"Are you ready to go, Sweetie?" My mom asked as she walked into my room. It was almost time for dinner, and I was nervous. I didn't want to be anywhere near Cain.
"Yes, I am ready," I said
"You look beautiful," my mom said. I was wearing a red sundress and had my hair flowing down my back in spiral curls.
"Thanks, Mom. You look beautiful, too," I replied. My mom was wearing a nice blue dress and had her hair up in a neat bun. I was sure my dad wasn't going to be able to keep his eyes off of her.
