my friends called me Lia and I finally got my father to stop calling me Milly. Chloe called me Lily because it kind of sounds like Milly. And because my best friend wanted to be special so I let her. I finally got to the twentieth floor and walked towards the only office on this floor, I loved the way my heels tapped against the marble floors. I knocked on the door. “Come in” I hear him say in a deep low voice that nearly got me pregnant. I forgot how enchanting his voice was. Wow his voice has gotten deeper since high school. Of course his voice is deeper it had been years since high school. Crap Lia do not fall for that! I scold myself when I felt shivers down my spine. I opened the door and walked in. There he sits black suit white dress shirt, broad shoulders, and his blonde hair messy on the top. You could see he ran his hands through his hair multiple times. Crap I have issues. I hate him. I hate him. I hate him. I have to remind myself why I am here. He finally looks up and his beautiful blue eyes nearly captivated me. But no, it will not work Mr. Sanders. “Good morning Mr. Sanders I’m your new personal assistant Amelia Hudson” I say I was confident he would not know who I was because he never even bothered to know my name while we were in school. That and when we were in high school I was pretty much invisible. I guess the perks of being the lonely girl everyone picked on. He does not say anything. He just went mute. His mouth hung wide open. And I think I just won this round. He looked back down, got up and cleared his throat "Yes, yes of course. I am Aaron Sanders" he says his voice sounds strained. I give him my best smile and I walk up to the desk; I sit on the chair opposite him. "Is there anything I can do for you?" I purred out. His eyes widen. His jaw dropped. "You know a cup of coffee? Tea? Or something cold you look a bit flustered? Mr. Sanders are you okay? Should I get you a glass of water?" I say refraining from laughing. I knew I had him right where I wanted him. I went up to him holding his hand. He looked at my hand and then at me. He gulped loudly. I almost laughed at how easy this is. But I am not here for his l**t. I am here for his heart. And the best thing about it is he has no idea I’m coming for him. I almost feel sorry for him. He did not stand a chance. I almost felt sorry for him and then I remembered how he humiliated me in front of the entire school, I nearly committed suicide because the pressure was getting too much, I could not walk into the building without people laughing at me. And it is all of his fault, breaking his heart was the end game and I knew I would win. I would make him pay for turning my heart to stone! "You can speak to Gemma outside she'll give you your tasks for the day and explain what you'll be doing..." Aaron says dismissing me I look at him giving him a smile and nod "It was nice meeting you Mr. Sanders. Thank you for the opportunity." I speak He nods looking down at his laptop screen. I leave his office my heels tapping against the tiles of his office floor, I could feel his eyes on my a*s, so I give my hips an extra sway for his benefit. When I exit the office a middle aged woman was waiting for me. she showed me his schedule and my tasks. I must say this was not what I was expecting.
